Had an awesome stay here for three weeks of this month! Our chalet was wonderful. Clean, spacious with a functional kitchenette and big modern bathroom. Master bedroom was stunning with huge closet and two windows letting in lots of natural light. The view from our balcony onto the gorgeous golf course green and surrounding mountains was breathtaking. Staff was courteous, professional and accommodating to our requests. Talon Grill restaurant on the same property was also very good with great staff. Cannot wait to return! read more

We were traveling from Bend, OR to Saratoga, CA and wanted to play Golf along the way. Found Eagle Point, the photos looked great, and the lodging did as well! Talking with Terri, was friendly and helpful. She met us upfront and welcomed us to the resort. Our stay was flawless and fun and the Chalet rooms are beautiful, comfortable and located with views of the course! We enjoyed a locals event Teerific Tuesday, where you hang on the range, and enjoy hitting balls and dining outdoors from a great food truck and nice beer selections! Eagle point golf club and lodging at the chalets is my absolute favorite trip. The course is world class and the king room/ suite in the chalets is the best. Always so clean and comfortable. I have never had better service and hospitality at any lodging anywhere, and a special thank you to Terri for taking such good care of us. The greens are perfect, and the wildlife is the cherry on top. Big healthy turkeys on the back 9, quail singing in the morning, and deer everywhere. Love the birdwatching too. We had such a lovely stay in The Chalets at the Eagle Point Golf Resort. Extremely clean and comfortable. Check-in was personal as well as quick and easy. Terry was so welcoming. Wish we could have stayed longer. Deer and Quail roaming the area. Breakfast included, but because the breakfast chef called in sick at the last minute we were given vouchers for "Crack and Stack" a breakfast place just a couple blocks outside the Resort entrance gate. This is the third time I have stayed at this resort. I absolutely love the accommodations, the host is very accommodating to your needs. I love the fact that there is a Keurig in the room and the rooms are very spacious, warm and inviting. The bathroom is huge with a large bathtub. The accommodations are lovely, the menu at the Talon Grill is a joy and beautifully executed, but the best part was being treated like family. Ours had gathered to attend a funeral at the nearby Eagle Point National Cemetery. The entire staff went out of their way to offer every extra comfort they could. Terri at reception is a room-organizing genius and remained at least one step ahead of me as I added, subtracted & reconfigured spaces for a grieving and distracted guest list. She'll never know how her gracious expertise lightened us on this sad occassion. Forever grateful. read more

Loved our stay at this little resort. Watched the deer on the course in the evening. They were still getting up ans running due to COVID-19 closures. The room was nicely presented and our hosts were welcoming to us and our last minute reservation. The golf course and garden view are nice. Restaurant was closed but our host made sure we got a little something for breakfast and lots of Keurig coffee pods for several nice, warm cups of coffee. This little golf resort was a terrific reprieve during our 2 week road trip. The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly and VERY accommodating. The grounds and golf course are BEAUTIFUL. There are not a ton of ammenities ( limited bar/grill) but the food was great and it was a WONDERFUL place to unwind. If you are a Golfer, you would LOVE it. We used it as a base as we took a day trip to Crater Lake. We plan on returning again! We heard that they will be remodeling and ecpanding the bar and grill, so we look forward to seeing what they do! read more

Excellent location. Close to Shady Cove ad river rafting and about the same distance to Medford. Also very close to wineries. This is a five star resort. They offer a "snack shack" type of eatery with outdoor seating. The "snack shack" offers breakfast (free with your room) with two delicious options: a breakfast croissant or breakfast burrito, plus muffins and oatmeal. Best part of all: Delicious Bloody Mary! The room was spacious and beautiful. We were on the bottom floor and had a beautiful porch facing the fairway. The porch had a bistro table and chairs and was surrounded by flowers. Stunning. The bathroom is huge with a large bathtub. The room also includes a refrigerator The bed was SUPER comfortable. Free internet. The price was right, possibly due to CoVid, doesn't matter, I would stay here again! read more

My husband and I stayed here last weekend and it was such a nice place! So clean and the bed was very comfortable. We golfed for two days with the stay and play package that includes breakfast and I feel that it was a great deal. We enjoyed dinner one night at the restaurant and it was very good. The one suggestion we would make is that if you can turn up the gas on the patio fire behind the rooms as you really couldn't feel it if you were sitting down which is maybe why guests don't use it that often? Also if there would be any way to eventually put in a hot tub or a couple of them to enjoy after a long day of golf that would be wonderful! I think my husband and I have found our new hotel to stay at when visiting our friends in Medford, we will just make sure we get an upstairs room this time because someone above us decided that they were late for something at 4:00 in the morning and sounded like an elephant walking back and forth and pounding things on the floor, as soon as they left it was nice and quiet! I'm so glad we found this gem of a place to golf and stay. read more

We had a really unforgettable great stay. I booked the hotel online on our road trip for the night. The first nice thing they did was that the owner called us to ask us about the time we ll be arriving and what's gonna be available then. And since we were getting late at night, we couldn't make it to the restaurant. So we asked if we can warm our food in a microwave. They were very accommodating and because we needed a microwave, they upgraded our room for a small fee to a nice suite where they put a microwave and left us with utensils so we can have our dinner warm and clean in the cozy room by the fireplace. The beds were super comfortable even for someone with a back issue. The gulf course and the hotel's surrounding were so beautiful in our next morning walk. read more

