I'm writing this review in hopes no one falls for their crap. -- because what I experienced wasn't just "bad service." It was predatory, misleading, and intentionally structured to take advantage of people who don't know better. My family is heavily involved in the SxS world. We know machine values, true accessory pricing, trade-in standards, and how legitimate financing works. RideNow clearly assumed I didn't. On Saturday 11/22, I placed a $500 deposit on a RZR Pro R listed at $36,999. I was told to return Tuesday with my trade-in so we could finalize everything. On Tuesday 11/25, I drove over an hour back to Tucson, dropped my machine off early, and spent the entire day waiting while they "worked up the numbers." When I finally sat down, the machine listed at $36,999 had somehow become over $52,500. This number was achieved by stacking several inflated fees -- multiple charges over $2,000 and more random fees in the hundreds. Then they added a blatantly fabricated $5,144.11 "accessory package" for a half windshield, spare tire rack, and bumper. Anyone familiar with SxS pricing knows those items do NOT cost $5,144 installed. This wasn't a mistake -- it was intentional inflation. Then came the trade-in offer. They told me my machine had "low compression" and supposedly needed $4,000 in repairs, so they offered me $5,000. This was false. I had compression-tested my machine the day before because multiple people warned me about this exact tactic. My machine was perfect. Meanwhile, RideNow had a similar machine in worse condition listed at $17,999 on their own LOT, that was full of rust. To make it worse, when I told the finance salesman that I could sell mine for $12,000, he smirked and said "YA IF YOU CAN GET THAT". Well jokes on you RIDENOW-- I listed it, and the first person who came to look at it bought it for $12,000, and my phone was blowing up with people wanting it. RideNow would've listed my machine for $17k+ after telling me it was ONLY "worth 5k." Then came the financing -- and this is where the predatory behavior became impossible to ignore. Before I ever walked into RideNow on Tuesday, I already had a pre-approval with my bank. RideNow knew this. Instead of using my approved bank, they sent my credit to multiple high-interest lenders that benefit them, not the customer. They handed me an offer that was both insulting and predatory: $11,000 down, 13.49% interest rate, $1,100+ per month, $79K total for a machine listed at $36,999. Yes -- those were the actual numbers put in front of me. Then they told me "your bank denied you." Not "your bank denied the inflated amount." Not "your bank doesn't finance at that price." They said I personally was denied, like my bank didn't want to touch me. That was a lie. My bank NEVER denied me. What my bank WOULD deny -- and did deny -- was the fraudulently inflated $52k+ price RideNow created. After spending the entire day being fed inflated numbers, false trade-in claims, and a lie about my bank, my husband arrived -- and suddenly everything changed. The down payment dropped. The interest rate dropped. The monthly payment dropped. Everything they would not show ME, suddenly became doable when the MAN arrived. That alone tells you everything. I trusted my instincts and walked away. As soon as I left, I called Cochise Motorsports. They immediately gave me real market pricing (low-$40k range), no fake fees, no lies, and treated me with actual respect. They submitted the correct purchase request to my bank using my existing pre-approval -- the SAME pre-approval RideNow claimed had "denied" me. And within minutes, my bank contacted me directly with a full approval and congratulations. That's the proof. My bank never denied me -- they denied RideNow's inflated price. Now we're out enjoying our new Pro R. Joke's on them for being GREEDY. The next morning, I emailed RideNow for my refund and explained everything. The manager emailed me back with excuses -- blaming lenders, blaming "custom setups," blaming "manufacturer fees," denying the numbers I was physically shown, trying to justify the $5,144 accessory claim, and leaning on my husband's signature as if a last-minute worksheet erased everything that happened earlier in the day. His email didn't address a single real issue. It was deflection from start to finish. They eventually refunded my $500. That's the only part of this entire experience that was handled correctly. Everything else -- the inflated $52k price, the fake $5,144 accessory claim, the false compression story, the insulting $5k trade offer, the excessive credit hits to the wrong lenders, the lie that my bank denied me, the sudden number changes when my husband arrived, and the excuse-filled manager email afterward -- confirmed what many people already warned me about: this dealership is predatory. I genuinely hope customers do their research and avoid learning the hard way like me. read more

