If you find yourself with a flat tire, or in need of tires....Look no further they do have two locations on Seneca St...but the Elma location by far has the best service. Jason and his staff are beyond exceptional .if I could give Reids 6 stars I would. My mom and I have been coming here for years, for tires and rotations. I needed a new tire after recently hitting a cart corral at my second job. A coworker from my office job suggested Reid's tires. They're on Seneca Street in Elma, NY. I called and asked for Jason. He said to stop by anytime. I came here on Friday, three days ago. They had a great tire for me that was installed quickly and efficiently. They were able to put the hubcap back onto the tire too, which I really appreciated. Jason's employees were kind, quick, and efficient. He rang me up quickly and I was on my way in no time at all. The tire was installed correctly and I feel much safer with it on there. I was in and out in no time at all. They have a small waiting area with a tv and hot coffee. If I need new tires, or an alignment, I wouldn't hesitate to come here. read more

I needed inexpensive tires and I called He quoted me three sixty two and change out the door They're both on Seneca street and I went to the wrong one. Instead of just calling the other store like I asked the guy's looking through his catalog telling me he can't do it for that price. So then he finally calls the other guy Jerry or terry whatever his name go And goes back and forth with me three times asking me what the price was again find Finally , I just walked out and said i've told You the price five F$%king times already. So then, about half an hour later. Jerry calls me. It says, yeah, Hey, I quoted you those tires. I guess you were yelling at my guys at the other store. I says no I wasn't yelling. He cuts me off. I tried so many tire stores to get my 285/35/19 tires mounted to rims, including a local Ford dealer. To them I asked what if I had a Mach 1? The reply was a blank stare. Anyways I had an opportunity to stop here in the morning on the way to a Dr appt. The gentleman told me that would be no problem at all and he'd call me when they were done. Not even 2 hours later they were done I was and still am in awe. No appointment great service and a unexpected super fair price. You guys have found a new customer. read more

Great people! I went to three other shops and they could balance my tires correctly, but Reid's did the job right.

Reid's Tires far exceeded my expectations for service, quality, and speed with fixing my flat tire. I called and asked if they could fit me in and their manager, Jason, said absolutely just swing by before they close at 5 and they would take care of it no problem. One tire had a nail on the inside shoulder that they fixed using a plug in no more than 15 minutes. The entire staff was very friendly and the price was more than reasonable, especially considering that Dunn Tire said the tire wasn't salvageable and quoted me $165 for a brand new one. An honest, knowledgeable mechanic is worth their weight in gold and I can't recommend Reid's enough. My only complaint is that they only work on tires (I assume based on the name). I will 100% be going back when I need a new set of tires and highly recommend you go to them for any and all of your tire needs. read more

I can see why it takes longer than usual to answer the phone since it's very busy. You're better off just driving there and you receive immediate help. This place put 4 tires on my mothers car last month she came into my work to have me check them the two front tires with already showing metal. She went back there and they told her to bad it's not there probably what time of Business does that only after a month of having them and your not gonna do anything about this. These guys are awesome. Sometimes they can be ridiculously busy but really is that a bad thing for business? I've gotten a bunch of tires and rims from them. Never rip you off. I show up to get my tires put on and yes I have to wait but not long. They have a waiting room with a tv and coffee for you to enjoy while waiting. Even though they are busy they remember your face to your car and call you right up. If you're in the market for tires or heck even rims to gussy up your car these are the guys to go to! read more

I will always go to Reids! I purchased new tires from them last November. I realized that I was loosing air rather quickly in two of the tires. I took it to my auto shop and they recommended contracting where I purchased the tires. I called Reids and they got me in that day. They resealed my tires and no cost. I have complete faith in these guys. My family has been bringing our cars here for the past 5 years or so and have had nothing but great experiences. I live near downtown and I still make the drive out to Reid's in Elma because of the service and prices there. Quick, honest, professional, and their prices are more than fair. I am pretty sure that all the Cooper tires sold there are manufactured in the US as well, which is a bonus. On the other hand, I avoid Dunn Tire on Hertel and Monroe Muffler on Delaware like the plague. read more

I was treated terribly here. I called told me the price not bad however when I arrived they told me that it would be an 8 hour wait. Why wouldn't you tell me that on the phone. Then treat me like I have a problem because they are busy. My whole life I have bought my tires here. After being treated like crap by Jason who was upset cause his machine was broken and basically told to take a hike. I no longer plan on purchasing tires here. Sad. I recently had to replace the tires on my light truck. Started with consumer reports to understand the recommended brands then started shopping the local/national chains in Western NY. I was getting out the door prices of $200+ per tire for all the recommended tires. Last check was the Cooper brand and the company website identified Reids as my closest Cooper dealer. They were going to be my last quote. This is a no nonsense business, they only sell Coopers, all the prices are on a whiteboard and out-the-door, no appt needed, first come first served. I saved over $50/tire and the service was fantastic. Free road hazard, rotations, etc. Next time I buy tires, I will go to Reids and if they still have the best prices and service, they will get my business and 5 stars. read more

Dropped my car off late the night before. Easy to find. Called the next day around 11 AM car was done by noon which I consider fast service. Staff was very friendly, no hassles gave me all the information I needed prices were better than anyone else in the area. Fantastic considering this was in the middle of Lake effect snow blizzard. I have gone to Reid's for years. But no more. Went there this past week and got tires. That night I saw that one of my wheels was missing a wheel cover. The next day I stopped by and Jason said I must have lost it in the less than 2 miles I live from Reid's . Oh no !!! they said ,we didn't break it or crack it. Now I'm out $125.00 - $175.00 for a new wheel cover. Did I mention that they happened to put that wheel on the passenger side, where I wouldn't see it right away. Last year, after getting a flat tire while running errands with the kids, I pumped up the tire at a gas station and stopped at 3 places looking for someone to help (I am not mechanical, at all). I stopped at Reid's... the gentleman stopped what he was doing, took my tire off my car, put a plug in it and pumped it back up. I was grateful that someone would help me out in a pinch, he could have charged me a ton of $$ and I would have gladly paid it. When I tried to pay for his help, he refused it - just told me to think of them the next time I bought tires. Now, where do you think I bought my tires the next time? Please do yourself a favor and don't buy your tires here!! They have the worst service and are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. It's all good times for them when you spend $1000 for tires but then when you attempt to get them rotated they don't want to see you. It's almost impossible to get in there. So I asked when is the best time and they told me 8am. So I arrived at 8am and there were 2 people ahead of me. The staff meandered in at 8:10! Did I mention that they open at 8?! I waited an hour and a half and the guy had the nerve to ask for a tip. A tip for coming to work late and making me wait for an hour and a half! I'm sorry but that is not a tip worthy experience! Also the boy looked like he hadn't shaved or showered in a week. I worked in the restaurant business for 30 years and never ever asked for a tip. When I asked how long did he expect it to be ,Jason the " manager" was so unprofessional he actually said "well to be honest I'm not in a big hurry this morning". Well guess what I'm not in any hurry to ever return to Reid's tire ever again. I'll rotate my tires myself in less time without the attitude! Disgusting!
