I got these photos taken as a gift for my mom. We took the pictures on Sunday the 4th and the photographer was really nice. She sort of ran out of ideas toward the end of our session so I gave her a break and suggested we ended early since my family felt okay about the pictures already taken. She said she would send the gallery of proofs by the next day or so. Fast forward 4 days, and I figured I misunderstood her about the pictures being available, and she sent me the link to view the gallery. Didn't work. Interestingly enough, I tried a few options to see if maybe the URL was incorrect, and I was able to see other families' photos by accident. Oops. Sorry. I was just lookin for mine. Next day, she sends me the correct link. I decide to get all of the pictures so that my mom could get them as soon as possible... figured I could spend a late night on Photoshop and get a couple printed at Walmart or somewhere so I could hand them to her on Mother's Day. and I ordered a print from the photog at the same time for a hard copy of her favorite picture to be delivered after Mother's Day. Paid everything immediately. 3 days later (8 days total), I still hadn't received any of the proofs yet. Thought it would be easy since I picked all of the pictures and she wouldn't have to dig through the gallery to find any particular ones. I asked the photog when she thought she might have the pictures uploaded. Mother's Day had passed already. I was really nice about it. No response. 2 days later (Day 10), I ask again, and she says Oops she thought she had already shared the link, but she'd send them right now. Cool, I thought. They're already on the computer and she just needs to send me the link. So like a doofus, I waited at my computer. Hours and hours later, she sends me the link. Yay. I forward it to my mom and the rest of my family. By the way, photog, do you know when the printed one that I ordered will be ready? Definitely no longer than a week, she says. Over a week later and still nothing. Email. Call. No answer. Trying to get a gift to my mom here. She's really nice, though. After the session when I first met with her I thought I would ask her if she was available to do my engagement photos. Probably not anymore. The Mother's Day deal she had going on was such a bargain, but I probably wouldn't pay full price for the level of attention we've gotten. read more

Richelle shot our wedding in May of this year and we are so happy with her work. During the wedding planning process, I used many vendors recommended by friends but a photographer was one that none of my friends recommended. i found Richelle and am sooo happy we went with her. We scheduled an engagement shoot to get to know her and feel more comfortable with her. On the day of our wedding, it was great to have her there. I'm not one to enjoy having my photo taken, but she made us feel comfortable for all the staged shots. As for the wedding and reception, I hardly noticed her there! I have been to weddings where I feel the photographer is in everyones face, but that was not the case. Somehow, she managed to get awesome photos of the entire night. I can't believe she got so many great shots. I don't know how I'm going to choose from them! I was hoping for a handful of good ones but we literally have dozens and dozens to choose from. Also, Richelle brought her assistant as a second camera, which is always a great addition. Having two photographers was awesome, especially when getting ready right before. While one was shooting me as I put on my dress, the other was out taking shots of the guys who, of course, were already ready and waiting. We have gotten so many compliments on our pictures. Many people have said, "I might be wanting a referral in a few years..." I would highly recommend Richelle to anyone! I would love to call her up for photos down the road! read more

We love Richelle! She has done family photos/4 generation photos for us, as well as our Christmas card photos and my daughter's one year pictures. She is very calm and relaxed, very friendly, and brings lots of great props and blankets for the baby. She definitely has the patience required to work with a one year old. After an awful experience with another OC photographer at our son's 6 month shoot. I decided to look for another family photographer. I googled OC Photographers )looking for photo shoots done at Disneyland) I found Richelle. As anyone with a baby/toddler knows how difficult it can be to shoot around nap time, etc. she was very understanding and luckily our little guy handled his photoshoot well at "The happiest place on earth." Richelle's work decorates our entire home! We found her when looking for a photographer to do a newborn shoot for our daughter and she was amazing. Came to our house, and got tons of great photos even with a less than cooperative baby. Ever since then she has been our family photographer - we used her again at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and now our second daughter is 2 years old and we've used her for all of her milestones as well. I'm always amazed at how she's able to get so many great shots even when it seems like the shoot isn't going well or the kids aren't cooperating. She is very patient and will jump and dance and do whatever it takes to get the kids to look at the camera and smile. She has great recommendations for locations and she's flexible enough to work in any lighting. At our most recent shoot we had a 3 year old, 1 year old, and a chihuahua (the whole family!) and she managed to get a terrific shot of all of us - all looking - all smiles... and if she can do that, well... she can do anything!
