Supposed to be chicken in black bean sauce

Ordered chicken with black bean sauce and asked for extra soy sauce packets (got three) I would assume that's normal. Came with dry chicken and vegetables and no sauce in entree and not tossed prior in a sauce either. Tasted inedible (only tasted salt in heavy breading and no chicken)

Ordered sweet and sour chicken, some pieces had shrimp in them and others had this strange tasting very dark meat.

Thought we would try this restaurant. Biggest mistake of my life. We ordered online and there are no descriptions of the meals. This was Lemon Chicken so I took a chance. It came with about ten 4" strips of chicken burned and dried. No seasonings or flavor. No vegetables. Just this chicken on a bed of lettuce. I wound up eating about half of each strip because the burned areas were dry. I'd give it minus 10 if I could.

Why would you overcook or precook rice that we paid $ for

No flavor to pork fried rice, shrimp lo mein, egg rolls, beef szechuan, lemon chicken. Egg drop soup, wonton soup and hot and sour soup. Bland, chewy chicken, rice was overcooked or reheated. Hard to tell. Our family eat out night left us disappointed and hungry. We just threw it out! Sad, we want to support local businesses...not this one!

I ordered from this place on grubhub, delivery took very long but the restaurant did have one driver at the time. The kani salad was my favorite, it was a good size portion. I would definitely order that again.

    Wonton Soup

Ordered food for dinner got steamed dumplings and wonton soup took 1 bite of my wonton soup and saw a black speck in it look closer it looks like an ant or termite. Will be calling health department tomorrow to file a complaint. This is discusting

Just don't go here. Try Queen sushi in Glenside instead. I went in with a restaurant.com voucher and the owner refused to honor it.

The place changed hands from when I was last here and it is much better. The sashimi was fantastic and the presentation was equally as good. My server was very friendly and attentive which made my overall experience excellent.

Walking inside felt familiar it looks almost exactly the same as Osaka did years ago. The only thing that seems to have changed is the name, which made me wonder if it's the same owner. We ordered the spicy scallop roll, salmon truffle crispy rice, shrimp tempura, spicy tuna, and chili edamame. Overall, the food was good, and the salmon truffle crispy rice was very good it was definitely the highlight of the meal. We also saw several dishes being served to other tables that looked good and had great presentation although we weren't sure what they were. The service was okay nothing exceptional, but friendly enough. My only complaint was that the ginger served with my sushi was dried out and hard. I also wasn't a fan of the consistency of the "wasabi" that was served. They are BYOB, and you can make reservations, which is always a plus. Overall, we had a good experience and will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

My order was extensive and a bit complicated (as usual), yet it was prepared flawlessly. The garnishes on the individual pieces meticulously applied. Fresh and inviting, arrayed with an artistic flair for color and balance. The "Mango Tango" roll, extraordinary. My seaweed salad, everything about it was perfection. The others in my group of four went the Cantonese route, tofu fried rice, a seafood noodle dish, which were judged superior. Throughout the evening, we all agreed it was a fantastic dinner we enjoyed. BYOB and relax. While not over-the-top in its décor, Queen Sushi's dining area is clean and orderly, serene even. Lit by large windows looking out upon the shaded, peaceful streets of Glenside. In fact, we found everything Queen Sushi has to offer so satisfying, it is a shame, really, to enter a complaint, but nonetheless. As I find more and more, no matter how lovely the establishment, the service is often wanting, and this impacted our experience. Had I not mentioned the appetizer I had ordered, it would have been overlooked, I am certain, because another appetizer we ordered was indeed completely forgotten. And I know that sushi preparation is a separate affair from the kitchen, which can lead to food arriving at different intervals - not unusual. But the considerable length of time the rest of my group was made to wait listening to me ooh and aah over my sushi was more than a little awkward. It so happens that I am a slow eater, so even though the hot entrees arrived late, we all finished neck-and-neck, but I should not have been given such a head start. Things happen, I understand. But when they do, it can dim the sheen of what was, without doubt, the best Asian fusion we've had in quite a while.

We often times just opt for take-out Chinese, and we have a great take-out place very close to us. However, Queen is a nice sit-down Chinese restaurant, which are few and far between. We are vegetarian, so we ordered two vegetable dishes to share. The Chinese eggplant was delicious, with the eggplant diced into small pieces mixed with vegetables, and the Szechuan-style tofu was also delicious, filled with lots of big pieces of tofu and many vegetables that were cooked perfectly. The service was fast and efficient, and the prices are on par with other Chinese restaurants in the area.
