I had an issue where my kitchen and garage sink was backing up. The main drain seemed to be fine but there was definitely a backup going on with the combined drainage for the kitchen. On a national holiday, my shower drain backed up and to say the least, it was kind of nasty. After that i talked to a few plumbers and Rena was able to help out. Reza was very friendly, showed up right on time and went above and beyond. He promptly did troubleshooting for a blocked drain line for our washing machine, and resolved the immediate problem. However, he then suggested that replacing the drain trap was best fix for the long term. His pricing was so reasonable, we had him do that repair on the spot.
