The wait is worth it because once you open up your orders you'll be in heaven. The meat falls off the bone tender for the Korean bbq ribs. The kabobs are super flavorful. You'll taste every note of the spices. Warning- if the description says spicy or hot, don't take it likely. It really is spicy. I usually get mild or medium heat when I dine out. The kabob was more on the medium high spice level. Even the bf that lives in hot spicy world said it was spicy. Have that bowl of rice ready or naan and you should be fine. Family owned and ran, this is my favorite burger spot tbh, not only because it's halal but because it tastes amazing, my favorite dish tho is the Korean bbq short ribs with a mango lassi drink. The staff are amazing very friendly and fast. The ambiance has a combination of fast food and restaurant vibe, it's hard to describe tbh (in a good way) it looks like it was inspired by In-N-Out and Denny's, but a bigger and tastier menu. I have no clue why this place has such high ratings. We came here for lunch today and well everything served was mediocre at best. I know we should support small but this was lacking in so many ways. 1. Free appetizer - chips with hummus. The chips might have been fried in some old oil. The hummus was okay. 2. Haberno wings (6 pc) - came out cold. Not sure if they were sitting there for a bit and then once sauce was added it was not hot anymore. Flavor was good but I hate food that should be hot/warm served cold. This was actually an issue for most of our food. 3. Chicken samosa (5 pc) - the only thing on the menu that I actually enjoyed. Came out pipping hot (one of two items; both being the fried items) and the ground chicken ratio inside to other filling items was good. A little expensive, coming out to $1 a samosa but it was tasty. 4. Chicken biryani - we only ordered looking at the price point. Quantity was good but taste wise, not good. Biryani is my favorite food, and we cook it exceptionally well at home, so trying it here was just an experiment. It failed. Too much masala. Chicken looked like it was added as a separate item. Bummer. 5. Kabob plate special (beef and tandoori) - the tandoori kabob was super salty. My taste buds were unable to get beyond that. The beef kabob was average at best. Lacking any distinction or umf factor. 6. Naan - any restaurant putting naan on their menu and then serving me frozen naan should not be in business. If you don't have a tandoor, you cannot sell me a piece of frozen naan that you warm up for $1.50. This is just wrong. 7. Fries - this came out after everything else was served. I guess since the fried items they have to make "fresh," it was served hot. Again, like the naan this was out of a bag. Overall a huge disappointment. Everything presented to us was not what I was expecting taste wise. The two people working here had no clue how to apply the Yelp discount to the bill. I helped and was able to get it applied to the bill. The customer service was great. Both women were very hospitable. But most likely a one and done for me. Unless my wide array of ordering was incorrect and I should be trying other items. read more

Delicious back ribs! I'd def come back for the many different flavor options of back ribs. They were amazingly tender. The basmati rice was full of aromatics so my sister & her friend weren't big fans. They had the short ribs and mentioned the flavors being delicious. The Paneer skewers had a lot of potential but a little bland to be honest. We had samosas and they were good but we missed the traditional mint chutney sauce. Recently my family ordered the smoked tandoori turkey from here for thanksgiving and it was well received! The taste was amazing and so unique. The meat wasn't dried out either which tends to happen with smoked meats. So many aromatics (fruits and veggies) were used during the smoking process that there was no gamey smell from the bird. The bbq and spicy aren't far behind eiether, both well cooked and bursting in flavor. However, upon reviewing their very extensive (and quite internationally diverse) menu, I was drawn to the American bbq ribs + asparagus. So I went with that plus mashed potatoes. Fantastic place to get the best seasoned kabobs! Stopped by to grab some "Grandmas Recipe Lamb Kabobs" and so far, it's the best lamb I've had in awhile! The hummus was delicious, but unfortunately the chips were a 50/50...you either got a sour tasting greasy chip or a light and crunchy one. Now not to be mean but the waiter was obviously new...he didn't know the menu nor the options that came with the entrees and seemed to really not understand my order. In fact the girl came back just to clarify what we ordered...thank goodness for her. Our food came out fairly quick...portions looked okay and the plates they gave us were disposable. Odd. We had ordered the three skewer kabob plate and the 4 korean bbq ribs since pix had been plastered all over Yelp. We weren't going to judge by the very thin, meek looking rib meat until we tasted it.