RideNow Powersports on Ina boy... working with these fellas was like pulling your nose hairs and pretending it didn't really hurt. They have two real cool dudes that surprisingly try very hard to earn your business Ozzy and my dude David (nothing personal fellas). Here's the brutal truth of my recent but not my first experience buying from RideNow Powersports. I should of asked for the actual price on each and every item offered to me at the time of purchase. Taking folks at their word is just no longer best practice or wise...I purchased a $22,996 motorcycle and ended up with a $33,313.65 bill. What happen to fair sales, letting the customer choose his poison...? I would have gladly declined or accepted any of the items sold to me under the lie that it would only be $16.00 over what I was paying monthly. The contract binds you as the buyer like a Venus Fly Trap once you sign. They work it pretty good with lots of tactics that honestly are really not necessary...sit around for extended times in between every question, you go from one person to another and another back to the numbers guy just to get a simple answer on information already discussed. To call this place predatory salesmanship is being nice... In the end, I did get a great bike, in really good shape and a $9,261.00 dollar lesson on why not to trust a shotty dealership...in this case RideNow Powersports on Ina in Tucson. On a more traditional note...they don't have water bottles (they serve you water in a cup) the sales folks don't seem to know the answer to much and the restrooms wreak of cigarette smoke. I will make sure that no one in my huge circle of riders trusts or purchases from this location and the shady business practice. Word of mouth can be the best or worst advertisement and these guys just purchased a $9,261.00 walking n talking commercial delivered directly by yours truly. Laconia in June, Milwaukee in July and Sturgis in August will hear about the shaddy tactics employed by RideNow Powersports on Ina...it's the least I can do. TBC..... read more

I thought I'd try locallly instead of across town (after they wasted my day). No worries, folks.. They're just as bad.. And I have receipts.. Went here hoping for better treatment.. They responded to me. Westart the process. They check my trade.. I gave them my keys... Odd thing.. They never looked at it after having my keys.. The manager asks if I wanted to see something there.. I wanted a particular bike at the other site. Then the games... The manager calls over some kid who starts demanding my info... "Give my your license" he says... I played... Then he demanded... Yes.. "Gimme your social." He say.. Where I replied.."No. Not till after I get a price." He calls the manager over as if this would be intimidating....I stated to him that he had my keys and that I'd like a price before we start running my credit.. He complied.. Then I get the break down... Not a penny less...... A used bike... They wanted a $1400 set up fee on a used bike.. Then when I had an issue with paying a "setup fee" on a USED BIKE he begings starting to bat down my trade that they wouldn't look at after holding my keys for over an hour.. I was so disgusted I walked.. If you're willing to get ripped off with silly fees that's on you. I even attached the breakdown... I understand "fees". I was even willing to overlook the high doc fees.. But $1425 for assembly and set up on a used motorcycle they took on a trade? BEWARE! BEWARE! Charged me for setup twice and will not refund my "DEALER ASSEMBLY/SETUP" money ($688.00)! On the BILL OF SALE there is a line with a (*), that line says "Dealer Titling/Processing", ($599.95). That (*) refers to 2 sentences at the bottom of the BILL OF SALE. That statement reads; *THESE CHARGES REPRESENT COSTS AND PROFITS TO THE DEALER FOR ITEMS SUCH AS UNPACKING, ASSEMBLY, SETUP, INSPECTION, CLEANING AND ADJUSTING THE UNIT, AND PREPARING DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE SALE". Those 2 sentences describe what would be the same as "DEALER ASSEMBLY/SETUP", it says it word for word. The Sales Manager and General Manager claim those 2 charges have nothing to do with each other. Are kidding me, it says it word for word! "ASSEMBLY AND SETUP"! Do not fall for it! RideNow of Ina simply says; "well that's how we have done it for years". I'm not sure you would want to admit that RideNow of Ina has been pulling this off for years. In my opinion, how many customers have been double charged for ASSEMBLY AND SETUP. My wife and I had a perfect experience buying a Can-Am Ryker at this store. We dealt with a fellow named Hayden. Here is what was good about the experience. No negotiation games. Hayden went straight to a fair and reasonable Out The Door Price. Hayden went straight to a fair trade-in price for the Honda we had. I had went on-line looking up OTD prices folks were paying for Rykers on the various user group websites. I went on 3 used motorcycle pricing guides and knew ballpark what my Honda was worth on trade in. I had my opening offer all set up. Hayden offered me what my opening offer was going to be. Good enough for me! Also, while one does not like seeing Bike Price, Shipping Fee, Sales Tax, Registration, Doc Fees, Set up Fees, mandatory Mani-Pedi fees for the parts cashier, there are certain tax advantages to spreading the OTD price over these items, vs. ball it all up under the cost of the bike. Smart. I am not a fan of the mandatory trip to the Finance Guy where they try and up-sell you: prepaid services, pre-paid supplies(tires), extended warranties, etc. The industry needs to figure out a better way of doing that. Feels like a polite strip search. Bike was fully PDI'ed when we got to RideNow after work. As a supprize to us, they had tossed in and installed for free a few colorful extras for the Can-Am Ryker. Another of the sales staff was busy Armor-all'ing the plastics and detailing the bike as we went over the controls. Trust but Verify: Air in the tires was to spec spot on. read more

