Restaurant is on the second floor, bar on the first floor. Waited over 20min to be seated, when more than half the tables were open, not sure if upstairs was extremely busy which caused the wait, which would have been fine if the hostess didn't keep saying only a few minutes. Tables weren't tidied for a while. Food was pretty good at least.

Hubby and I stopped in to kill some time while we laundered comforters at the laundromat at across the parking lot. Even though the restaurant wasn't open yet, we were able to start with a drink and watch some football. Once the kitchen opened, we decided to split a ribeye and some sides. Perfection. Steak was cooked to our desired temp and coloring, sides were split for us and we enjoyed our own plate. Service was great, too. 10/10 recommend.

Great Steakhouse. Do Not judge this place by the way it looks. It may be a vintage looking bar but the food here is Outstanding! The presentation of good, temperature, the quality and service was excellent. My husband and I tried the Baby back ribs it was falling off the bone good. Savory/tangy sauce just to the right amount not overdone. The vegetables were cooked to perfection. Just take a look at the mouthwatering pics! Fantastic job to the Chef! If you're in the area, this should be your next adventure. The price? Well it's almost too good to be true. You get your money's worth.

This place is cozy and really good. It's definitely comfort food, so yes butter but not too much. The service was really good. We aren't the biggest fans or steakhouse with massive menus, they end up being just okay. This menu has the perfect balance. The waitress even gave the kids ice cream. We will definitely comeback since we found a nice mini getaway spot

From the service to the food and the price, everything was on point. Delicious and filling. Great ambience, excellent attention and care to the menu, the preparations and the customer service all outstanding. Will definitely be back! We live in Los Angeles and this beats out some of our best restaurants that we have there. Thank you for everything. My daughter would like to say for the kids menu that "they design the food well and make it yummy in my tummy".

We were up at Lake Arrowhead for Oktoberfest and wanted a place for dinner. I found RB's on Yelp and it looked good so we decided to give it a try. It's a bit tucked away from the road so we actually drove past it at first and had to turn around. The inside felt like a nice place to hang out with nice rustic touches. The bar is downstairs and the dining room upstairs. We were seated quickly and our orders were taken in a timely fashion. I think almost all of us ordered the New Yorker steak. Mine was cooked just right (medium but more on the rare side) but one of the others was a little too rare for his liking. The kitchen was able to fix it and we were all happily eating our delicious steaks. Overall, we were pleased. The next time we are up there and need a dinner spot, we'll be back!

Came here for our anniversary dinner. They were in a middle of a remodel so there was only seating in the bar. We didn't really care though. Our waitress was very welcoming and efficient. Everyone was happy with what they ordered and our food was cooked to perfection and we were especially surprised by the soup of the day (stuffed tomato soup) It was kind of like chili kind of like vegetable stew, I can't really explain it but you must get it if they are offering. The buffalo wings were also some of the best wings we have ever had! As of now this place is super casual and doesn't really have date night ambiance. (Maybe when the remodel is complete) There was a guy at the bar that was loud and belligerent, he was super annoying and kind of killed the vibe but we made the best of it and still had a nice dinner.

It's a small restaurant above a bar. We were probably the only tourists there although everyone was friendly. I love supporting local spots like this. Our server was very warm and accommodating--she has this positive energy filling the room. It truly felt like having dinner at a neighbor's home--yeah, that neighbor who has mad kitchen skills and also knows how to serve up killer drinks. Everything was awesome and the kids absolutely loved their orders. It's just, well, my steak was supposed to be medium well and it was served well done. However, the minestrone soup side blew my mind and so did the bread that came with my husband's Alfredo pasta. The steak was also tasty (most US steak places have a blandness about them) and this important detail made me finish my plate in spite of the hard texture. We appreciate the check-ins and quick refills as well. Talk about amazing service.

    Steak and Seafood skillet.

I ordered the lamb, which was cooked to perfection and served with a delicious mustard seed sauce and mint jelly. I highly recommend this dish! My husband had the steak and seafood skillet, which he found excellent. We also tried a well drink, topped off with an appetizer of bacon, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and paired with ranch sauce--definitely a unique combination. Alongside our meal, I enjoyed a hearty beef vegetable soup, while my husband opted for a fresh and tasty salad. Our waitress was incredibly attentive, courteous, and friendly, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. The prices were reasonable, the atmosphere was inviting, and they even have a cool bar downstairs that gives off saloon vibes.

