    We dined here only at the request of my 90 yr old mother-in-law who likes the menu. We apparently dined on the wrong day of the week (Friday) at noon! The waiter promptly informed us that the daily special for Friday (Fish & Chips) as promoted in the colorful menu was not available! My first two choices from the featured appetizers list were not available either (Bacon wrapped scallops nor bang bang shrimp)! They did have fried shrimp available - my last choice. It was odd. Kinda felt like a Fire Sale -- clean out the kitchen before the business closes for good. No one offered to explain the unusual set of circumstances. There are other chain restaurants in this immediate area that offer seafood.

    Joy to the world...our server, Joy, was fabulous (ask for her section). We love Red Lobster. I always have the clam chowder. Love the fish and chips! Cole slaw is very good. My husband had the Pick 3: shrimp scampi, Walt's Favorite and shrimp linguini Alfredo. The Cheddar Bay biscuits were fresh and hot. Nice that traditional Christmas music was playing. Comfortable atmosphere.

    Felt like the quality was downgraded. It seemed more processed like so many restaurants since the pandemic.

I get it some people including the family we were with just LOVED the simple food. My mother in law loved the fact "this place didn't over season everything, delicious." My wife enjoyed her meal and father-in-law well we got a "good" out of him that's worth 4 starts . Not a place I'm going back to but everyone around us seemed very happy and a local restaurant doing well.

I told her that I'm got these things going on and it's not her fault the Grubhub delivery driver isn't her fault, but the reason that the order was wrong on several different levels, not cut in half no mail on the sandwich not extra pickles not extra napkins, not extra salt, etc. etc. and everything tasted like onions so of course I don't wanna eat it and I got excuses so I told her I won't use her restaurant again and she said OK. I would recommend that she don't go there because they don't fix things when they screw them up. I have no intention of ordering or going to that restaurant ever again. And it's funny because my nephew used to work there and I used to love the place. Well I guess I'm done with it.
