Our kitchen sink was clogged on Mother's Day. Called Reza, he said he will be at our place in two hours, he arrived on time. The job actually is very simple, just the dirty work had to go through. Reza was very patient and very throughly step by step cleaning the pipe, at the end he used hydro jet flashed the water down, he repeated over and over again until the back flushed water is clear before stopping the work. Afterward, he cleaned the area very well before he leaves. I like his work is because he is very careful about not damaging the pipe, and clean the area well. Also, his charge is very reasonable. It's super difficult to find honest and considerate plumbers these days but Reza is the man. I had a leak from a second floor tub drain and opened up the sheetrock myself and sent photos of the leak to Reza. He responded right away and came out to see it the next day. I stumbled upon Reza on Yelp when I was looking to have someone come snake all the lines in a home I'm remodeling. My house doesn't have toilets or sinks and I honestly didn't know if they needed to be snaked or not but I didn't want to put new stuff and have problems. I was hesitant to call because he didn't have many reviews but he was very close to my home and I gave home a try. An extremely soft spoken Reza answered the call, I explained my situation and instead of trying to upsell me he gave me some things I could try to see if I even needed his service. I explained I didn't have a garden hose so he asked where I lived and would come by and check it out. Reza arrived within 20 minutes and proceeded to check all my lines, he brought a garden hose to connect and verify that water was flowing down all the pipes! He checked to make sure everything was flowing out to the city drains too. After spending about 30 minutes going through everything he said I did not need to snake my lines that everything flowed great. Absolutely thrilled that I met someone honest, I asked if he did other work. He is a full fledged plumber so I trusted him and had him replace a leaking shut off valve in my front yard and also add new valve to my master bath. He talked me out of a pricey install in my guest bathroom shower and recommended replacing the cartridge. He actually drove to three different places to find the cartridge for me and brought it by the next day to complete the installation. We're so grateful we found Resa! We needed an plumber a couple of weeks ago to clear out tree roots in our main drain pipe.
