10 out of 10! BEST MECHANICS EVER! I agree with all the previous responses, they take amazing care of you and truly appreciate your business. I was referred to Ryan (the owner) by my sister who had went to high school with him. He is the most genuine, honest and professional mechanic I have ever worked with. For me finding a trustworthy and dependable family mechanic is a true asset and my whole family is on board with Redi Imports! As a broke college student, Ryan took on my super old Ford Escort Wagon that needed a lot of work. He was upfront and courteous with me through the whole process while maintaining flexibility with my budget and charging the cheapest labor rate in the city. Since my car is 10+ years old I really respect all they people down at Redi Imports for taking it on and treating me with the same professionalism as they would to customers with racing/luxury cars. (I hear that is his specialty) I even checked back in after a couple days I got major work done, after hearing a noise, and they got me up and out of there with a quick adjustment in 30 mins for free! The lovely woman at the front desk is sweet and informative about scheduling and Louie the pup makes you feel better when nervous about your car! I've been to a bunch of different garages and garage/car repair chains, and this is the first one that I trust implicitly. I had a great experience when I took in my 07' KIA for belts and engine mount replacements. Ryan could have charged me a few hundred extra dollars for work that my car didn't need, but he had a look at it and gave me a detailed explanation and the honest lowdown of my situation. He saved me a bunch of money and did great work in a situation that, had I been somewhere else, could have (and based on my experience, WOULD have) ended up costing me at least 300 dollars more for unnecessary repairs I had come in thinking I wanted done. My wife and I have two cars. The one was at our mechanics for a week, and counting. Our other car's alternator failed and we were desperate to find a new mechanic who could fix it the same day and at a reasonable price. I saw Redi Imports listed on Yelp.com and gave them a call. Ryan, the owner, was very nice. He fit me into his schedule the very same day. I was given different options for prices that would fit my budget. Ryan went above and beyond my expectations by giving me a free upgrade on the part that was being replaced and also replacing another part while keeping me within the original quoted price. i highly recommend Ryan and the team at Redi Imports. I want to truly apologize to the owner for my first review I was angry but wrong. I have the 2008 Range Rover with the heater core replacement. The system just needed to burp on its own. My heat has never been hotter since I took ownership. Everything else that was fixed and is also running properly I couldn't be happier. So, this is my deepest apology to him and all of the Redi Imports techs team. I go to Red I Imports for all of my automotive needs. From simple oil changes to complicated engine repairs, Ryan and his crew can fix anything. They are professional and the prices are very reasonable. In cases of urgency they can usually fit you into their schedule right away. Ryan always answers all of my questions in detail and explains exactly what is needed. He is courteous and genuinely cares about making sure my vehicles are in excellent condition and safe to drive. I had my clutch and flywheel replaced on my 2008 WRX at redi imports. Needless to say I am very happy with the job that was done.
