I ordered 7 parts, payment was accepted and an invoice was sent. After 2 weeks I emailed and asked for a shipping eta. I received a responce with a FedEx tracking number after 5 days I emailed be abuse fed ex still haven't received the items from RPS. The next day after sending that email I did not get a responce but items were sent to fed ex. Fed ex that's another story. I have no idea why they send packages north 50 miles then south 100 miles and send delayed delivery emails. One after another. So after 3 weeks I received 2 of the 7 items. Hmmm. I emailed asking for an eta on the remaining items and have not received a responce. But I did get a email from ups that my items were being processed. This place is horrible. They don't answer the phones, never reply to emails with words. Just a tracking #. No explination as to why its taking so long to send items to delivery after sitting on a 7 day old package delivery slip. Will see if i recieve the other items. Beware of companies like this which charge your credit card immediately even for items which are not in stock. In this case the seat frame for my Mopar is currently unavailable from the manufacturer and has been that way for 4 months. I used to be able to reach RPS by phone but now I get the same robotic phone response as others have reported. E-mails get no answer. I am documenting my contacts with RPS for purposes of disputing the credit card charge. I will update if this changes. read more

I ordered a Mustang floor shifter bezel in January 2023 and credit card was immediately charged for full amount. I tried to contact them multiple times by email to find out when the item would be shipped and no replies were received. I also tried to call them at the phone number on the website and a recorded message says they are in the process of moving. I was able to order an identical item from NPD and received it in one week. I have tried to cancel the order with RPS, but still no response. I expect my money probably won't be refunded, but will have to contact the bank to dispute the charge. I had ordered t10 transmission rebuild kit. web site said would ship in 2 to 3 business days 7 days later, I tried to track the package could not find that info so I called them they have a phone service that gives you the option to choose a line, 1 is new orders 2 is tracking info. so I hit 2 thinking I would talk to some one. there was a lady that answered the phone please hold is all she said. so I did for 20 minutes. finally hung up. called right back hit opt, 1 for new orders. guess what, they answered the phone in 3 rings.[WOW]. talked to tony the owner. he said to me he can't find the order he would check on it and call me right back. well 3 hours later I called back this time I went right to opt, 1. talked to tony again at this time its been 1 full week. tony told me the vender he uses don't have the part. tony stated to me you want me to try and find the parts. Four business days later I received them, from CA to PA. If it hadn't been a holiday weekend (Good Friday/Easter) I might have gotten them even quicker. I ordered a complete bed kit for a 1968 Chevy truck. I received confirmation of order and my credit card was charged immediately. That was the only correspondence I received. After a couple of weeks I decided to call and got the automated response to press 2 for existing orders. Mail box full. I then decided to read reviews and see what other people were saying. I read many reviews of unreturned calls, cancelled orders and never receiving product. After a few more calls and emails, I decided to call them and press 1 for NEW orders. We'll sure enough, Tony answered. We talked and he assured me he could fill the order and it would take a few weeks because of back orders due to high demand. He told me to call him any time with concerns. After that, I called him several times a week and each time he would update me on the schedule of each item in the kit. The trick to getting through is dialing 1 for new orders. He will answer almost every time. Well in the end he bent over backwards to make sure my order was filled. For that I say thanks!! Just remember, he's not the kind of guy to answer messages and emails. On 8/29/2022, I ordered Mustang body parts totaling with shipping the sum of $1121.85. The website said that I would be provided with a tracking number with purchase. None was provided. My order number did not show up under my account on their website. The funds for the purchase were immediately taken out of my account and a billing receipt was sent to my email address but with no tracking number. On 9/8/2022, I sent an email requesting a tracking number for my purchase but, no response was given. I've tried several attempts to contact the company via their advertised phone number but, each attempt was answered by an automated system that leads to no one. I've already purchased the same parts for more money from another vender but, the parts are being tracked and on their way. If this issue can not be resolved via the BBB the FBI will be contacted. I bought a carburetor parts that had threads that were coated in plating. Threads were too bad to mount on the bracket. Their supplier sends a nut that is oversized to make you think it is ok. I bought a thread die and have been working gently trying to retrace the threads without tearing up the unit. The warehouse guy I spoke to said they sell hundreds if these and everyone loves em.
