I was very disappointed in my meal when we ate here last week! Service was slow and my food was rubbery-almost bent tasting.

They do not serve the Parrot Isle coconut shrimp on the endless shrimp even though it's advertised.

Went for lunch and for dinner last week. Both times, great service and great food. For dinner my mom and I both ordered a shrimp and lobster special, for lunch I had crab alfredo. Yum, yum, yum! read more

Clean, comfortable restaurant - great for groups, families, dates, or on your own. Just visited and the food was fantastic! Enjoyed the create your own feast. The sauce for the coconut shrimp is still my favorite EVER! I tried the new crab stuffed shrimp which were excellent. Mike was my waiter today. He was friendly, efficient, and professional. I feel like if you've been to one chain restaurant then you've been to them all! The food for the most parts are consistent throughout restaurants but the service is always going to be a different experience. It was my friends 21st birthday, and she wanted to come here so i was down, even though i don't like nor eat seafood. Im sad to say i can't remember our servers name, but i have his face in my head, wheres a sketch artist when you need one. Anyways he was cool at first he kept trying to develop some humor relationship with the table, and i didn't care it wasn't bothering me, but my friend, the birthday girl, wasn't feeling him at all, Now lets point out it was her 21st birthday and she just found out she was pregnant, so she's already feeling some type of way. I can't exactly remember the jokes he was saying, but he was pissing her off. Now onto my problem, soI ordered a frozen alcoholic drink, and it was good, but not like i remembered so i'd realized i got the wrong one, non the less i continued to drink it, and was about a quarter of the drink left at the bottom of the glass, i asked the server for the other drink i wanted, he said to me "Can you finish that drink before i order you another one" I looked at the drink which was almost gone, btw, then looked back at him hella crazy, and said "This drink is almost gone, by the time you get back, it will be empty and I'll be ready for it" he replied "We just have a policy that you have you have to empty the glass before i bring you another drink" So i chugged the drink in front of him, got the worst brain freeze of my life, and slammed the glass down. and said "Now go get me the berry mango daiquiri" Now can someone please clear this up for me, cause it just didn't make sense. I've waited tables, and never heard of that drink policy, so i don know if Red Lobster is only doing that, Or if this server was trying to be controlling. Like he was basically saying i could have one drink at a time, what if i wanted a shot, you're telling me i got to finish my whole mixed drink before i can have a shot, Where do they do that at? 4 of us decided to go eat dinner at the last minute and headed to the chesterfield Red Lobster. We frequently go to this location because we've always had great experiences. This particular time we did not. I understand being short staffed and the stress of being on the service side. I worked on that side for many years. What I will never understand is a inattentive and rude server. I'm not sure what our server's name was because she did not mention it nor did she have a name tag on but she probably shouldn't be a server. My father in law ordered an appetizer and then we all proceeded to put our entree orders in. I know she at least heard him order because she asked if we wanted that before or at the same time as our meals. We also ordered 2 waters and 2 iced teas. Our drinks were never refilled though she came by the table several times looked and could see they were empty. There was a water pitcher near by so my mother in law ended up grabbing it and filling the waters. Then our salads and entrees came (at the same time) but no appetizer. When we asked about it she said we never ordered it. Ummm excuse me! I'm just so disappointed because we've never been treated this way at this location. Endless Shrimp Survival Guide (Note our server Ben & Co did a great job keeping the plates coming & waters filled so we gave a better than 33% tip. We could not consumed that much without their teamwork.) 1. Do not schedule blood work anytime soon after this. 2. Bring friends that are ordering the Endless Shrimp to share in the experience, sauces & only 1 order of Shrimp Linguini Alfredo to share. 3. You will want palate cleansers so save some of your sides, cheddar biscuits & ordering the 1 shared Shrimp Linguini Alfredo for later. 4. Garlic Shrimp Scampi sauce is great for dipping sides & cheddar biscuits into. 5. Order the sauces on the side to trade sauces (pineapple habanero, teriyaki & cocktail) & shrimp around the table from people that ordered Endless shrimp. (My favorite is the grilled shrimp with pineapple habanero sauce.) 6. Our server Ben allowed me to just order grilled shrimp with pineapple habanero as my last order so they seem to be flexible also. 7. Do plan on going for a long walk afterwards or nap! (I made a Rottweiler very happy) We did have a wait at the bar beforehand & they offer Schlafly Pale Ale on tap so our 45 minute wait to be seated on a Saturday was not wasted. I had dinner last night at Red Lobster for the CrabFest. Ever since I saw their commercial about the crab fest I had been having cravings. I really like the Chesterfield Valley location in Missouri. The Sunset Hills location is good, too. They are all very friendly and pay attention to their customers. The Chesterfield Valley Red Lobster runs like finely-tuned watch thanks to their management. I was able to say hello to the manager, Debbie, and our waitress, Christa, was so very attentive. We kept her hopping because those crab legs make a huge mess. They were the best I have had at Red Lobster yet. I started off with the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer with a glass of their house Chardonnay. Excellent. Then I ordered the crab legs featured and they were huge. It came with a Caesar salad and the famous Red Lobster rolls which I could live off of. So delicious. It was an amazing meal! read more

No wait on a Friday evening Waiter was overly antsy that we didn't order immediately. Food came out hot. Bread always delicious. Our waiter was very chatty with an older couple behind us. So much so that we spent most of our meal with empty glasses. We asked for the check and it took him more than ten minutes to return. The service was so poor that no matter the taste of the food, it is not worth a return trip. No stand outs on anything positive from start to finish. read more