Asked him if it the best OTD price and didn't budge. So i told him they were more expensive then other places i looked and the guy called me a liar so I asked him to put his money where his mouth was and make me a bet and he didn't want to. So i told him i had a quote on me and he still called me a liar. Instead he started bashing the other ride now store and saying there were liars and that he knows how they work and that they always increase the price. so I ask him again to bet me and he still didn't want to. I saw the price on their website advertising $3,599. I drive over and ask the Rep if that's the price, he says yes. Rep goes back to get the final write up,30 minutes later and it's $5,400. Not impressed by a $1,500 difference. The RideNow business model is incompetent, unethical and dishonest advertising. The $1,500 was comprised of $400 freight, $500 destination and $600 doc fee. I don't know why I even try to do anything with ridenow. I wanted to sell my bike which was a 2017 FZ-10. Got an online quote of low range of 7200 to high range of 8700. KBB values the bike at 10k and NADA values the bike at 8500. Bike has tons of upgrades done to it and maintenance was ALWAYS done ontime. They came back and said the chain and sprockets were old and needed to be replaced. I had paperwork of them being replaced and being brand new less than a month before this. They said they could only do 6k. One manager came out and said "this bike is a 6k bike all day, not worth 7k, and the chain was definitely old". He even suggested the other shop lied to me and didn't replace it. I said take it back you will see it is perfect. After they took it back they said that it was "pretty clean" and that they could up it to 6600. Sadly I had to take it as I meedwd the money. The fact that they tried to low ball me and tell me that my bike was not taken care of right off the bat says a lot about the manager. The one that I spoke to on the phone, Alicia, wouldn't when came our of her office to speak to me. Once again STAY AWAY FROM RIDENOW. There will be a bike that they say is a $6000 bike all day, that they will sell for 9-10,000. read more

I can't say enough good things about Joey and his entire team in the service department. I wanted to have my Yamaha V-star Silverado 1100 completely checked out before I took it cross country from Tucson to Indianapolis. First, they came to pick it up at my house while I was out of town. This was a blessing because i had no way to get it to the shop. After they discovered some issues they strived to get the repairs completed to meet my timetable because I was flying in to take the bike back. Joey and his team really went the extra distance to make sure the bike was in perfect riding condition since they knew I'd be heading out on an 1800 mile ride. Not to mention, he insisted that I text him from the road to check in to update on my progress and how the bike was running. These days great customer service is so hard to find but Joey and his team there absolutely get what it means to give a great customer experience. From bike pick up, through repairs to follow up after completion. I highly recommend! Oh, and the bike, 1800 Miles in 3 days on a rebuilt carb and some other minor repairs and I did not have a single problem. That is some quality work! Thank you again to Joey and his entire team for doing a fantastic, quality job. read more

