And if you dress in anything more than casual, everybody's gonna stare at you Several dishes here that were not pasta and they were absolutely terrible but everybody said the pasta was delicious. We have been coming to RigaTony's for a while and it's consistently delicious! Their menu is great and offers a wide range of staple Italian dishes. They start you off with a big salad and bread - the salad is excellent! Food wise, the portions are pretty good, though slightly pricey. I would definitely recommend their Dinner Specialties section. The Chicken Cutlet Piccata and the Chicken with Lemons, Artichokes, and Capers are both great options! My list of recommendations could keep going honestly - pasta, seafood, and desserts. I haven't tried anything I haven't loved yet. Drinks wise they have pretty good cocktails and a very good wine selection. Their beer choices are just okay, IMO. Authentic Italian that's been in the Valley close to 25 years. Owners originated for the NY area and brought their traditional recipes to the desert. Love the Mom & Pop type feel to these types of eateries. Dim lighting, comfortable vibe with rustic style dark wood chairs and booths. We arrived on a Saturday evening and were seated in the bar area at a cute quaint little table for two. Our server arrived shortly thereafter and gave us the run down of the restaurant; since we were first timers. He was super impressive throughout our experience. Trained well for this type of environment. My husband ordered the Chicken Parmesan ($19.95) which is served with spaghetti marinara and I got the Lasagna & Alfredo Spaghetti ($18.95). Both were just ok dishes, was really expecting more of a robust flavor especially in the sauces. Note: The portions are good size for the price. Hosted a birthday party for 9 people. Reserved Tony's room about 3 weeks in advance. Have been here several times and never disappointed. We had the room for two hours. Holiday weekend and place is packed. For appetizers we had one order of fried ravioli served in a tomato cream sauce. We also ordered a couple of pizza checca which are thin pizzas with olive oil, mozzarella cheese, basil, diced tomatoes, garlic and feta cheese The appetizers were served with an excellent antipasto salad and ciabatta bread. I had the shrimp diablo pasta served with spinach in a spicy red sauce. Several people had pasta and red sauce. One person had eggplant parmesan. Several had fettuccini alfredo, one person had tuscan grilled salmon and another, the spaghetti deluxe. There was very little food left and everyone was a happy camper. The dessert selections at our table included, chocolate 7 layer cake, homemade cannoli and also spumoni ice cream. Service was good. The room comfortably held 9 people, although it can reportedly hold 12. Wait time for walk in folks was 45 minutes and it jumped to 90 minutes when we left. What a great lunch stop this turned out to be! The service (by Randie) was great. She was quick and very attentive without being intrusive. My husband had a delicious seafood bake and I had a lemony shrimp and pasta dish. The salad (with the addition of salami and cheese) was practically a meal in itself. Then there was the irresistible bread. I'm not sure why some restaurant bread is just so good, but I had to convince our server NOT to bring any more or I would have just kept eating it. The Alfredo lacked flavor, the shrimp were disappointing and there was only three - fortunately I had also added clams or it would have been very protein deficient. I've never had a bad meal here. Neighborhood Italian place, good specials, enough to take home for leftovers. Really delicious bread and house dressing, although they have gotten chintzy with the black olives and tomatoes on the refillable salads lately. I recommend the lunch specials, like the garlicky shrimp dish I had recently. Affordable and, with the salad and bread, very filling. Their limoncello was also delicious. Sweet servers, not the fastest, but attentive and kind. If you can linger over lunch a bit, all the better for everybody, right? read more

Was having an urge for Italian food so the wife and I decided to give RigaTony's a try. We were seated right away and greeted by our waiter Aiden who was very nice. He brought us water and my wife got an Iced Tea and I got a Coors Lite. My wife got the Lobster Ravioli and I got the lunch special Baked RigaTony. Meals came with a bowl of antipasta salad and delicious bread. The salad was fresh and tasty, and when our main courses came they were wonderful. Aiden checked back frequently and was very nice to talk to. We also ordered the Seafood Checca with Angel Hair Pasta to go for our son and he really liked it as well. The interior is nicely decorated and service was excellent. Lunch specials are from 11am to 3pm (I think) and there is a different one each day but on Saturday and Sunday you can order any of them for the lunch special. Love going to RigaTony's for lunch or dinner. 6 of us went to dinner last night. 4 of us had the special- Surf and Turf. 2 of them were sent back. 1 didn't like taste and one had very char'd steak. We all asked for rare. For being tenderloin, it was very chewy. almost tough. The risotto and shrimp were very good. The service was very good as usual.
