Stopped here for lunch and afterwards wished we'd gone to Wendy's. When I opened the menu it was smeared with stale food particles and was wet. The server commented that the wet portion on top of the mess was probably just water. Maybe. When I opened the cloth linen there were numerous dark stains on it. I asked for another one with crossed fingers. I had the linguine with shrimp which was somewhat over cooked. My wife had the coconut shrimp which never seems to change. It came with a baked potato with a large amount of sour cream on the top of it. We specified twice that it be placed on the side. Can't say I've been to Red Lobsters that frequently. It goes back to my childhood where my parents never favored it that much. As properly cooked to medium that the steak was and fresh and tasty the lobster was (surf&turf), I recall why we never came that often-everything is incredibly salty. Green beans and mashed potatoes that came as the sides weren't that bad, green beans were actually my favorite on the dish. This location feels new and spacious, not gross or stuffy, even with the very dim lighting. So as long as your in good company, don't mind spending the money for fresh seafood or meat, and not bothered by salty food, this place is great for the occasion. read more

I went on a Sunday about 1130 and had a nice lunch I ordered scampi and broiled scallops along with brussels sprouts and a salad with light wine vinaigrette. The food was pretty good and I passed on the yummy cheese biscuits that you can have an unlimited amount of brought to your table. Service was good prices are decent and everything was OK for a chain. Nothing wowed me but it was decent seafood on a Sunday midday. I was surprised that a chain that specializes in seafood wouldn't be able to do it well. We went for dinner and were very disappointed. I had the all you can eat shrimp special and hubby had a steak. The best part of the meal was the salad! The cheddar biscuits were nice & hot but didn't have a cheddar taste. The all you can eat shrimp were not great. The shrimp alfredo was a large portion of linguini with tiny shrimp in a sauce that seemed powdery. The garlic scampi shrimp were small and swimming in a salty buttery sauce with no hint of garlic. The others I tried were equally disappointing. The steak was okay, but the weird thing was the sides. You get a salad & 2 sides but the only veggie choice was broccoli, which for many is no choice at all. You could upgrade to asparagus for $2.50 but that's also not much of a choice. We went to red lobster for dinner after almost 5 years and will dinner has changed at red lobster over the years. First of all the decor has been completely redone and instead of dark and dingy it is bright and inviting. Of course we went on a whim so we did not have a reservation and had to wait about 30 mins on a Friday night not bad but not great either as red lobster is always busy no matter when you go. We had a very friendly server and she was fast and prompt as we are always in a hurry to get in and get out. The menu had some old favorites along with their amazing bread. In my adulthood I have only been to red lobster 2 times. In my opinion, It is the perfect median for fancy food at the right price. I have yet to feel cheated in portion during my visits. Might make it our date spot because my girlfriend has a great experience each time we go and date night is all about making those memories that last. Saturday 4/15/23 - 830pm . Party of 4 - 2 adults 2 children and I'm not sure where to start. To begin the service was very slow and there were so many inaccuracies with our food. I ordered the shrimp trio with a side garden salad w/Caesar dressing and a baked potato with sour cream and butter on the side. 1st thing brought to the table was wrong. Waiter forgot my salad and once I reminded her and my salad arrived it was wrong and only had lettuce, cheese & croutons (which there is an up charge for salad now so I paid extra for this). I didn't complain we just let that slide. Then we requested my daughters sprite in a to go cup .. she's a child but she didn't order off of the childrens menu she ordered a sirloin. Wrong again NO to go cup.. her sprite was brought to the table in a huge glass which every parent knows will either spill or break! Again we didn't complain. Food took forever to arrive! Other patrons were getting up and complaining and asking to speak with a manager. Finally the food arrives and my husbands is cold and he's missing his fries. My food is bland and my baked potato had sour cream on it after I requested everything on the side (I hate a soggy potato). We then had to wait forever for the waitress to bring the bill. We dine at Red Lobster often and it's sad to say that our 1st experience at the Boynton location was horrible for us and we will not be returning until they get it together. The saddest part is that it wasn't even that crowded. I really wish we would have spoke with a manager. I would have at least felt better if I expressed our disappointment. Ash Wednesday and not allowed to eat meat.. The perfect excuse to have dinner at Red Lobster with the sister after church. Parking lot was full so I had a feeling it was going to be a wait for us to have a table. So we checked in and sat outside until they called our table. However, I have to say that the host is very organized and friendly in taking our names down. It was 25-30min wait but we had no rush. Our buzzer went off and our table was ready. Although, it was a full house I have to say all the employees were working together in having the place spotless. Making sure everything was off the tables and the floors. I noticed a manager walking around constantly and making sure everyone was being attended. Our waiter was Garielle. She was very informative about the specials and what she recommended. Since it was a full house it took longer to received our drinks and food but we completely understood. I decided to order the Seaside Shrimp Trio- This consist of Walt's Favorite Shrimp, savory garlic shrimp scampi and shrimp linguini Alfredo. Also a side item of mash potatoes. My favorite part are those awesome, delicious, amazing, so goooddd can't live with out (you get the point) Biscuits! Ahh my mouth just got watery. They are the best. this use to be my favorite restaurant but not anymore. when i first got the menu i noticed the prices went up tremendously like it was a five star restaurant. warning, anyone with a heart problem do not go eat there. from appetizer to food to even the bread, everything had a tremendous amount of salt and had to call over the manager to complain. this is what he told me that absolutely shocked me. all our foods are already made and frozen. from the fish to the sauce! nothing is made fresh! how dare they have prices going up to $40 a dish if not made fresh!!!! they knew we were right and didn't charge me and my friend for the meals we couldn't eat. the service was good and had nothing to do with it. but i will never go eat there a update i still will never step into red lobster nor will my friends. they habe all brrn advised that your expensive food is frozen and cery overpriced. besides from the fact that it so salty you risk grytimg a heart attack. besides my friends brong notified they also had the same experience. you eould need to start handmaking fresh fish your own batters and your own sauces smd your own dressings. the most horrible experience i ever had. the only way you can make this is up id to drnd me to a different five star restaurant. how dare you charge five star prices for frozem and prepared food. honestly i eould not eat there for free. your business will never survive. read more

