I had an issue where my kitchen and garage sink was backing up. The main drain seemed to be fine but there was definitely a backup going on with the combined drainage for the kitchen. On a national holiday, my shower drain backed up and to say the least, it was kind of nasty. I had a drain problem in my kitchen. One plumber came to my house and tried drill snake and bigger ones (which did not work out) and concluded that i needed a $1.8k hydro-jet. After that i talked to a few plumbers and Rena was able to help out. The drain problem was fixed soon after Rena's arrival, and he helped me with a bit of re-piping, so that next time it will be easier to insert a snake. He also helped me to tighten some loose pipes. If only I could give more than five stars to highlight the awesome service experience we had with Reza from RF Drain Cleaning! Reza was very friendly, showed up right on time and went above and beyond. He promptly did troubleshooting for a blocked drain line for our washing machine, and resolved the immediate problem. However, he then suggested that replacing the drain trap was best fix for the long term. His pricing was so reasonable, we had him do that repair on the spot. Sure enough, his recommendation to replace the trap was confirmed - as soon as he cut away the old pipe we could see the inside was still very occluded with sediment. His repair was flawless.