I'll start with the bad, on the outside its like a fresh, red, and juicy apple, but apples can be decieviving, and this one was. To me the interior was very subpar and lacked that "woods-cabin-lake-vibe". I would have preferred it to match the aesthetic of the forest which sorounds it. I really just think more care could've been put into the interior design. Now onto the food. The sandwiches felt like my mother packed them. I definitely felt the love but you know moms, flavors not always there. But here's Peter John Leesons v's little secret, you got to add pickled jalapeño's and not just on deli sandwiches but everything!!! I got the veggie sandwich with chaddar cheese‍. The veggies came super fresh and the lettuce had a very nice crunch to it. This sandwich sounds good so far, right? WRONG!!! As fantastic as the veggies were, the bread was genuinely low quality and that is just not optimal for a good sandwich. Bread is the corner stone to a high quality sandwich and thats what I felt was really lacking. As a suggestion, I think if you asked the wonderful employees to toast your sandwiches it would be a lot better. Speaking of those kind and welcoming employees, their service really made this experience for me. The sweet woman behind the deli counter seemed incredibly locked in‍ and got our sandwichs out in record time. This quality service continued to the check out counter, where I met my charmingly awkward cashier. Overall, I will say that the cedar glen fine foods market is not bad especially for those looking for a cheap affordable sandwich, it just needs some aesthetic elbow grease (of course referring to the interior). One suggestion I have is to make the food racks wood and paint the walls a more in inviting color!!!! thank you devoted for your time and love Peter John Leeson V Signed out

Walking in yesterday, it was such a good-vibe, welcoming place. There was sunshine coming through the large windows and color all around. I got the BAT Omelette, which was generous with cheese, avocado, bacon, and as a delightful switch up, cherry and grape tomatoes. The presentation was a feast for the eyes, with its dainty and colorful flower petals on top. In fact, all dishes were beautifully presented. I ordered fruit instead of potatoes, which was enough to share. My mom found her bagel and lox delectable and a large enough portion to take 1/2 home. Friends found vegetarian enjoyment in the Goat omelette and the breakfast sammie. They were both well pleased with bellies full. All of us were happy brunchers ! Their website specifically says they offer reservations for parties of 10 or more, based on availability. I called about 30 to 45 minutes before arriving and asked if they could accommodate our group. The gentleman I spoke with told me yes, to come in and check in when we arrived, and that he would start getting a table ready for us. When we got there, apparently nothing had been communicated to the hostess. What made it worse was that the same guy then denied ever telling me on the phone that he would get a table ready. If they couldn't accommodate us, that would have been completely fine. Just tell me that when I call and we'll go somewhere else. Instead, we loaded up six kids, drove over based on what we were told, and then were basically turned away. We asked for the manager hoping they could at least help figure something out, but unfortunately the manager wasn't helpful either and offered no real resolution. Mistakes and miscommunications happen. What bothered me was denying what was said instead of simply owning the mistake and trying to make it right. We would have happily gone somewhere else from the beginning had they just been upfront with us. Very poor communication and customer service.

It was the perfect classic pairing with an already incredible burger. One of the coolest touches is how they name many of their burgers after classic cars. We bought 2 coffees (a 12 oz drip coffee with half and half and a 16 oz iced latte). We also got 2 bagel breakfast sandwiches. Our total was $39!!!!! Even my tiny drip coffee cost significantly more than a Starbucks equivalent! The Quality I truly hate to say it because I want local businesses to be successful, but everything was low quality. My drip coffee was lukewarm when I got it, my wife said she prefers iced coffee from del taco compared to the one she had here. But the really disappointing thing was the sandwiches. First, they came out heaped with lettuce (on a breakfast sandwich???) I've never seen that before, and we didn't ask for it. After we picked the lettuce off of the sandwiches they were very small (especially for the price!!) I managed to eat about 2 bites of mine before I couldn't stomach it anymore. It was just bad. The sausage patty tasted freezer burned and was extremely dry and the egg white was undercooked. I love an over easy egg, but this was not that. This egg was not cooked enough to be served. My wife made it about 1 bite further than I did, then she had to call it quits. All in all, we paid $40 to throw away our sandwiches and drink aggressively mediocre coffee. What really sucks is that I want to support local businesses! I would love to keep going to a small local shop. But when they rob us blind and serve food like that, I can't justify it.
