So it seems the got another suppliers and brought the Blueberry Matcha back yey! Also their Nutella latte is good. Although people in the reviews complain about the size of the cups which I get but if you think about it where else can you get a Blueberry Matcha Latte?! I'm not sure why people are upset about the cup size to this day lol, of course it's not big but it's better if it is good quality and small over big and bad quality like Starbucks lol. Of course we want a bigger size but you would have to request that on their website. Yes they could work on more welcoming attitude but honestly all of californians need to take a manners class they should install it in schools lol. I saw this coffee shop on yelp and decided to try it because I was in the area. The person taking my order was nice and provided good service. I ordered a strawberry matcha and the breakfast burrito. When my order was called I didn't really here my name at first but there was another woman calling the orders ( different from the girl who took my order) and when I walked up to get my order the vibe was off. The iced matcha was not my favorite and the breakfast burritos was missing something. I did however like the chimichanga style Chips that they give you on the side. I am sure glad I did because the avocado toast I had was a huge step up from the meal I was going to consume.... Nice clean environment, with nice bathrooms and friendly staff. The coffee was very good - I got whatever the standard brew is and it was a little on the lighter side for my usually taste. But it was a good clean roast, smooth and tasty. She seemed impatient as I told her it was my first time in and I didn't see a menu behind her. I got myself a lavender latte on oat milk & it was pretty good, very balanced. I also got their empanadas to go. One beef and one cheese/spinach and oh my gosh, save yourself the money. Overcooked and shattered in crumbs the minute you take a bite. Not to mention it was very hollow inside. Gas station empanadas are better than this. My big problem with this place is, on their Yelp, it seems as though, and different than other Reborns, they serve freshly cooked breakfast - omelettes, avocados toast, etc. Also, different than other Reborns, they have a huge sign in the front of their store saying "NOW SERVING BREAKFAST AND LUNCH." We live close to the Reborn in Brea and go frequently. This morning, we drove to the Anaheim location to have something different. FOOD TIMING ISSUES If you're planning on ordering food from here, maybe reconsider or go to a different location. Not the best service at this location. It seems like whenever I order food to-go they either (1) lose my ticket or (2) the order never makes it to the kitchen, forcing me to walk up to the counter and ask about my order. I've come here TWICE and it has been both a disappointment. The first time, I thought it was an accident, no problem, it happens... but I came in today and it happened to me AGAIN, so there definitely is a problem. I'm all for waiting for my food. I'm a very patient person, I used to work in the food-service industry but waiting 15+ minutes for a tiny breakfast bagel sandwich is CRAZY... I think the coffee is the only saving grace. It tastes great, made quickly, and does its job. The breakfast bagel itself was okay basic, but not worth the wait. The problem is the lack of communication with the kitchen. Ways to improve: - Check on that order ticket machine, get it fixed... When I finally did receive my food, the cashier did admit to me that the kitchen never received my order. I'm glad the baristas show a little bit of veracity, but that really does nothing for me. I would HATE for the next patron who is actually in a rush to be put in this situation - Maybe train your employees better??? I came in an hour that was pretty slow, 10AM on a Saturday, with barely any people in the store, I'm pretty sure I was the only one waiting on a food order. As I waited I could see the baristas chatting and the cooks laughing. Yes, this is a sign of a healthy work culture but definitely not professional. No sense of urgency, mind you I'm sitting dead smack in the middle of the store and 15+ minutes have passed (I timed it) and I still haven't received my food??? Like c'mon, context clues. Came here again this weekend. I ordered a vanilla Latte and my daughter ordered a iced matcha. We both ordered breakfast burritos in was a veggie burrito the other one without egg. I can understand and can wait for them 15 minutes since I know they will be done in house but what I was a little upset about was that it was ready and on the counter for a good while before the servers/ baristas handed it to me. I was excited about this spot since it's walking distance from my apartment and a nice alternative to Starbucks. I usually get an iced matcha with oat milk, it's never anything special, but it's convenient. The staff have never been particularly friendly or welcoming. I'm rarely greeted, and the vibe always feels a bit cold. I tried the breakfast burrito with bacon once and while it tasted good, the bacon was literally raw. I picked it out and figured I'd just ask for it well done next time. But when I did, I was told they couldn't make changes because the burritos are now pre-made. I was confused since just days before, they had no problem leaving out the onions when I asked. When I mentioned that, the girl got snappy and said there are no onions, despite the menu right behind her listing them. Only then did she say the menu "needs to be updated." I checked out Reborn Coffee this morning. The store is immaculate- incredibly clean. The staff is courteous and professional. I ordered a cold brew with half & half. I prefer to go sugar free with sweetening my drinks. And this is a problem many places have: they don't stock saccharine (the pink one). Saccharine is the only artificial sweetener to be removed from the cancer-causing list from the government. It tastes the most like actual sugar. Yet so many places do not offer this as an option. Anyway, I used what they had. The cold brew is tasty. High quality you can tell. There is a great outdoor sitting area and a variety of food options nearby. Came in on Saturday around 11:30am, about half of the tables were occupied (there is also an outside patio). I do like how clean and tidy everything was and the staff was friendly. You walk up to the counter to order your food/drinks. When your coffee is done you pick it up from the side counter and the food they deliver to your table. The food was great! I wish they gave us a heads up that the pancakes took 25min, or even checked in with us because I thought they forget. Overall a great spot to grab a coffee and some food. read more

Iced americano, good. Food, decent, but could be better. Not sure why it takes so long to get your food. The person in front of us ordered a bagel with cream cheese and I ordered the breakfast platter and a tuna melt. Felt like maybe they forgot about the food. Breakfast platter is your basic two slices of toast, two eggs, two bacon, and half (?) an avocado. Overeasy eggs were cooked too long. Food was warm at best. Avocado was a bit unripe. Tuna melt tasted and looked like an average tuna sandwich. Definitely not what's shown on the screen. Bread should've been toasted more and the slices of cheese should've been melted...the sandwich should've been a hot sandwich. That's what a tuna melt is. The bathroom situation needs to be fixed. You shouldn't require a bathroom key! The bathroom door has a sign about a restroom key, BUT the door is not meant to stay locked. It's a push button lock, so when you open the door the door stays unlocked. If the door is unlocked, you're inclined to use the bathroom without the key...because it's unlocked. There were two people who used the restroom before me without a key. My turn comes, someone unlocks and opens the door while I flush (luckily I had my pants on). Definitely not cool. Had I have been on the toilet and the person unlocks the door, that would've been a different story. Bathroom key shouldn't be required or get a lock that stays locked. I'd probably come back if I'm in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way for this place. Coffee is good though... read more

we had a 10/10 experience herei came on a monday with my boyfriend and ordered a blueberry matcha (so good) and a vanilla latte! the employees were so kind and went out of there way for us and gave me extra blueberry syrup on the side because i forgot to order it extra sweet !
