On the moving day, as I was running out of time with packing, I requested if they could arrive an hour later. They treated all my belongings with great care, meticulously wrapping my TVs and moving my six giant 7-8 feet tall plants safely. This moving company is probably the BEST moving company I've ever used. Excellent and straightforward rates without any hidden fees, professional, punctual, and extremely efficient. I was able to submit an inquiry and book their services through Alena in a matter of minutes. On the day of the move, these movers literally go above and beyond with their customer service and care for your belongings. I didn't have the proper tools to remove my mounted TV, and they graciously removed/safely packed the TV for me as well! One of the movers noticed a damaged chair (not their fault - it was broken way before moving), and immediately brought it to my attention. The other mover (Mike) was extremely considerate and communicative, and pretty much made my moving experience 12/10. I'm still a little impressed how smooth everything went The crew showed up right on time, super friendly, introduced themselves and got straight to work. I was a bit nervous because we had some heavy stuff (a huge couch that barely fit through the door and a treadmill), but they handled it like it was nothing. At one point I thought for sure the couch wouldn't make it out -- somehow they angled it perfectly like it was a puzzle piece. They wrapped all the furniture really well with blankets and plastic, and nothing got scratched, which I really appreciated. Also, small thing but important -- they didn't waste time. No standing around, no dragging things out, just steady, professional work the whole time.
