You seat yourself and hope a waiter/waitress come to take your order (unless you sit at the bar). They have potential but they need to figure out who waits on what table. Restaurant 10 was recommended to us by a local and we were not steered wrong. The parking lot attendant gave us menu recommendation and to be honest there wasn't a thing that wasn't delicious. The green fried tomatoes were crispy and tasty. Other sides we sampled were the collards and mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, onion rings, mashed potatoes, green beans and the baked beans. All well prepared and delectable. We also enjoyed entrees of catfish, fried crispy and perfect, turkey ribs, oh yea baby now we are talking and wings off the entre menu. The only disappointment were the wings, so all in all wonderful food ! We were disappointed that fried chicken was not on the menu but the other entrees made us happy. We received outstanding service each of the 3 times we ate here while visiting Atlanta. One time we had a new server who stumbled a bit here and there but hey life is too short to make a big deal over little things. I looked forward to seeing our servers each time we returned as they were friendly and refreshing. I will say that the biggest downfall was that they were smoking water pipes/bong/vaping item (?)s which aroma was not appreciated. We came early to the establishment to watch football. Ordered food, busy but service was ok. Manager came to warn us they would need our table for a previous reservation. I asked if they did reservations since we weren't previously told and she said no, the owner was demanding it. Not long after a rude gentleman came over and said he would comp our meal but we would have to leave in an hour. He was very aggressive. When the hour came he returned, barked that he would give us a 50% discount and then snapped when I inquired why his offer of comping our entire check wasn't being honored. He got angry and stormed off. The table ended up never being seated by whatever guest they held it for. One of the most hostile owners I've ever encountered. Service was great, even though it was packed. 1st home game, so it was crazy down here. Parking was ok, my friend had to valet because there weren't any spots, but it was free so no problem. DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. This goes down as the worst sports bar I have ever been to. The drinks were terrible, the food was severely overpriced and horrible. Later on after dinner, a couple of our friends got sick from the nachos and wings, which ruined a good part of our trip. The manager is a complete and utter a**hole and made multiple parties leave because they claimed they "had reservations for top people". He kicked paying customers out with the basket of food in their hands without a care in the world. Other customers were just as displeased and walked out mid-meal. DO NOT GO HERE. While the location is perfect, being right next to the stadium, the establishment is horrible and me and my group will never be back (as others have said too). Went to Restaurant 10 on a Saturday and made a reservation for 5:30. It took them 30 mins to bring drinks (including a simple Hennessy on the rocks) and we never got our food. I ordered garlic parmesan wings and was brought lukewarm lemon pepper wings. I'm the type to wait until the entire party has their food before I start eating and they never received their food..so I didn't eat (and technically I didn't get what I ordered). Service was terrible. The venue itself is very cute and the location is convenient but I think management should take some time to work on customer service and food timing read more

My boyfriend and I wanted to try a new restaurant and since we were in the city we decided to try Restaurant Ten. We sat at the bar, My boyfriend ordered two waters and a Bombay Sapphire when the bartender came. As we're e sitting there going over the menu 20 minutes go by and we don't have waters or our Bombay sapphire. The bartender sees us looking around and says "I'm coming with your drinks now", we said ok and continued to look through the menu. Another 10 minutes goes by and she brings our waters and says "what was that drink you wanted again? I forgot." We let her know it was a Bombay sapphire, she then goes to make the drink and says "We don't carry Bombay sapphire do you want Ciroc?" Now, in between getting our drinks which we didn't get until 20/25 mins after sitting. She entertained two men on my right fairly well. She comes back with the Ciroc, I asked for pretzels w/beer cheese& bang bang shrimp as my appetizer, I wanted to put that in at least because who knows when she would come back. A manger walks up and says we couldn't order from the menus we had because they're on a game day menu and were only making certain things due to COVID and low kitchen staff. That would have been understandable if EVERYONE in the restaurant wasn't looking,ordering and/or eating off of the very menus we were looking at. We asked the manger to make an exception because we had already decided on our food and also put two food items in that wasn't on the game day menu. He agreed an allowed us to order off the menus we had. My boyfriend wanted chicken and shrimp Alfredo & I was getting the turkey ribs with Mac&cheese & collard greens. As we start ordering the bartender says "we don't have