My husband and I came in to eat on 10/8 and we've never had such horrible service in our lives. We wanted to have a nice dinner after a long work week at red lobster and we traveled about an hour to come there. We waited about half hour to get seated which we were fine with since it was Saturday night and it was busy. Once seated, we waited for our server to greet us, which felt like an eternity. Once she came over, she looked flustered and out of breath. All I could smell was a disgusting odor of cigarette smoke. I have never had a server EVER reek like cigarette smoke. I didn't know that Red Lobster's employees were allowed to smoke during their shifts. She introduced herself as Makayla and asked us what we wanted to drink. We both just ordered waters. About 5 minutes later she came back with our drinks and abruptly asked us if we were ready to order. We heard about some promotion going on about ordering different varieties of shrimp, so we asked her about it. She mentioned the seaside shrimp trio so my husband and I both ordered that. She came back with our salads and slammed them on the table. We then didn't even see our server until she came back with our dinners!! Most servers when I go out to dinner place the dinner plate on the table. She handed me the plate and I almost dropped it on myself because of how hot it was. I thought the night couldn't get any worse and then I over heard another server telling their table about endless shrimp. The server explained all the different types of shrimps you could get. As I looked around I saw other tables getting delivered more shrimp... when I asked our waitress earlier about the promotion, she showed my husband and I the shrimp trio. My husband was going ask our server what the difference was but when she came back to our table she just handed us the check. She didn't even ask us how our food was.. we wanted to order dessert but obviously she wanted us to leave. After we paid, we asked her to speak to a manager and we sat there for 10 minutes. No manager ever came. We decided to just leave because we were so disrespected and mistreated. Best seafood restarant around here..Who doesn't like there mouth watering biscuits...I never had a bad meal, but a couple of times the salad was not as crisp and green ..but they did exchange and gave me another....I love the crab legs...you are suppose to get a pound with the meal, but I tell you they are small, and didn't get much of crab meat, there were three of us that got it, it was the same for all..taste great, but not enough crab meat on them...it is an expensive meal, I think you should get decent crab legs..All and all it was a great time...They were all very friendly, and enjoyed the time we had there..God Bless read more

As far as Red Lobsters go, this one is a notch above the others in terms of food quality, but out of the 4 or 5 times I've been here, my family and I never got seated within 30 minutes of arriving. We tend to go on Sundays, so the place tends to be packed. Overall, it's a pretty good Red Lobster that hasn't suffered the same quality and service issues that have plagued other Red Lobster locations in PA. read more

We have eaten in this place before and the food was really good. But the last time, about a week ago, the food was really poor.

Went here for a quick lunch while shopping in Muncy/Williamsport area. Arrived at 11:45am hoping to beat the lunch crowd and the hostess told us it would be 5-10 minutes to be seated. 20 minutes later she had seated 8 other parties arriving after us who had apparently "called ahead." When we were finally seated our pleasant waiter seemed to know little about how the luncheon specials worked. We ordered quickly and had the famous Red Lobster cheddar biscuits delivered hot to our table promptly. But our food did not come until 12:45pm. 1 hour. So if you come make sure you "call ahead" and are not in a hurry. The food was your standard Red Lobster food. We ordered salad dressing on the side and it came on the salad and scallops broiled and they came fried but we were too impatient to bother sending it back. The waiter offered to fix the scallops. The tacos were really tasty. The Red Lobster cole slaw is really fabulous with cabbage and carrots in a cream base with a yummy spice and a very generous serving. Last few times I was in there my orders were completely wrong, the service was awful, and my bill was wrong. Most of the folks I know who live in town said their experiences were about the same. Other people may have had good experiences there, but not me, not ever. I heard this place is closing and all I can say is, "it's about time." read more

Server (Darren) was excellent! The food was great as always and the minor wait was worth it. The reason for my not so great rating was the Hostess "A." She was training another hostess and became very rude upon my asking for a different table (due to a medical condition which is none of her business). She huffed and puffed, commented and threw a pen when my husband walked by after using the restroom. When we left, I turned and said "Good night ladies!" To the hostess, the trainee and another young girl in the vestibule. The trainee and the other young girl were very nice, and wished us a good night. The hostess who was training the others gave me a very dirty look. "A" should not be training anyone for any reason!!! We're very disappointed and will be calling the manager. read more

I eat at red lobster all the time. Tonight the lobster did not look white it looked more clear like it wasn't cooked. This has happened before and when I ask about it they say it is because it is wood grilled. Well tonite I have been sick a short time after I ate it. Ok....this Red Lobster was pathetic at best. To start, I called ahead for a party of 8. When we got there they had us seat with a booth at one end and and a long table with 3 chairs on one side and the other side was a bench that was uneven. The place was not that busy..it was a Thursday night. That was not horrible....but then it started with the typical line "the biscuits are almost out of the oven and will be right out". At least 20 minutes later they came. Then the order....placed and 50 minutes later the food came. Meanwhile I was served a glass of water in a cracked glass....sent that back. The food was overcooked. Shrimp was like rubber and I overheard the next table across the dining area get the same line of crap....the food was almost done blah blah blah but at least their waitress loffered them free desert . So after we ate..the dirty dishes piled up on the table and when desert was ordered we had to ask to have them take the plates!!! Come on..that's just service 101. They failed. We will never pay that kind of money for that kind of service or low quality food again. read more
