Chicken biryani

This restaurant is so beautiful when you walk it , it's not like a typical Pakistani restaurant. The ambiance is amazing and it's very elegant inside love the cultural touches. The food was great and tasty, the ras Malai was ok but the mocktails appetizer and food was really good and fresh tasting. The service was amazing too everyone was very attentive and friendly. We had a large group so I know it's hard to manage sometimes . I will be coming back.

Had a great experience here as a group of 6. Food tasted amazing, especially the bihari and the naan. Ambiance is very elegant and clean. Service was really friendly and attentive. The banquet hall looks beautiful, and the venue has plenty of parking plus high chairs. Looking forward to dining here again soon.

Visited on a Saturday night with a party of 6. Called ahead to ask about a reservation and was told no need for parties under 8, just walk in. When we arrived, we were told they couldn't take our order for another 40 minutes -- and it actually ended up being over 50 minutes before anyone even came to our table. No water, no check-in, nothing. The service was genuinely chaotic. It looked like only one server was running the entire floor. Food kept getting brought to the wrong tables -- including ours, before we had even ordered. Our food eventually ended up at someone else's table too. When we asked for a water refill, someone took our jug and never came back with it. After the menus were dropped off, staff were essentially invisible and had to be chased down for anything. The full menu wasn't available either -- we were handed a separate sheet with a limited selection. Food took over an hour to come out. Drinks are served in plastic cups. The mocktails are basically just juice. As for the food itself -- the Kebab Platter was genuinely good, that's the highlight. Everything else was pretty flavourless. The Samosa Chaat had no salt, no masala, just bland. The Gol Gappa water was barely filled and had little flavour. To be fair, they just opened in October, so there's room to grow. But right now, they are not ready for full operation. I'd give it a year and maybe check back in -- the potential is there. For now though, it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Honestly probably need more staff on deck... and salt.

The inside area had a decent amount of seating and feels very open. The corn ribs were absolutely delicious along with the oysters mushrooms tacos. I didn't eat the chicken ones but my friend liked them. The ginger beer drink had glitter in it and looks so pretty. She loved it. I got a coconut coffee. It was a little more watery that I would have liked but everything else was so good it was whatever. The waitress was really nice and attentive. It has a good time. I'll definitely be going back

We've been here many times and have always had a good experience in the past. Even if there was a…read morehiccup here or there, it remained on our list. Today was like a bad movie. We assumed the place would be packed as we headed in to watch the 1:00 game. But it was dead. Which we were kind of relieved because we weren't worried about finding a table but also kind of perplexed because any other place that serves wings on a Sunday during football season is bursting at the seams. We walked in and stood at the hostess station waiting to be seated for about 5 minutes and didn't see an employee at all. My husband finally just walked over to the bar area and spotted someone around the corner. He asked if we could sit and she was somewhat agreeable to the idea. Thankfully our server McKenna was a delight. She was attentive and efficient. The French onion soup was fantastic. The wings were fine but not as good as I remember. They used to have a crisp to them. Now they are just kind of soggy. The kids liked their chicken tenders although I thought it looked like they had been in the fryer a tad too long. I could get past all that except I can't overlook the lack of management and the terrible bartender. We observed multiple people come in and stand at the hostess station for excessive amounts of time before anyone bothered to greet them. There were people at the bar with empty drinks and the bartender was standing around the corner on her phone while people waited. It was just a bad movie unfolding before our eyes. It was an experience for sure. This place used to be and could be amazing - they just need better hands on management and something to draw the crowd in on Sundays. We might come back if we see any chatter about new management, but until then it's probably off our rotation.

Just functional. I was there on an NFL Sunday. There were lots of regulars. There was good interaction with the staff. I didn't catch her name, but the woman who was the only person working the bar and waiting on the tables was amazing. She was super friendly to everyone. She hustled to meet everyone's needs. It wouldn't surprise me if she is an owner too. It's hard to find people, who aren't owners, who are that committed. I asked for a wing flavor recommendation and she said "Montreal Honey" first. I ordered 6. The wings are part-baked and then finished in a fryer. Good inner and outer texture. The Montreal Seasoning was right on. The Honey didn't have much of a presence either visually or flavor-wise. More was needed to balance the salt from the Montreal Seasoning and to justify the Honey in the name. I tried both the Blue Cheese and the Ranch. I'd recommend the Blue Cheese. I'll definitely return to try more wing flavors. I also ordered a crock of chili, which was full of ground beef and topped with melted cheddar and chopped red onions. The chili was solid. I'd probably try something else before I ordered it again though. I'm a fan of Hideaway and I'll be back. 4.25 Stars

That sandwich was absolutely delicious. The meat was tender, not fatty. The bread was like toasted to perfection. It was so good. Not busy for a slow service though. Nachos were a pile of chips with dry cheese and chunks of chkn., wings however were good, I think it was the only good dish on the table.
