It was Sunday and super busy. The staff were running around but the TVs and the atmosphere kept you busy. This place had a rustic cabin feel and felt very homely. The food was good. My only critique is that they overpowered the meals with sauce. The Surf and Turf Tacos was good but they out on too much Baja sauce. My wife said the calamari was too spicy. She said the fish had too much peppers. My friend enjoyed his omelet. I did order the queso and chips too. It was a soupy dip and tasteless. I wouldn't recommend that appetizer. Overall, the restaurant a bit pricey and the meals were tasty.

I am shocked how good Red Mountain Grill is. After a four day backpacking trip the six of us decided to eat here. I was skeptical because of the Yelp ratings.... Dont believe it. The good service and atmosphere were fantastic. Great fish and chips. Great Cesar salad. And great pizzas Plus nice beers on tap I would mos def comeback here

We had a delicious meal after a long Sunday skiing. Servers were super friendly and knew the menu well. The chips and salsa with guacamole were fresh and delicious. I had a huge burrito. It was fantastic and packed with flavor. Would definitely be able to split it with someone next time! The inside decor is super interesting and Mexican ranch style. They have multiple screens with different games playing.

I ordered the queso dip, says oven roasted green chili & jack cheese. Did have the cheese but short on the chilis. I also orders the green chili burrito. As a whole flavor wasn't too bad, again forgot the chili part. After eating both never did I feel my heat, really sad was looking forward the some Colorado green chili. The wife ordered the prime rib special. All the food came out REALLY quick, like less than 10 minutes. The prime rib looked really good, but the butter that was put on top, never melted. So either the butter was super cold or the prime rib wasn't hot enough. The vegetables were season good, the garlic mashed potatoes tasted pretty good. They had a little more garlic than the burrito or queso did, but not much. Service was good, atmosphere was good. As a whole good meal, just sad about the green chili.

After a long day of skiing with the kids, this definitely hit the spot. I can't speak to all the other items on the menu but the brisket skillet and the cheeseburgers all look great. We also tried the elk chili which had a nice spice level and a little kick to it. The strawberry margarita was definitely refreshing.

A little pricey (like all food in the area), but it was very good. Our server was a little blasé, but we weren't in a hurry.

He recommended a real banger for a beverage in the Brewmaster's Stash, also the brewery mustard for my burger. I'd recommend this location to my friends and family. Enjoy!

I honestly don't like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was terrible…read more I ordered mac and cheese with chili and pork, and what came out looked like plain microwaveable Kraft mac and cheese. There was no chili, no pork, nothing -- just basic mac and cheese that tasted like it came straight out of a box. My friend ordered a burger that was supposed to come with lettuce, blue cheese, and the works. Instead, it arrived with just chicken and bread. That was it. No toppings at all. The water we were given was also incredibly dirty -- it literally looked grey. Service somehow managed to be both overwhelming and nonexistent. While we were eating, the waiter came back to the table every couple of seconds so we couldn't even have a conversation. But when we were actually ready for the check, suddenly there was no waiter anywhere and we fwaited about 15 minutes. On top of that, every request got mixed up. I asked for blue cheese and after about 10 minutes the waiter came back with ranch. Then I asked for lemon vinaigrette (which the meal was supposed to come with) and instead got honey mustard. After explaining again, she came back with... even more honey mustard. We also paid $10 for fries with green chili and received about 15 fries. And one more thing when paying they did NOT bring my card back for about 20 minutes. It was also extremely dark where we were sitting all of the surrounding lights were off but everywhere else in the resteraunt was perfectly fine Overall the food quality, service, and attention to orders were extremely disappointing. Definitely not an experience I'd repeat don't waste your money here.

July 21, 2026 - Silverthorne, CO…read more One of the reasons we chose to stop here was the large, dog-friendly outdoor patio. We entered through the patio entrance, found a table right away, and our server quickly brought us water. She also pointed out that water bowls and fresh water were available for our pup, which was a thoughtful touch. I ordered one of the house specialties, the Chilled Tuna & Salmon Poke Bowl ($24), and I'm so glad I did. Every bite was fresh and delicious. It had just the right amount of spice--enough to add flavor without being overwhelming. My husband ordered the Summit Mushroom Burger($20), and after stealing a few bites, I can confirm it was excellent as well. The fries were exactly how I like them: crispy on the outside, fluffy and tender on the inside. Great food, attentive service, and a dog-friendly patio made this a wonderful lunch stop.

The building is a bit of a mess but we will hold our judgement for the service and food. It appears that two people are running the entire business. HUSTLERS. We looked over the menu and selected the spicy fried cauliflower with green onions, micro cilantro, sweet heat, sesame seeds and a lime cream sauce. The cauliflower was crispy, well flavored, and a good taste. We shared the Summit mushroom burgers with goat cheese, wild mushrooms, spicy pepper jelly and roasted garlic aioli. The burger was delicious, juicy and a real treat. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful, engaging and working hard to service the crowd. Eclectric Bar and Grill is not fancy, but a solid option in the burger scene. Give them a chance and judge them for yourself.

Stopped in for some late night bites…read more Vibe: Comfy with lots of table, couch, and comfy chair options. Dim mood lighting. Board games and little free library inside. Good music. Overall a very good vibe and very inviting to hang out. Service: Friendly and fast Food: Menu is definitely a step above your classic bar food, I got a sandwich special and steak tips. The sandwich was a grilled cheese croissant that included smoked gouda and balsamic reduction and it was really good. The steak tips were okay, decent flavor, a little chewy, maybe because they were cut so small? Value: Total after tip was $30ish for a 'just right' portion so may a little over valued. Overall this place was such a good vibe with chill staff and good food.

We ordered the White Widow, Kali Mist, Garlic Cheese Bread, and the Bowl O' Balls for the little ones. The Kali Mist was easily our favorite great flavor and we'd absolutely order it again. The White Widow was good, just not as memorable. The garlic cheese bread was a solid side, and the Bowl O' Balls was perfect for the kids. The pricing was very reasonable. We spent around $54 for everything, and for the quality and portion sizes, it felt fair. We liked that they offer 4", 8", and 12" sandwiches, and the 8-inch subs were a great value. The drink selection was also nice, although the ice machine wasn't producing ice during our visit. The reason for 4 stars really comes down to the customer service. Noah was friendly and helped us choose between a couple of sandwiches when we asked for his opinion, which we appreciated. However, the experience lacked the hospitality and attention to detail that turns a good visit into a great one. After paying, there was no offer of a receipt I actually had to go back and ask for one. When our food was brought out to go, the bag was accidentally dropped into my arms and almost hit the ground. There wasn't any follow-up afterward no "Here's your order," "Enjoy your meal," or "Can I get you anything else?" We also didn't realize until we got back to the Hilton that there were no napkins or condiments included with our order, even though we tipped 18%. The restaurant has a fun, unique atmosphere, but the dining area could have been cleaner. The trash bins were overflowing, and while there was a steady flow of customers, it didn't seem overly busy or like they were in the middle of a rush. It felt like there was enough downtime to stay on top of basic housekeeping. Overall, the food was good, the prices were fair, and we'd stop by again if we're ever back in Silverthorne. I think the biggest opportunity for improvement is simply customer service and hospitality small things like offering a receipt, checking that the order is complete, including napkins and condiments, and ending the interaction with a friendly send-off would go a long way. Those little details are what turn a good meal into a great customer experience.