A word of warning for anyone considering doing business with this location. Be prepared for the classic bait and switch as it relates to pricing and transparency. I found a used bike I liked online and went to the store to see it in person. First issue, the price on the bike did not match the online price. It was higher by approximately $1,100. I played along and the salesman wrote up a quote. They then adjusted the price on the floor by $200 to give me a "discount". They then tacked on an administrative fee of $499 (which equated to 25% of the price of the bike) because, why not? I took the paper quote marked it up to the original online price less $50 for my trouble and removed the admin fee. The sales rep then took it "into the back" and came back with his manager in tow who suddenly acknowledged the original "pricing discrepancy" but suddenly conjured up another mystery $300 charge for a "warranty prep" - not a warranty mind you, but a "prep". "We gotta charge it..." In summary, honesty and transparency are in short supply here but usurious fees and the typical used car salesman nonsense are abundant. Don't expect to pay the advertised price, in this particular case the additional BS fees equated to 40% of the price of the bike... read more

Ordered a pair of tires for my motorcycle and took my bike in because they also offered to change them for me for free. Turns out the front tire was back ordered and never arrived, so to make up for it they asked me and ordered a cheaper pair they found that were in stock and held my bike for me for free until they arrived. One week later I had my bike with new tires and even saved some money. They also aligned my front tire and cleaned my bike for free too! Thanks Moses in Service for making things right after the original company screwed up the tire order! I definitely recommend the service here if you need to order new tires and have them changed. read more

Took my Polaris general in for a check engine light, door separation issue, a break line the was previously install by ridenow up side down that was hanging below the the front passenger control arm. Ride now "diagnosed" the general with a fuel pump issue, said they recommended me to replace the fuel pump so I gave the ok to do. The door separation wouldn't be covered by Polaris anymore because that recall/warranty period just expired and now there is no fix according to Moses the service advisor I was working with. The brake issue was not covered since I went passed the 90 day labor warranty. I ended up paying for them to correct the brake line that they put on wrong. Soon after I get a call from them saying my master cylinder and brake pressure switch is bad and it needs replacement. Everything worked fine before I took the unit in. So they ordered the parts and replaced them to them tell me that now my caliper pistons are shot and they need replacement too. I had it up to here at this point. Let me tell you the last time I had them work on my brakes they forgot to tighten my lug nuts and on a ride my tire and wheel fell off and they had to replace the wheel. The time before that I took the unit in for a leaking differential and they forgot to put a washer in that then caused my differential to need replacement and they ate the labor on that job too. It's been one thing after another with ride now. I talked to two different service managers during the two weeks since the first one left which complicated everything even more. They ended up paying for the brake parts but I still had to pay for $800 in labor for their mistakes, if they would of put the brake line on right the first time we wouldn't be here. Back to the fuel pump, advisor calls me back saying fuel pump is In but now the unit still doesn't run right, so then they tell me one cylinder isn't holding pressure and that that mean I need a engine replacement. I stopped them right there went down paid $1524 for a fuel pump replacement and the labor for them to install all the brake parts that they replaced. I feel like they should have paid for all the brake issues but I honestly just wanted to get my machine out of their before I had more issues. When I picked up my unit I noticed 2 of the 3 nuts that hold on the master cylinder were not even threaded on. I asked the service manager to fix it asap and then Moses the advisor comes out and tells me he's going to put new nuts on it but they are different sizes, I looked at him and told him hell no and I didn't care if they took them off another Polaris general but I wanted the factory hardware on it. He came back and said he took them off another unit, so just a heads up, knowing them they won't fix it and someone else now has their master cylinder hanging on by 30% of its mounting hardware. I will not be going back to ride now. The extended Warranty i purchased from them also never covered one item in the last 4 years I had this unit. read more

