Juicy burgers and friendly people! I got a medium Marco Polo because bacon and avocado..duh. Lots of avocado and great tasting meat. I wish I had bigger tomato slices: I had these itty bitty slices from what seemed like small tomatoes, so each slice looked like the edge of a big tomato AKA mainly peel and kinda crunchy.For some reason my side order of fries replaced my mac and cheese even though on the menu it said that each burger came with mac and cheese and side salad. I thought I was just adding the fries to my mac and cheese and side salad. With every visit to this food cart, we're more amazed. The food quality is above the rest, nice menu selections, large portions with ample amounts of the most important ingredients, top quality service too and yes,I'm still talking about a "food cart" restaurant. We appreciated the large parking area also to pop up our camper to eat and run the dog around (after her meat snack they so graciously gave out)the picnic table areas a bit too. This is a hidden gem in Tillamook. Roughly down and across the street from the creamery is a cute little food truck on the side of the road. Based on all the great yelp reviews, my wife and I were excited to try them out. So yesterday, on a rainy drizzling day, we rolled up for lunch. Service - we were met with a friendly smile and great attitude. We ordered 2 Marco Polo burgers, one with fries and one with mac&cheese. Wait time - it took about 15 minutes to prepare our order. Considering these are really artisan-style burgers and they let us know in advance that it would take a few minutes, no biggie...I wonder if we can call in an order in advance. Our order was packaged up very nicely and clearly labeled and we were sent off with a smile. Food- WOW, great burgers!! The buns are pillowy soft, the generous 1/2 lb beef was super fresh and very "clean" tasting, perfectly ripened avocado and lovely crispy bacon. Their sauce was a nice thousand island style and served on the side. The fries were very tasty and everything was seasoned well. Even the little side salad was nice! The Mac & cheese was just ok, but not bad. My wife also ordered the patty cake sugar cream cake with blueberry sauce. She loved it! The blueberry sauce did have some big seeds in it so I'm thinking they blended in some Marion berries....but very tasty! Cost- not inexpensive, but reasonable if you consider the awesome quality of the food and compare to any restaurant that serves "gourmet " burgers. We are looking forward to a repeat visit and trying out new menu items. This place is a do-over!! read more

The double dutch oregon berry salad is one of the best salads I've ever had. The fruits and veggies are incredibly fresh and they're generous with the chicken. Before we started our order we asked as we always do to ensure our son was safe. She immediately snapped that they did not use peanut oil. I tried to explain that it is not just oil, he's allergic and would be any peanuts. She was EXTREMELY rude and said they didn't use peanuts in the kitchen. As we began to order my son, who is 11 and would DIE if he ate peanuts, pointed out that there was a peanut sauce on the menu. When my husband was done ordering I asked again about the peanuts and pointed out they did have peanut sauce and asked how it was made. The cook cut off the cashier and snapped that yes they do use peanut butter and make the sauce inthe kitchen. I told her I did not appreciate her rudeness and that they have an obligation to be honest about the food they serve. To which she became more angry and told us she would not take make our order and we were done. This place may have good food (wouldn't know) but they need some serious education on food allergies, discrimination against a declared handicap and a lesson in kindness!! My son was mortified and we were extremely upset to be treated in such a horrible way by an establishment that has a duty to keep their patrons safe from DEATH.
