I was in Pennsylvania, so I went for my old standby. Scrapple, two eggs, and toast. You can also get it with home fries if you want. Scrapple is an interesting dish. Created by the Pennsylvania Dutch to use as much of the pig as possible, it's basically "pig scraps" ground up and formed into a loaf. As Guy Fieri says, "from the heel, to the squeal." The meal was excellent. The eggs were perfectly over easy, so there was a good amount of yolk, and the scrapple was fantastic. It's definitely an acquired taste. I live in California, but the first time I tried it, I loved it! I acquired the taste right away. . It is very rich by itself so I always put on a little bit of ketchup, and it's perfect.
