We stopped in here from a long day of exploring and did not know what to expect. The interior is really nice and feels like a beer hall. The portions are really big and the food is amazing. We shared an order of their mini sausages and a pretzel, both were very good and flavorful. I chose the sausage mixed platter which comes with three different wursts, all were very good but I really enjoyed the veal sausages the most. The dish also came with sauerkraut, potato salad, and pickled cabbage which was amazing! My wife got the beef goulash and she absolutely loved it. First time went by myself to peep it, had a vegan dog with Schofferhofer grapefruit shandy (aka grapefruit juice bc the proof is like 2.7%) along with a Warsteiner, followed by a Kostritzer Schwarzbier, with a finale of a Spaten Optimator. Came here with some coworkers for drinks after work. Almost said happy hour, but there is no happy hour here. Beers will run you about $10 for a half liter and $18 for a full liter. We managed to snag a table and service was very slow. We ordered our food, but the waiters kept trying to take away our full plates. We still had beers so I'm not sure why they were trying to rush us. We kept telling them no, but they kept coming back to try to take our food. It was so bizarre. That being said, the food was decent and the beers that we ended up getting were pretty good. They also ran out of two beers that we wanted (we came at around 6PM so not sure how they were tapped out already) and didn't have any more pretzels. Overall, the lack of happy hour, food, drinks and politeness at this place really ruins the place. Would NOT recommend coming here in the future. One of my friend had a birthday at Reichenbach Hall. I never been in Germany but the environment makes me feel like I was in Germany. I didn't have any food but my friend has some food over there. they have very giant size of pretzels which it was looking really good. The pork was excellent. It was evenly flattened, breaded and fried to a golden perfection. It was textbook, the way I would expect in Austria or Germany. The potato salad side dish had the right amount of seasoning, so I thoroughly enjoyed that as well. The red cabbage blaukraut was also well done with a good balance of herbs and vinegar. The rouladen came with a giant dumpling, and both had great flavor. The one negative thing about this dish was that the meat was a bit chewier than I would've liked. Otherwise, there was a good proportion of pickle to other fillings inside the beef roll. Last was the apple strudel dessert. This was probably the weakest part of the meal. It was good in terms of presentation and flavor, the apple was somewhat undercooked and cold. Had they warmed it up in the oven for 10 minutes, it would've been excellent. YUCK! Not sure where to start. Being of Austrian descent I know my German food. As a family we visit Germany and Austria yearly. We started with 2 pretzels, one with mustard only and the other with the Obazada cheese spread. These were tasty. From there it all went downhill. The schnitzels were pounded so thin and fried in an untraditional manner. They were very dry. Our table all opted for the pork schnitzels, some with the mushroom sauce some without. The menu says they come with red cabbage and german potato salad. For some reason ours were served with the red cabbage and sauerkraut. When we brought it to the attention of our server she told her manager who had to come and see for herself only after looking at the menu to verify. The schweinehaxen was over cooked. So overcooked and dry that my dad broke a tooth on it. The spatzel with gravy was outright gross. This food in our opinion just didn't taste good. They had a decent drink menu. Sometimes you don't want a vodka tonic for happy hour, sometimes you just want a good ol' German beer! Reichenbach is perfect for just that. My friend and I popped in right after work to reserve a table for some friends. Décor is definitely beer hall style. We were seated immediately at a long, wooden communal table (although we were the only ones there). Our awesome waitress, Melissa, offered us some great food and drink suggestions. She brought over a sample of a popular mixed beer concoction-Schöfferhofer Grapefruit Hefeweizen (which is beer mixed with grapefruit juice) and, I believe, Hofbrau Dunkel (which is similar to blue moon). The combination resulted in a sweet, yet light drink. We were immediately sold and ordered a 1/2 liter (a pretty large glass for $8). They also offer a full liter and a boot. We also ordered the Giant Bavarian Pretzel with mustard. When they say "giant", they really mean it. It was enough to fill 2 people up for a while. Melissa was kind enough to bring over another type of sweeter mustard which was great. Later on, we split the Spätzle With Bacon & Cheese. I usually love spätzle, but I wasn't crazy about this version. It was a bit too bland and dry, even with bacon and cheese. Had an amazing time here with my coworkers when we were in town for business meetings. I love that they have Franziskaner on tap and it's available in sizes as large as 1L and a 2L boot!!! Love the authenticity and will definitely be back next time I'm in town for work. The waitress was the hostess as well so we got round two of her This time she mocked us a bit as we ordered the food with the full name and snickered that it was funny ro hear us order When i asked about the german beer selection she reinforced that she was just working there and was clueless on the "huge" selection of 5 beers they were featuring The good news is it's a pretty cool atmosphere and has that beer hall look and feel to it I thought the food was really good and there was English descriptions of the German beers that were pretty accurate so I did enjoy my selection Probably the exception so that's why the four stars instead of five so if you're in the neighborhood in looking for schnitzel go for it! read more

Wow, what a great place to enjoy an Ice cold German Beer on a lazy spring evening. I walked in around 4pm on a Tuesday and found a place where I could relax without feeling like I was part of heard headed for slaughter like I do when I walk on the sidewalks. The Reichenbach Hall is an outstanding choice. The Beer is cold The staff all have infectious smiles that make you feel like you are best friends and they are happy you stopped by to have a Beer. The "Cheese and Bacon Spatzle" is out of this world. Its the best mac and cheese you will ever try and by far the best I've ever had. The Bacon adds a Smokey punch to an already tasty dish. DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE WITHOUT A RESERVATION. Especially not on a Friday. We ended up waiting 2 hours before we got a table. Which is why I'm on the fence between a 3 and a 4. But I'm feeling generous today, so I'll bump it up! Four co-workers and I came here on a Friday night. When we asked how long the wait would be, the hostess said she couldn't tell us, because some people may eat and leave, or some people may sit and drink for hours. Ok fine. But if that's the case, you need to monitor the seating situation more closely. Because apparently we were next in line, but some girl ran and stole our table, and then started ordering stuff. Which seems like what the majority of the people do here. It gets pretty crowded, so there's not really anywhere to stand, meaning there are randos hovering over every table. No wonder that seating system is a hot mess! And every time we saw an empty table, it just happened to be "reserved". Even though we saw a couple of "reserved" tables unoccupied for half an hour or more. Aside from that annoying situation, the food and beer were great! For food, I had the bratwurst. This comes with kartoffelsalat (potato salad), rotkohl (sweet and sour red cabbage) and sauerkraut. The sausage was good but the sides were just okay. They all tasted pretty similar, with a sour/vinegary flavor to it. I could have done without the rotkohl. I wasn't a fan of it. I also tried the pretzel and mustard. It looks bigger in pictures. The pretzel is really soft and fresh. There's this cream cheese-like spread that comes with it that compliments it really well. I would choose this over the mustard. For beer, I had the grapefruit beer, which was really good. But it didn't taste like beer. So if you're not a big fan of beer or you're a beginner beer drinker, you should get this. It tastes like grapefruit soda. Next, I got the darkest beer. I can't remember what it was called but it tasted like the Guinness that you would buy in a bottle, but maybe even slightly better. (I only like Guinness draft. And yes, I realize how much of a beer snob that makes me sound like but IDGAF. The heart wants what it wants!) I would definitely come back. But I'll just make sure to make a resso next time. read more
