But the lack of care here is insane. Ordered vegan Pad Thai with tofu and no peanuts due to a peanut allergy. A girl with glasses took my order over the phone, and was the same one to check me out. When I got my order I decided to check the container. Eggs. Peanuts. No tofu. Which is weird bc she repeated the order back to me and it was perfect when she repeated it. When I told the girl at the front, all she did was say "good catch!" When I would've literally died. She didn't put the order in correctly and when I received my replacement all she said was "since I made a mistake you can have the tofu free this time but next time I'll have to charge you." Like I wasn't fully aware that protein is extra... not my fault she didn't enter the charge on the receipt. She didn't care pretty much at all that the mistake she made could've cost me my life. Unfortunately as a pretty regular customer and someone who refers many people here-- I will not be going back and I advise everyone with a severe allergy to be very cautious with this place. The noodles arrived hot and were spicy as requested, which I appreciated. However, the chicken was extremely bland and honestly tasted old, which really took away from the dish. It's been hard trying to find a go-to Thai spot since the one by my house closed down. However, I love picking up from Rice & Noodles since they have all my favorite dishes! My favorites are the chicken pad thai, crab rangoon, and the yellow curry. The chicken pad thai has a lot of flavor, and I like how sweet the noodles are. The crab rangoon is crunchy and amazing with the sweet and sour sauce. And finally, the yellow curry has such rich flavors with the soft potatoes, onions, and chicken. It pairs so nicely with white rice! The service is good. We usually do pick-up, and there's never any problems. Last weekend (Sunday), my wife and I were looking for a place to order dinner. After a day cleaning, preparing foods for the workweek, etc,. we BOTH decided we did not feel like cooking another dish nor washing another dish. My wife started looking around, then I remembered that I ran unto Rice & Noodles the day before looking to possibly order food on Saturday. I poked around the website even more and saw they offered "brown rice" as an alternative to white rice. To me that was a WINNER just off the strength of that as I was already interested. For appetizers, my wife got the Crab Rangoon and Rainbow Roll. She thought the Rainbow Roll was great, very refreshing and nice crunch. On the other hand, she did not like the Rangoon. She felt it was overwhelmed with cream-cheese, and it took away from the flavor and crunch of the crab. I had the Chive Dumplings. I thought the flavor was great and the fillings were light, the dumpling needed just a little more time in the pan to get a nice crunch on the exterior, so everything was chewy in one bite. The dipping sauce was yummy. For dinner, my wife got the Pad Woon Sen. She felt it was a very nice favor profile, nice Unami flavor, not spicy at all and overall, very good. I had the Basil Duck with chicken. IT WAS EXCELENTE'.......! Nice deep flavor, basil flavor a nice and subtle while not hitting you in the face. The spice level was okay. I got it medium spicy; I should have gotten it Thai spicy. but it was GREAT nonetheless! The flavor of the gravy was deep, like it been cooking for hours and everything went very well together. I think I only have a corner left as I didn't want to glutton myself. Also, the brown rice was cooked perfectly. The texture was not chewy nor gummy, the nutty flavor was very light. I appreciated that very much! I will be back and hopefully getting to try one or some of the many lemonades the shop offers. Lastly, when ordering one was able to list any food allergy's one has! Which was another positive!... A place my wife originally wanted to order from did NOT offer this option. Shame on them! In this day and age, that could be dangerous! The rainbow rolls ($6.25) comes with peanut sauce. The rainbow rolls were good but not spectacular. The sauce container was small and the rolls were a bit sloppy. We found it incredibly refreshing. On to food. There's of course noodles and rice. It's about $9 for an entree. These come with a protein choice. We both got tofu. Good portions even at lunch. We had some classic Thai. I had the Pad See Ew. This has eggs but I left these off. She had the Pad Thai, good and basic. The food came out fast and the owner was about as friendly as there is. Helpful making choices. The medium spice level is plenty for most. Get your fill of reasonably priced Thai food. It has a lot of flavor and you can adjust the seasonings even hotter. The flavor of both was great, I especially liked the sautéed pepper shrimp which was crispy and well seasoned, but I would echo previous reviews and say that I wish the portion size was just a little bit bigger (or maybe they could add some more veggies to the dish to make it more substantial). Got some yummy takeout from here and will definitely be back for more! Online ordering provided a lot of modifications and pictures with each item. The inside was very clean and empty. We tried the baby egg rolls, veggie egg rolls, miso soup, pad woon sen and chow mein. Everything tasted great and similar to other thai food we've had before. We also tried the butterfly lemonade and thai milk tea with tapioca boba. The butterfly lemonade was good as long as you like butterfly pea flower. Wanted something light so Randomly walked in to try the spring rolls. Realized they have a spring. Veggie roll and it is exactly that veggies in the roll.
