My worst experience at the Greenfield, WI location. I felt that I was inconveniencing the hostess by being a customer with a reservation and a handicapped person. Her appearance was inappropriate for a Red Lobster. She also had a really bad attitude, yet I remained cordial. Way overpriced for the bad service and bad food. Old and broken down fryer grease. The clam strips were the smallest that I had ever seen. They were mostly bad greased and overly breaded. They succeeded at disrespecting myself and family and ripping me off. I ended up with severe heartburn from eating just a small portion of what they claim to be clams. That was my final visit. My stomach will never forgive them. read more

There is nothing available to anyone that might have dietary restrictions. They don't serve a side salad (because of Covid) but you can order a Caesar salad. Waiter was super nice! He was very patient with my grams and her friend! I had the 4 course special and it was a great deal! Mon-Thur for 16.99 you get a great meal! My grams had crab and they even cracked it for her! So so wonderful! And her best friend had the lobster pizza! It all came out wonderful! The pizza was actually quit good! We were here visiting from Washington where we have a Red Lobster and this one is much better than our local one! We were met with warm smiles and seated immediately, but unfortunately it took our waitress over 15 minutes to show up, after we inquired when we could expect to be served. She took our drink & appetizer order ( drinks were all water). We also ordered our meals. She brought water, our meals showed up, salad but wrong dressing, no appetizer ever showed up. It took another 10 minutes to get her attention to cancel the appetizer, get butter for our baked potatoes and refills of water. Very poor waitress. She had large, long fingernails, she was serving my food with these filthy nails. Than the chaos started when someone ( not sure if it was another customer or wait staff) dropped ketchup or seafood sauce near us and it splattered all over me, in my hair on my clothes and all over our table, it was a mess!! Very poor service, we ask for a booth and did not get one when there were plenty of open booth. 2 couples came in after us and immediately got the booth and got served right away. The wait was about 45 minutes, but it's expected for a holiday. We got the devious mussels for the app and it was fantastic. The broth goes wonderfully with bread. The rest of the meal was just amazing ranging from shrimp and scallops to crab and lobster. We basically filled the table. Everything was so nice and flavorful and9 the server for the most part was really quick. The kitchen really out did itself. Everything was so delicious and hot. The only bad parts was the mojito tasted terrible and I had to switch it to something else. My food was out about 10 minutes before my family and I was probably about half way done when theirs came out. Mainly though it was a good experience and I will be back. read more

I usually don't reviews but I have to tell you about our experience on Christmas Eve 2022. We were coming home from Colorado Springs and decided to call for a take out order. We called and the automated system was terrible, finally got a guy on the phone I ordered a Rock Lobster Tail, baked pototoe and salad. My wife wanted the Ultimate Feast and wanted to subitute another lobster tail instead of fried shrimp. The guy said can you hold I don't know if we can do that ( which we have done several times before) after 5 minutes a girl came on the phone I had to repeat my order. Thinking they finally got we went to pick up, my wife waited in the car she has stage 4 COPD and is on oxygen 24/7, I went in and gave my name they came out with 1 Ultitmate Feast, I said where is my Rock Lobster, baked potote and salad? Oh and I ordered cheesecake which was not there. Finally after a half hour they got everything. We went home and the cheesecake was melted, the lobster was way over cooked and the shrimp was cooked enough. Worst $100.00 dollars I have ever spent!!!!!!!!!!! No stars!! read more

We have eaten at this location many times and this time was by far the worst. Once we were sat, the hostess took care of us most of the time. She took our orders and brought us all our food. Our actual waitress only brought my husband a drink. They kept saying she was super busy but the restaurant itself wasn't super busy and there were other waitresses working. So I don't know about that. We ordered from the 3 from the Sea menu. Our salads were fine but the mozzarella sticks were disgusting. My shrimp linguine wasn't all that good either and my husbands fish and chips was over cooked. We couldn't bring any of this to anyones attention because we only saw our waitress once. Thankfully there was one of those tablets on the table so we could pay and leave or else we would probably still be there waiting for our check or any acknowledgment from the staff. Once we walked out, the hostess and the manager was standing at the hostess station talking and didn't even say goodbye. We were just very underwhelmed with the service. read more