Mac and cheese and collards right now because they're still cooking and they will take at least an hour." I said ok and ordered baked beans and string beans instead. She also advised they were out of the sauce for the Alfredo we couldn't get the Alfredo either. So, essentially my boyfriend and I ended up getting the same thing. Turkey Ribs with string beans and baked beans. She came back 4X to ask us what our order was because she couldn't remember. However, the two men sitting next to us were getting serviced with drink refills without asking, napkins for their food etc. Our service was horrible. The bartender with locs, dark skinned, average height and slim was who serviced us. After asking about my appetizers that took 25 minutes to come out, and also after reminding her we had ordered them, they finally came. Myself and my boyfriend had to keep asking her about our food, on top of my boyfriend having to flag her down for another drink every time he wanted one. Although she kept saying she couldn't leave the bar as that excuse was supposed to suffice for her forgetfulness and horrible service. Our food came out missing things like sauce for apps, Bbeans were cold, string beans taste like they squeezed 10 lemons over them and my bbeans taste like a whole bag of brown sugar or bottle of syrup was poured in just my portion. The ONLY thing good were the ribs, no complaints there! We were ready for the check and I went to wash my hands after eating and the bartender was in the restroom talking on the phone in the mirror. Let me just say I would never come back here again! We spent $100 and I felt like I was robbed. We gave her a $17 tip, ONLY because she didn't charge my boyfriend for one of his drinks ( he ordered 3 for $15 each, &a bottled water). As we were leaving I overheard heard her telling one of the gentleman that was sitting next to us who received amazing service that "females give her attitude because they want her attention and men aren't the ones she has to worry about". My first and last. The bartender was super rude and management did not care at all. ZERO customer service skills here. My husband and I come in and I sit at the end of the bar (1 seat available). I sit for 15 min unacknowledged. Bartender finally comes my way and sits a drink in front of me with a receipt and walks away. A waitress comes, takes the drink and is about to walk away. I ask if I can place order, she explains I need to sit somewhere else since thats the service area. (Why the hell was a chair right there?) So I realized the ignorant bartender was ignoring me b/c I was sitting illegally . Sat somewhere else at bar, the waitress took my order (the bartender still wouldn't serve me), I complained to manager (obviously her friend), she was dismissive, I sat for 10 min waiting to pay bill, had to ask for manager again, finally my husband said this is enough and we just walked out. This restaurant is terrible!!! Service is awful, food is like some cheap fast food joint, and most of the staff is on their phones. I had a by one get one free of equal or lesser value coupon from the Verizon Up App with is Entertainment Group I was very modest on my bill as well. I ordered 3 mixed drinks (coupon not included and I'm ok with this), $10 tacos (shrimp tacos but they were cold garbage), $9.99 8 wings and fries ( tiny wings over cooked) and they only thing right was the fries!! When the bill came it was $33.88 and was funny detailed. They coupon terms & DO NOT say after tipping because I always read and follow the rules! The lady after I give her the code comes back with a non detailed bill. She took off $9.99 and then added back $7.42 gratuity to the bill. I asked her what was up with the math she then came back with a 3rd bill with the details saying it added $7.42 back to the bill and another line saying additional tip??? Wtf!!!??? If I was required to add gratuity why wasn't it on the 1st bill you added? The reason is simply because I had a $10 coupon basically you wanted to add $7.42 back to the bill, hide it from with a non detailed that time, and they have the nerve to ask for an additional tip. This was basically only $2.57 off the bill since you changed the bill. I asked why $7.42 was added to my bill and she said oh I didn't know I can remove it. I said no thanks, added $2.57 more . Meaning I paid full price for everything and said I wouldn't bring the devil back her to eat! This was the worst place ever experienced. read more

My friends and I made a reservation for 4 at 6:15 before a Taylor Swift concert next door. We arrived at 5:50 and weren't seated until 6:20. We didn't get a waiter/waitress for 10 minutes and didn't get our waters for another 10 minutes. We were told it was because there weren't any clean glasses... We finally ordered, but 30 minutes later and we still had no food. We also didn't get any refills of our empty waters by that time. We had asked for the check to come out with our food so we could make it as quick as possible for us and them. I finally decided to set a final time of 7:20. If we had not check or food by that point, I was out. 7:20 finally came and we walked out. Over an hour past our reservation and all we had gotten was water. I would not recommend this restaurant, especially when on a time crunch. Also, it turns out the concessions inside of Mercedes Benz were cheaper anyways. read more
