Overall, the food was good, and the salmon truffle crispy rice was very good it was definitely the highlight of the meal. We also saw several dishes being served to other tables that looked good and had great presentation although we weren't sure what they were. The service was okay nothing exceptional, but friendly enough. My only complaint was that the ginger served with my sushi was dried out and hard. I also wasn't a fan of the consistency of the "wasabi" that was served. They are BYOB, and you can make reservations, which is always a plus. The Chinese eggplant was delicious, with the eggplant diced into small pieces mixed with vegetables, and the Szechuan-style tofu was also delicious, filled with lots of big pieces of tofu and many vegetables that were cooked perfectly.