Went to celebrate my 9yo's Bday with crab legs. We had about a 10 min wait even though there were plenty of tables. When they finally did seat us, they tried to seat us away from the other guest at a table directly in front of the restrooms. SMH!!! My girlfriend and I were on our way to the St. Louis Premium Outlets, and got lunch for shopping fortification. She chose the restaurant, Neither of us have been to a Red Lobster for years, and I think we figured out the last time we were together at a Red Lobster was after shopping around South County Mall. She got crab legs and broccoli. I got a two shrimp dishes combo --shrimp scampi and a pinwheel skewer -- and broccoli ($10.49). Our server, Jennifer, was fabulous on water and beverage ($2.59) refills. And she offered melted butter for our broccoli. We both accepted. The food was great. My girlfriend shared a piece of her crab, and it was delicious. My shrimp were quite tasty. Certainly not overcooked. Tender and juicy. We left with great to-go vessels, and I got her broccoli. What I took home lasted three meals. This was really good food. But I do have to say that those cheddar biscuits were not great. They were greasy and rather tasteless. I'd skip them. read more

YUCK! YUCK! YUCK! The food was horrible! I got a combination platter grilled lobster tails, pasta with shrimp, and shrimp scampi. My salad came out wilted, the lobster was gross and salty,the pasta was clumpy with gobs of oil, and the scampi was disgusting. I also had a Sangria to drink which tasted like watered down fruit punch and vinegar. The service was all over he place since three different servers came to our table without introductions, one was very rude when asking for ID for drinks, I also thought it was poor taste to have servers sitting at tables eating while there were 10 to 15 groups waiting to be served. Terrible service. Seated quickly as the restaurant was not busy. Took over 12 minutes before anyone ever came to our table. We watched others come in after us, be seated and order all while we waited for our server to get to our table. We only saw that she had one other table and they were paying their tab to leave. read more

Terrible restaurant. The wait was very long, everything was slow even though it wasn't that crowded, and the food is WAY too expensive for the quality. $35 for a shrimp/lobster medley thing is way too much when the shrimp is cold and the lobster was flavorless. Our waiter kept going on about "up charges" and when he brought us the wrong order immediately deferred to the manager who offered us free desert instead of what we ordered. Needless to say we left. I love seafood...I'm not a fan of high prices for seafood when the plates are small. I hadn't been to Red Lobster in years. We gathered for a surprise birthday party. They do not take reservations however they will tell you if you call/show up an hour before the time you'd like they will accommodate you. To an extent they will however they will make you wait longer than what they say. We finally got seated and the service was fine the entire night. My husband ordered cajun pasta while I inquired about clam strips and fries, which they have but it is not on the menu - you have to ask for it specifically. Pair any of the meals with their awesome cheddar biscuits and you will leave quite full! read more

I ate good tonight, let me tell you! I order the sweet chili shrimp, the Parrot Isle Shrimp, and at my server Andrews recommendation, the New Orleans Salmon. The food was perfect, the ambiance was perfect, and the impeccable customer service of Andrew was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better Red Lobster experience. Made me sick! We had a wonderful waitress and she did her absolute best to accommodate my food sensitivities, but even despite her efforts the food was not good at all. My husbands flounder was flaccid and undercooked. My steamed broccoli had small black and brown sections of rot. The waitress brought another one and it was bad also. She then brought out asparagus -after we were done with our entrees and the asparagus was BARELY cooked. Just before leaving the restaurant, I started having STABBING stomach pains. I don't ever remember feeling like this after eating. 3 hours later and they are still happening every few minutes. This location has issues. Be cautious. read more

This place was a disappointing. The waiter forgot the drinks and the salads. The wait was so long it was about 1 hour unit we got our food. The best part of the meal was the appetizers. My sister got the BBQ fish and it was just fish smothered with A1 sauce. I got a lobster tail it was...yuck. The presentation was horrible the dishes were unclean and it looked like they threw the food on the plate. I still can't get over how bad the lobster was. This isn't the first time this has happened. As always, Red Lobster was great! Excellent food for a great price... How could you complain? The hostess, wait staff, management, etc. has always exceeded my expectations. Last week, in particular, my wife and I were dining there and had a wonderful older gentleman as our waiter. Extremely kind, attentive, helpful, etc. I got the flounder lunch special with stuffed seafood, salad, and baked potato for only $10.99! One of the best values at any restaurant I've ever been to! It all began when I won a $25 gift card to Red Lobster for winning a doubles shuffleboard tournament. We used it at the Bridgeton restaurant and every aspect of our meal was horrible. The food was cold, our server was not attentive, and I even had to ask for silverware after she brought out the salads. I wrote a letter of complaint to their corporate office. They sent me an apology and a $50 gift card. Tonight we used it at the Red Lobster at Chesterfield Commons. Every aspect of our meal was the complete opposite of that other experience. We had a great waitress named Lindsey who never kept us waiting for anything. Our food was served promptly and it was at the proper temperature, and Lindsey checked back with us several times throughout the meal. We both ordered the Admiral's Feast which had flounder, scallops, fried shrimp, fried claims, and our choice of sides. It came with salads and cheesy biscuits. With a sister on each coast, one in Boston and one near San Francisco, I know what fresh seafood tastes like. My expectations here in St. Louis are adjusted for the fact that we're nowhere near an ocean. That being said, we had a really good meal with excellent service. It's nice to know that we can go to Red Lobster in Chesterfield and enjoy a nice meal. We were fortunate enough to get two seats at the bar tonight with a 45 min wait for dinner. We were completely impressed with Todd & Heather behind the bar. They were as busy as you can be at the dinner hour. They could have easily lost it but were extremely efficient, attentive & professional. As we looked around all the servers in the dining room were moving fast and working hard. The manager as well was quick moving and helping everyone. The food was delicious so cudos to the kitchen staff. Well done to the whole team!!! read more