My Daughter took me here for Father's Day. Good food, good service, but I never understand at this location why their portions are smaller. Should be the same across the board. When I go to this location and you order the 2/3 combo thing and you order the shrimp scampi you get at the most 6 shrimps. At other locations you get a dozen per order. We always good service and the last few times have been great. However, the servers and bartenders always seem a little overwhelmed no matter the time of day. Fortunalty they are in good spirits andapologize for the sometimes long wait for food. My only suggestion on service is to maybe employ a busser and keep the servers hands out of the bar fruit. They aren't server snacks and that table you just bussed won't taste good in my drink. The food is a little pricey for what you get, but it is Red Lobster. I was wanting crab legs and Red Lobster was the closest place to eat at. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the door. It was an older staff who were very polite and thorough with our experience. I never had a Red Lobster server go over the menu as well as our server did. I've always gone to this Red Lobster. It's my favorite, but New Years Eve. It was my Girlfriends son's birthday. The dinners came out 3 different times. So we really didn't eat together. But did get to pray for Thanks together. Some of the dinners were cold but one of them was still frozen, not cold. The Lobster tail was frozen rock hard. We complained, but they didn't get it. We were seated promptly and the server was very cheerful and courteous. But that was the only efficiency in their service. The server took our orders and came back with the drinks and appetizer WITHOUT any plates or silverware. We had to ask him to bring the plates and the silverware. He spilled my drink on the table. Not a big spill, but it did spill. He did not apologize for that either. I was left with a little pool of alcoholic liquid on my side of the table. The appetizer we ordered was the coconut shrimp. It was so oily and overcooked that even a shrimp and coconut lover like me could not eat one whole shrimp. When the server asked us how we liked out appetizer, we said we thought it was overcooked and oily. His response ? Even though he said that it could be because we had never had that shrimp before, it appeared that he was suggesting that we did not know what we were talking about. We went in for Sunday lunch. Roughly our 10th visit over the years. I got the 3 item combo - coconut butterfly shrimp, scallops ( a favorite of mine) and seafood stuffed flounder. For some reason you have to pay an extra $3 for the 6 scallops. Two of which were tiny and they had a chewy texture. The shrimp were more breading than meat. The stuffed fish was decent but really greasy. My wife had the 2 item combo - Walt's shrimp and snow-crab legs. She felt the shrimp was really salty and got soggy because the crab legs were draining water all over them. Judging from the amount of water draining out of them, I think they probably boiled them to thaw them out and didn't bother to let them drain. Service - two words, what service???? There really were t that many people in the place, but it took 10 minutes before our server showed up. I thought I was going to have to ask for the biscuits, which is one of my favorite carb addictions... She decided to bring them a few minutes after our drinks. I almost jumped across the isle and joined a grumpy older couple. They got lucky and had a lady named Debra. Which I will note has been a server there for like 15 years and kicks butt. Sorry, I got lost in envy. I managed to get one more refill on my drink and had to ask for another basket of biscuits. At least she was pleasant when we actually saw her... Overall - food quality was marginal at best, way over priced for what we got. I'm a scallop junky and was way bummed over the crap I was served. We all got the Crab Lover's Trio of steamed king crab and snow crab legs, with crab-stuffed shrimp, for $24.99. That included your salad and cheesy biscuits. The waitress told me they made their own salad dressings and I couldn't make up my mind between the ranch or the blue cheese. So, she brought me both on the side (no extra charge) and they were equally great. The whole dinner was excellent, with only one little complaint. I didn't care for that sauce they poured all over the crab-stuffed shrimp. It kinda ruined them. Crab-stuffed shrimp is usually great all by themselves. Next time, I'll tell them to hold that sauce. Whatever it was. The waitress was attentive, the place was clean, food awesome, and for that price for crab, plus all the extras it was a great value. This reflects not just on this location but on every Red Lobster we've been to over the past few years. I'm tired of complaining about my wife's drink every time we go here or to any other Red Lobster location. It's one thing that they refuse to mention the price of mixed drinks on the menu, but to actually leave alcohol out of a mixed drink and claim "yes, this is the with-alcohol version" is going too far. My wife prefers not to order a new drink as she's afraid they'll mess up her drink but last night was the last time. If you want a mixed drink with dinner, I don't recommend Red Lobster. read more

Giving this red lobster a one star is two too many. Started off as having to wait 25 minutes with empty tables all over. Went to the restroom it smelled like urine and feces. Looks like nobody had cleaned it at least all day. After we were seated, we waited another 10 minutes with no one to greet us. Asked if we could sit in one of the booths in the bar. The hostess said you can sit at the table top but the boots you cannot. So when we finally got sat, 25 minutes later, it was the booth in the bar that was empty, along with four others. We have come to this red lobster before and had a horrible experience. However, we thought it would be nice to give them another try. If you want to go to a good Red lobster I would suggest going to the one in Northfield. They probably make you wait, so it looks like they're busy and they're good restaurant when really they suck. read more

Yikes ! The service at this place was horrible. Not just for me, but everyone around me. We were promptly seated , and that gets them 1 star. and that's all I thought they were worth. We heard a customer grumble as we were being seated. We got our soup and salad - and found a hair in our soup. The Manager came and assured us that they follow all the precautions in the kitchen, and we let it go. Having committed such a blunder, I would have thought they would be more cautious with us. However, they followed it up by mixing water in my sprite. Meanwhile, we saw one waiter drop a plate of oysters right in front of us. I would have expected that they would take off the dish off the bill, but they did not. Again, not a big deal - but just shows the callousness. Finally -as we were leaving, we heard the manager talk to another guest about taking off 25% from their bill as they apologized. With so much going on within 2 hours, I can't believe this place is capable of providing good service - please skip this place , unless you are starving to death. read more

While I'm not really a seafood person, my bf loves it! But there's compromising here since they have several dishes with no seafood included. When we came last time, I got the Cajun chicken linguini, while my bf got the ultimate feast (I believe that's what it was) food is always on point! Service is great! My boyfriend and I came here on a whim today and had the best experience!! When we arrived the hostess was so sweet and genuine. We ordered the endless shrimp and the snow crab legs and everything was super tasty! Our server Pam was fantastic and never missed a beat on refills. There was another server (i think his name was Ethan) that checked on us a couple times as well and was extremely friendly like the others.