Brought four wheels in to get new ones put on for two street bikes. Two tires were very dry rotted and cracked. The bike was sitting outside for 18+ years. Ridenow was good on the price and the service desk guys were cool. I picked up the wheels the next day and mounted them on my bikes. The day after, i went on a ride. Not 40 miles i lnto the ride, my back tire goes flat. I luckily was able to keep my balance and pull over. I was stranded. Missed work that afternoon because of it. I called up ridenow and tell them what happened. I live in sahuarita and had to pull the wheel off and drive, again, to northern tucson. I had noticed that the dry rotted tires had a tube inside after the flat revealed it. Ridenow told me that they used the old tubes and put new tires on. You would think that after seeing how bad of shape the tires were, you would switch out the tubes as well. They never called to ask if i wanted new tubes or even to tell me that there were tubes in there. I have to pull off the front tire and make the drive again back up to Ridenow so they can put a new tube in the front tire. The tires are the one thing on a motorcycle you do NOT want anything bad to happen. Especially when riding (which i was). The technicians at the service department there were not thinking at all when they changed the tires out. It is a huge safety issue doing what they did and i do not recommend them to switch out tires on your bike. Very poor service on the tires. I am giving them a 3-star only because they are working on making it right. read more

Three items stand out... Considering spending over $20K to buy the bike, one would think a dealership would clean the bike just a little before releasing it to the new owner. Layered in dust. it looked like a demo bike. It wasn''t until we got it home and cleaned the bike. when we noticed a chip in the paint. Partly my fault, I should of checked closer. We were sent home (150 miles up to Phoenix) without any temporary license plate, fortunately no ticket!. Third, the spare key was lost, so I was given a blank key (which turned out to be broken) after two days of hanging out at three different shops and dealerships I secured my progreamed spare key. Everyone was quite friendly... however that doesn't change the outcome. Management needs to be more involed. read more

After thinking about it, I decided that I really needed to write a review about how awful this motorcycle store is. As an example, when you are interested in testing out a new car, you make contact with the dealership and explain what your interests are. They tell you what they have (if you don't already know) and set up an appointment. Typically, when you get there the vehicle(s) are sitting out front all ready to go. You can drive whatever you like. When you complete your evaluation, if you are interested you then sit down and talk about a sale. I made the same arrangement with Ride Now on INA. But when I got there, it was like I entered an altered universe. As expected, the salesmen was there to eagerly great you, but there was no bike to ride. They wanted to whisk me away into the salesmen office to settle on a deal BEFORE I even took the bike out for a test ride. Moreover, while I can understand that you need to have the right apparel and helmet, they wanted MY insurance car for MY motorcycle. WHY? And the motorcycle, if we agreed on a price before hand, would need to go back into the shop for perhaps an hour to prep it for riding. I didn't set this up beforehand to have to sit in a dealership for half a day in HOPES of taking a test ride on a USED motorcycle. This approach is noting short of juvenile behavior. Turned out to be a complete waste of time for me. They need to value their customers more and figure out that all customers are not fools. I left, and will never return. read more

I was a pretty loyal customer to a motorsports shop on the east side but started shopping around after several rather large slips in customer service. I submitted an appraisal for a trade-in on RideNow's website and Hayden responded almost immediately. He had answered all of my questions via email so I wouldn't have to waste anyone's time before going in to the dealership. I did end up moving forward with the trade-in and will more than likely buy my next bike from RideNow West. Pretty stoked to continue doing business with these guys... read more

I definitely want a $15k off road vehicle, so I came with some questions. The guy was nearly useless. For example: Can I get a soft top for this Polaris Ranger if I buy it? "Yes." So I ask, where? "Oh, I'm sure you can find it, someone is bound to make it, they make all kinds of things for Polaris'." Every question was answered vaguely like this.
