I bought a vehicle from these people in May 2026. Not Even 2 weeks after I go it. I started to have issues with it. The check engine light came on. The salespersons Alejandro and his assistant basically said the only thing they could do was to reset it and it would be ok. The issue still exists and now they've totally ignored it or basically sai. NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT. Or IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM ANYMOR. Because they dont own the car anymore. I've spent a ton of money to get it fixe. This place is not a good business place and not at all honest with their practice. Been through dealerships from big franchise to little used car dealers like this place. I was baffled they asked to run my credit before even test driving the vehicle I saw on car gurus. Why risk a hard inquiry if you don't know if the vehicle is in great running condition after a test drive. Nobody wants a hard inquiry on their credit if they find something wrong after a test drive. Those hard inquiries last for couple years. The owner sounds like a douche and doesn't care about customers. What it sounds like he wants to do is trap you from buying a car since he already ran your credit check and mind you it's not just one lender they are sending your credit to, it'll be multiple lenders on your report that'll come up in your record. Why risk it? Credit isn't a joke, people like myself take that serious. Have customers feel confident first about the vehicle before making them do a huge decision in running there credit. I've bought a car from them and they said they handle all DMV stuff. 2.5 month have passed and I still didn't get my registration and license plates. I called their office mutliple times and the guy there was alaways saying that he would let his boss know since his boss handles all the DMV stuff and that his boss would reach out to me. Boss never reached out to me to handle the issues and no one from their dealership reached out to me as well. I had to waste my time, go to DMV myself, and pay $27 for new license plates and registration. I don't recommend this dealership. read more

Don't ever buy a car from here! I bought a 2014 Infiniti Q60. Before I purchased the car I told them the remote start on the car keys didn't work. The dealership manager said he replaced the battery and that it worked. When we got home the remote start still didn't work. When I called to ask them to replace the keys they told me it was an as is sale and they won't replace it. Not only did they lie and knowingly sell me a bad key they charged me a $700 paperwork fee to transfer title. I bought a different used car and transferred the title myself and the dmv charged $45. I should have known better putting my trust in a dealership like this one. There's nothing left for me to do but maybe you can avoid making the same mistake. read more

I'd been looking for a GMC Yukon Denali and they had only one on the lot. It was the exact color, year, mileage range and price I was looking for. They are liars and crooks, they were certainly NOT transparent with everything that was wrong with is car. Purchased a 2012 Cadillac CTS ON 12/30/23 after we had to put up money for them to even allow us to test drive the car, it appeared to drive ok, in a very short period of time the car started to run poorly. Finally got the car to my mechanic only to be informed that the transmission was bad. I call and spoke to the owner only for this NO GOOD telling me to calm down after paying $14,300 for this car he said I should get a second opinion ( I have been going to the same mechanic for years they have worked on all the cars in my family I totally trust them). So sense he felt a second opinion was warranted and my mechanic was wrong I asked him to give me the name of a mechanic he trusted he has yet to send that mechanics name CRICKETS. Despite all of Biglammotors positive review's, I'm here to tell you, like me,you may be the next small % of negative reviews that are as much well deserved as their alleged positive reviews. When the dealership mistreats you, you won't believe they are doing so based on those positive reviews, but they figure, this is that small percentage that they can afford to give the middle finger to when they ask for fair treatment. It must be an unspoken agreement the sales person, Alejandro and the owner, Mr. Sbeih have together as I can se no other reason to deprive me of the basic rights to enjoy my new purchase when I went into the dealership like most others probably have, test drove a car on the lot and expressed my interest, then unlike most, paid in full in cash for the vehicle. I had a candid conversation with the salesman, Alejandro who at the time confirmed to me that the vehicle I was purchasing had been inspected properly by the dealership and had been serviced accordingly, up to and in accordance to proper procedures and standards.. And with that in mind he and I even had specific discussions on the " As is condition " of the agreement in which the car was being sold to me. Where amongst other words, I repeated what the phrase meant, that outside of what might happen on my way home with the car, that except for what I might experience after todays date, there are no guarantees in writing. Another words that, if I should experience any issues on my way home from the dealership, they would treat on a case by case basis but only then would there be an exception. And there was issues from the gate, right after I purchased the car, I returned with an issue almost immediate afterwards. As I pulled over after experiencing a cockpit full of smoke after giving the car a little gas, then afterwards, approaching the traffic light, in which I was subjected to that cabin full of smoke. I immediately phoned the dealership describing my experience, I was told by Alejandro to return. I did and was told after a brief inspection, there was nothing they could see and was sent back on the road. From that point on, I experienced one issue after another. It was a horrible experience. It was a barrage of issues I was presented with from day 1. 1st, a restrict performance mode to a transmission faulty message which all occurred in a matter of days after purchasing the car. I did what anyone would have done in my position, called the dealership to let them know what I was experiencing & asked them what if anything they could share with me to help me figure out why I was experiencing this. And it was a shrug of the shoulders response, they didn't know. Or for that matter, cared about it as the car was sold "as is" You can imagine my reaction and heartbreak only to learn it was the 6 year old, and diminishing battery capacity the reason for the averse and multiple negative readings and messages I was receiving from the vehicles instrument panel and as a result, all of the subsequent effects the inadequate and subpar inspection would have, that the salesman had impressed upon me in order to complete the sale of the car. Immediately following , the air conditioning unit completely failed on me as well. So, not only was the dealership unresponsive nor being accountable for the misrepresentation of the vehicles condition or their actions performed on the car to insure the cars in" good standing condition" to be properly resold on their lot but the owner was rude and couldn't care less about my experience nor was he going to make any effort based on the"as is" condition of sale, to make right the absolute horrible experience I suffered at the hands of his dealerships inadequacies, outwardly unreliable representation, and then the owners, basic understanding and respect he should have for his businesses patrons. His lack of respect in that regard shows a clear deficiency in honesty & integrity that his customers are counting on and deserves. read more
