If I could give this company 0 stars, I would still think that's being too generous... The lack of professionalism and accountability with this company is ridiculous. To start off, I scheduled to have my items picked up for a cross-state move on May 8th. I confirmed this with the moving coordinator, Vijay, multiple times. I then got a call and text from someone the week before on May 1st asking if I am "still good for 5/2 pickup." I don't know why they thought that was the date we agreed on, but that already started giving me a bad feeling about these guys. They ended up calling me again on 5/7 to confirm my original pickup date for 5/8. Then comes moving day on 5/8... I get a call from Elias in Dallas, TX at 5:00pm saying he and his crew would be at my pickup address between 6:30-7:00pm. I decided I had time to make a birthday dinner with my friends, so I went out at 5pm after hearing this update. He then calls me at 5:45pm saying he is at my address. He sounded very agitated and annoyed when I told him I wouldn't be there until 6:30pm because that is the arrival window he gave me. He started to gaslight me saying he told me he was 30min away when he called at 5pm. So, I ended up having to leave my dinner early to make it home for the movers. It was very unprofessional and rude the way he treated me and acted as the lead for his moving company. They ended up packing my apartment up and left my place a mess... There were spare tape and trash everywhere and left dirt all over my bathroom after a few of the movers used it. I was very disappointed in the state of my apartment when they finished. I told the moving coordinator that I needed my furniture and boxes in my new apartment on the following Saturday because I work during the week and cannot take off. She assured me they could do this, so I put the delivery date down as 5/16 (the following Saturday). They did not live up to their promise... it is now 5/21 and I have been living in my apartment with no furniture or belongings for almost 2 weeks now. I have been calling them every day asking for an update on where my stuff is. The lady keeps saying she doesn't know when it will get loaded on a truck. How does a moving company lack so much logistical scheduling that they don't have an estimated delivery date??? I keep calling them every day and the latest update was they could MAYBE have my stuff loaded next week and deliver it sometime during the week. I told her it MUST be on the weekend because I work construction and cannot miss a day on the job site. She said every day I am not at my address I would get charged $750... I asked what the cost would be to guarantee a delivery on Saturday or Sunday. She said, "oh that will be a lot of money." I asked her how much and she said, "like probably $25,000 or something." Wtf??? This company lacks so much professionalism always have so much attitude. I just want my furniture so I don't have to keep sleeping on the floor of my new apartment. I will NEVER use this company again and I suggest everyone to stay far away from them. They don't give you any guarantee on when you will receive your items and I am nervous I might not have my furniture until sometime in June at this rate... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND FIND A TRUSTED MOVER INSTEAD. read more

Outrageous Theft and Dismissive Response! Do not use this company! I am appalled by the experience I recently had with Rigos. My Peloton bike was stolen from their supposedly secure moving and delivery service. Their response was nothing short of dismissive and inadequate. When I discovered my bike missing, I immediately reported it to Rigos staff. Instead of showing genuine concern or offering assistance, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful. They shrugged off the incident as if it were a common occurrence, showing no empathy for the distress and inconvenience caused. Even going as far as to block my phone number, so I couldn't call anymore and ask where my item was or even ask a question. Their response to my complaint was equally disappointing. They refused to take any responsibility for the theft, claiming they were "looking" for my bike, what?! I was able to get in touch with peloton, the company,and together we found that my bike had been used two weeks after it left my home. I think it is safe to assume this bike was stolen and given to someone or sold. This blatant disregard for customer security is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, their communication throughout the ordeal was evasive at best as I said above, they blocked my phone number. It felt like they were hoping I would simply give up and go away rather than addressing the issue head-on. They suggest I file a claim to which they could pay as much as $100 for the peloton bike that cost me 2400. I am upset and beside myself and have no retribution. Overall, my experience with Rigos has been a nightmare. Not only did they fail to provide a safe environment for my property, but their dismissive attitude and lack of accountability have left me feeling deeply frustrated and betrayed. I had initially wanted to give this place a five star review it was a second time we had use them originally my best friend use them to move and we really enjoyed two of the movers who helped her so we asked for them specifically. For the next movie is three movers somehow it took longer than I did with two I decided to let that slide. At the end of everything we ended up spending far more than we had budgeted because it went overtime which I still decided to let slide. Fast forward to paying/ tipping and then leaving I come to discover ONE of my TVs was broken. I only discovered this after pluggin it in. I contacted them, I was asked to send photos, which I did and then I was simply told "it takes 5-7 days". Never was I told what would happen within that time etc. Now, they had also broken some shelves which they were very sorry for so I decided it wasn't a big deal. Upon opening the truck it had turned out several boxes had fallen and things were in disarray (as a result of how it was packed). I'm a VERY chill guy. So when the movers came apologizing and showed me the broken shelf I said "don't worry bro it's ok". Now I'm being emailed about my broken 55in smart tv and someone tells me the movers said they saw my open the plastic with scissors (WRONG) and that I knew things had broken and told them it was ok. And that they saw it was already unmounted when they arrived (no shit you charge by the hour and I'm grown. I know how to properly mount and UNMOUNT a tv) as if this somehow proves it was my fault. I don't NEED to waste my time filing a bogus claim. Also OF COURSE THEY ARE GOING TO SAY THE DIDNT DO IT. I'm so mad right now. I wanted to have a great experience. This is only the start of the claim. I'll continue to update as I go along but as of now, being emailed telling me it was MY fault? Not a good start. read more

I have used Rigos Delivery for both of my moves. They asked plenty of questions in order to give an accurate quote. There were no hidden fees and the movers were very efficient. They showed up on time, and finished in a timely manner. I never felt that they wasted time to jack up the price. Management is a delight to work with and are very responsive. On my first move, the mover damaged the loading dock in my building. Accidents happen. I supplied them with the building's insurance information and they handled it from then on.
