No hidden costs because they thoroughly explained everything. I got a call from the movers letting me know the estimated arrival time. The truck broke down but they got another truck within a reasonable time and saved the day for me. The 3 movers worked quick and were covid conscious and respectful and professional. Obtaining a quote was quick and Bob was responsive to my many questions. They had the most reasonable prices when comparing their quote with other movers. We had Manuel and Wilson, who were friendly and showed up on-time. They were efficient and took great care in packing our items safely to ensure that they would be protected during the move and once everything was placed in storage. Unloading at our storage unit was also quick and even quicker at our new place. They were quite skilled in maximizing the limited storage space, with room to spare. Let me just say that this is one business owner that is really dedicated in taking care of his customers. Positive first. They helped us 2 days ago. They were EXTEMELY nice and respectful. Han, Alim, AK, AN helped us and was very patient with us. Their rates are also on the low side as ive asked like 6 movers around the area before i booked them. Onto the bad side, i specifically asked when i was booking them if there were any extra charges that i have to expect and Ysa said no. He said unless you have any extra heavy items like gun safe or piano and we had none of that. We just had normal furniture. Paying the bill comes and Han charges us an extra $200!!! He says its because the bed frames were heavy. We do have the automatic bed frames that you have to plug in and stuff but i wasnt expecting that to be considered a heavy item since it wasnt listed in their contract and site. Its a bed frame. A part of a bed that every house has. And $200 is a lot of money to be surprised like that. Another problem we are just finding out is that the cords of some of the electronics are missing. Its probably somewhere is our mess still but i would think that movers knew how to dot his stuff already. To tape the. Next to the electronic that its a part of so things dont get mixed up. So 2 tvs, 1 bed frame and 1 chair still isnt working right now since we cant find the cords. They are really nice and respectful but im gonna pass on this one next time i move. read more

These guys answered right away to my inquiry and had the best deal. With professionalism and positive attitude. It was easy to book them and they arrived promptly. They had the extras ready in case I needed it, like packing tape, bubble wrap and boxes and free garments boxes to use for my hanging clothes. They were very careful and experienced with tools to take down and set up furniture and wrap them carefully in plastic and blankets. We had A LOT of stuff, like a two bedroom apartment's worth almost, and they were great going up and down the stairs at both places. unhappy with their service and attitude. here are 7 reasons why: 1. movers took 1.5 hours to go between sites. driving time is 20 min. they took an extended lunch, delaying my move 2. my family members arrived and saw members of the crew drinking alcohol by the truck at their lunch 3. movers were complaining about moving boxes which is very unprofessional 4. movers did not put all boxes in appropriate rooms, as labeled on the boxes 5. crew took extended breaks to the point that i had to go out and check to make sure they were still there 6. when i questioned charges with foreman, he got very defensive rather than clearly explaining to me 7. because of the reasons above, i did not tip and one of the crew members said "no tip?" and stormed off. 8. some expensive furniture was damaged read more

The team I had (Roman, Shaq, and Omar) we're so fast and efficient at moving all our furniture and boxes. They provided us with wardrobe boxes, moving blankets, and shrink wrap - free of charge. We have a pretty heavy TV and they wrapped it so well, we didn't have to worry about it. Helped us load up within 2 hours and then unload and assemble some furniture.