Upon pulling up, grounds are beautiful. When my boyfriend went to check in he explained that I have a service animal and the woman at the front desk was so rude about it. Even though we have all the necessary documentation she still asked him (THREE TIMES) what I need the dog for and made him describe in detail the entire process of having a service animal. We personally don't care but someone who is more litigious would have a field day with her for imposing on HIPPA laws. Once we finally got away from the crazy desk lady we got settled in our room, which was beautiful! We loved the backyard space and the fireplace. It started raining so decided to stay on site for dinner, we went to the restaurant Talon. The wait staff was super sweet, but the food was atrocious. I ordered pasta that was dry and tasted like cardboard and my boyfriend got the steak, medium. It came out raw twice, so we paid and left. Completely inedible. Such a bummer. If you can check in and avoid the crazy desk lady and the restaurant you'll probably enjoy your experience a lot more. read more

We found the Resort at Eagle Point on our way home from California. We wanted to go see Crater Lake. The accommodations were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the views from the patio were beautiful. It was very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we came back and stayed a second time. The rooms were great, clean and cozy. I appreciated the make up remover cloths (as I use mineral make up and it does stain wash cloths) it is a kindness to provide them for their guests. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and watched the sun rise. It is so peaceful here and we loved our stay the second time as well. We ate at the restaurant on site. Food was delicious. I had the Cobb salad and my husband had the fish and chips. After dinner we walked the golf course. There was only a handful of golfers and we walked and walked. It was beautiful. We are not sure about walking the course because there are not any signs but I want to say it is so beautiful and peaceful. It was a great way to end our night after dinner. (It was around 8:30 pm) I would like to say to that we arrived later than expected because we encountered the Canyonville fires on I-5 so traffic was terrible but the owners waited until we got there to make sure they greeted us and got us checked in. My husband had played golf here a few months back and commented on how nice the chalets looked. For our anniversary I surprised him with a 2 night stay here and boy were we impressed. The hospitality was supreme, the room was extremely cozy and had wonderful amenities. We were upstairs so we had a breathtaking view, and even though it rained it was the best get away we have had in a very long time. I highly recommend this little piece of heaven to anyone that wants to get away and relax. You won't be disappointed. We will be back soon. What a charming small resort. The room was lovely and had a private patio and nice amenities. We were headed to Crater Lake and this was our first stay, so we were pleasantly surprised to have such a friendly greeting from Terri who rode her golf cart over to welcome us. We had dinner the first night, and breakfast the following morning. The servers were friendly and helpful and the people who belong to the club were very welcoming. Every single person we encountered spoke very highly of the owners and that is a rare treat. Great job all the way around. I wish we could live there honestly.!!! read more

This is an absolutely beautiful location to stay in southern Oregon. The rooms are huge. The views are delightful. The adjacent restaurant has a nice selection. Reasonable rates especially given the comfort level and class bar none located here in the local area. The "only" reason they did not get 5 stars was due to their bath towels, in my opinion, did not measure up to the quality of the room nor the quality of other resorts I have had the pleasure of staying at. Towels can be longer and more plush... making this little gem a 10 star resort. read more

We were staying at the Chalets here and decided to go over to the Talon grill to relax and enjoy a drink. We ordered a bowl of crab soup and some steamer clams. We were blown away! The food was AMAZING!! The clams were tender and were served with a pretzel bread- slightly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The crab soup was LOADED with fresh crab and the broth was simply delicious! Selika was a great server and made sure our drinks were always tended to. An absolutely DONT MISS experience! This is an outstanding resort in Southern Oregon. Just minutes off the I-5 corridor outside of Medford, Oregon in the town of Eagle Point. The resort is a great spot to stay and relax, play golf, host a wedding or business outing, or come for a great meal. The golf course was designed and built by world famous golf architect Robert Trent Jones. This is a fun course for the recreational golfer as well as one of the great test of golf on the west coast for the serious golfer. The course is beautifully maintained by one of the Oregon's top superintendents, Dave Stephens, who has been here since the course was built. The newly opened chalets offer both one and two bedroom suites, some including a wonderful fireplace and sitting area. Outside is a inviting fire pit to sit and relax while you have a cocktail or drink of your choice. Just a one minute walk from your lodging is the Talon grill which offers a a full service restaurant and bar. I have traveled and played golf across the United States and I would highly recommend this friendly and inviting golfing, lodging and dining experience. read more

After the running y in Klamath falls became a flop I Sent a couple of employees here on a bit of a scouting mission. We do business in southern Oregona and Montana and my people enjoy golf and spend a lot of time on the road. The reports came back really positive. How this place is rated 4.5 stars is perplexing. In our experience (and those in our party) hospitality is not the specialty here. Being told we can't use the white washcloths on our face to wash off our makeup is unacceptable especially if you are not providing an alternative (two tiny packs of eye-makeup remover is not enough). Perhaps they can consider purchasing blue washcloths and asking guests to kindly use them for makeup removal instead. Our party rented 10 of the 12 rooms and were looking forward to a weekend of hanging out and catching up. On our first night we asked to use the fire pit behind our rooms so that we could enjoy the evening. We were told no because we might disturb the other guests! Seriously! As I mentioned prior our group had rented 10 of their 12 rooms. It was also only 8:00pm and we were not being loud. Way to treat your guests like children! We merely wanted the fire pit on to alleviate some of the the cold and wind. We were told that two breakfasts came with our room each night however when we went down for breakfast they told us this was not true. Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm with the office because nobody was available. Though the rooms are nice they are lacking in some of the basics. We had half a role of toilet paper and no backup role. When we asked friends if they had a spare role they too were lacking in supplies. This is a basic necessity and there should be back up roles in every room. The resort looks nice and has a lot of potential however they could use some serious training in hospitality. read more