We went here to celebrate our Aunt's 99th birthday. The server was wonderful and the food was good. We all had the same complaint. The portions were much smaller than the images on the menu. It makes the customer feel cheated. I know it is hard to keep prices reasonable but I think it is easier to explain higher prices than to make your portions smaller or lower your quality. read more

I went last night and ordered the Roasted Maine lobster bake!! It was so good!! I give it a 10/10! Usually when I go there I get the snow crab lobster which is really good but I always get tired of opening the shells and taking forever to get the meat out in little pieces but this is cut in half so it's really easy and the meat comes out in one piece!! I'll try to upload the picture too. Highly recommend that order!! The rolls that come at the beginning are really good! The appetizers are pretty good and the chedder bay biscuits are awsome but i'm never satisfied with their entrees. The Jambalaya was pretty gross and floating in oil, the habanero shrimp had a good spiciness to it but it was like soaking in "WAY TOO SWEET" jelly or something. Food is decent. However, the service is Poor. We ordered a Seaside Shrimp Trio, Salmon New Orleans, Wood Grilled Shrimps, and a kids Mac n Cheese. Biscuits came out fast as well as the drinks. However, our server did not bring out the salads that we should've gotten that's included with our meals and yet the people next to our table had gotten theirs. So we decided to just let it go since we are already hungry and does not want to make a fuzz about it. Then our food came out about 5-10 minutes later. Also, my side of broccoli was missing. I finally said something to our server and he apologized and told me that he will bring out my side of broccoli. He came back within 3-5 minutes to let me know that it will take another couple minutes for it to get ready. Well lo and behold 10 minutes later the side of broccoli arrived and I was pretty finish with my dinner. What an awful service. After not going to Red Lobster for many years we got a gift card from our son and daughter-in-law. Upon arriving we found parking very easy. We arrived a 5:05 and put our name on the list, we were told it would be a few minutes. After waiting 7 or 8 minutes I heard that there was a 35 minute wait and we were 3rd on the list. The drinks, refills and food came out fast, service was attentive, and he didn't make us feel like we were an annoyance the way some servers do just because you re ordering small plates and kids stuff and you re taking your time because little hands lack coordination and need more time to eat. Decided to treat myself to lunch on Halloween afternoon. I was greeted nicely by Lorraine, and she showed me to my seat. My server came to the table to get my drink order. Very plain greeting. No personality. She came back once more to take my food order. That was the last time I saw her at my table. Coming back from the restroom, I noticed my food sitting on the table. I wanted to ask for a few other condiments, but I didn't see her again, so I just started eating. She did not circle back to see if everything was alright. Another table sat and Victor came out to greet them and take their order. Assuming to help her because she seemed more concerned with stocking the bar than wanting to take care of the section. He came to see if I was alright and brought me what I'd asked for. I left the minimum tip because I am a server and that's how we survive, but that service was unacceptable. I did, however take care of Victor who went out of his way to check on me. Servers are the heart of the restaurant and ultimately the reasons that guests choose to return. This will not deter me from coming back because I understand some of us have bad days and that's okay. Just try a little harder. read more

It is one of my favorite restaurants in Florida. I hesitated a lot before I decided to visit it for the first time because I've heard of its controversial reputation. But I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Now it turns out to be a middle-upper class restaurant with a lot of sophisticated dishes and high prices.
