Dropped in for breakfast with my friend, w both had never been here before, but heard raves about how great the food was, first we ordered two apple juices, and our cups smelled wet dog, we couldn't finish our drinks due to the smell, and the ketchup bottle that was given to us was dirty, the cleanliness definitely turned me off, my sandwich was really yummy, hash brown could've been crispier however no serious complaints about my sandwich, my friend ordered an egg Benedict and her eggs were not poached, however our waiter immediately fixed this for her, and took eggs off the table and did not charge her for them. Our server Fernando was excellent and his service definitely made the experience. However don't know if I'll be back due to the cleanliness. read more

Pulled in on this lovely Thursday morning, to meet with friends over breakfast Love the vibe in here, the decor is so cool! Greeted warmly by our server, the coffee was served and it was fresh and delicious. I drink mine in black and I could taste the flavors. Some of the best coffee I've had in a long time. Diner style and delicious. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin. The egg was perfectly fried, along with the white American cheese, and tasteful bacon. Unfortunately, the bacon missed the mark, as it wasn't crispy. It was soggy. And the English muffin was very small and un toasted. It seemed to me like it was microwaved. How can you not toast an English muffin? So the sandwich itself was not solid whatsoever. But looking around at the breakfast platters, they look delicious and all of my friends seem to enjoy what they ordered. So just a quick note to the owners and the chef and the cooks, toast, the damn English muffin, please! Two stars are for the waitress who was very friendly. I walked in and placed an order to-go of a burger and fries. Burger tasted ok but was soggy and really pink even though I asked for it well done. Fries were incredibly bland. They also didn't give me the side of coleslaw I asked for and was charged for. Sadly I didn't notice until I got home. I'm so glad we found this place! They have a pretty extensive diner/breakfast menu that they serve all day, which is what I ordered. The waffles are huge! But they also have a nice Mexican food menu, which is what my husband ordered and he really loved all the tacos and nachos he got--he was talking about them the next day! All very reasonably priced as well. The diner had nice lighting and was spotlessly clean, including the bathrooms. Most of the seating is spacious and comfortable booths, so you don't have to be sitting too close to anyone else. The food came out pretty quickly and the service was excellent. It was a very welcoming place and the food was very appetizing. We will definitely be coming back here! read more

The food was absolutely delicious! My husband got the Birria Breakfast Burrito with a side of corned beef hash. I got The Big Bulb breakfast sandwich and a chocolate chip pancake! The Birria Breakfast Burrito was AMAZING. Definitely get a side of the Mexican salsa to go with it. the corned beef hash was cooked perfect and had great flavor! The Big Bulb breakfast sandwich was bacon, sausage, hash brown patty, and American cheese on a hard roll. The cheese was melted and the has brown patty was crispy! The inside was nice and clean, and smelled good! Our waitress, Rosie, was the sweetest! She was very attentive, had a great recommendation for the Mexican salsa, and the service was just all around 10/10. We will definitely be going back to try lunch! read more

My fried egg was cooked per my request, the bacon was crispy per my request, then came the pancake, cooked completely, served with whip cream , no butter, (I had to ask for butter, server went to the freezer and brought me small containers of frozen butter, which does not melt on a cold pancake, even if it was hot, it would not melt. Came here with some friends and family. Was disappointed but wasn't thrilled either. The food here tasted amazing. I got the Chorizo Burrito and it tasted very good! However, the side of fries was very sparse and the food was overpriced. It was a good meal, but not for the price I paid, which was nearly $20. The service here was alright, not a lot of staff, but those who were there helped and were kind, great service overall. The meatloaf lunch special 9-11-25 was for people on a diet. The tiny 3 thin sliced meat loaf and half a scoop of mashed pototatoes was so small a portion that I finished the skimpy portion of meat loaf before my son finished eating half his cheeseburger. The Special was $18.99 for an ounce of meat. Very pricey meal. The photo of the Bright Light Diner meat loaf special was false advertising. If I had received the large portion in the photo on Bright Light Diner web site, I would not be complaining. The manager who responded by email to my email apologized for the skimpy meal BUT said he was NOT offering a refund or gift certificate since I ate the meal. Not a good manager or owner in my opinion. Stay away from the meat loaf , not worth the $18.99 for very little meat loaf. Ask about the meal portion size before you order. Had a great breakfast!! It was 2 corn tortillas fried one with red salsa one with green. They had an egg on top of each with avocado onion and cheese. You could tell the salsa was homemade it was very flavorful with a little spice. Eggs were cooked perfectly and all the flavors melded together perfectly. From the moment we walked in until we walked out the door, the service was stellar. The ambiance was warm and welcoming. Our server was super attentive and made possibly the best hot chocolate I've ever had. (No joke) my husband had The Birria Omelette which came with home fries and toast. The home fries were deliciously seasoned and very flavorful. The toast was not burnt or undercooked and had the perfect amount of butter. I had the Bright Signature omelette which included arugula, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and avocado. It also came with the deliciously seasoned home fries. We visited during the grand opening, table for 4 adults. The Waitess was great, very apologetic for terrible communication from cook to her. Most of the menu items were unavailable due to lack of ingredients. Long story short gave them the benefit of the doubt for being new, short staffed and under stocked. Returned several months later. They were not very busy, timing for food was horrendous. Food was mediocre at best. Giving time to adjust as new restaurant owners definitely didn't matter for this place. Went here for dinner the other night and will definitely go back. We had the Mediterranean pasta dish and chicken cordon blue. Both were excellent and enough to take home for dinner the next day. The service was good but it took a bit to get their attention so we could get boxes and pay bill...we were the only customers at this point. However the waitress was very friendly and helpful in answering questions. Highly recommend going and we will be trying out other menu items but I am bringing home the Mediterranean pasta dish because it was so delicious. read more

We went for dinner , there were 4 adults. The server came over I told her I want water with a lime, she came back with a lemon. I thought ok no big deal. Then I was going to get the special sausage and peppers it came with rice and I asked if I could have it with pasta she said no. However the menu did not say I could not substitute. So I ordered the fish and chips and I said what kind of soup do you have b/c it came with soup or salad. She told me I did not get soup or salad with my entree but if I wanted to extra I could get it. I show her the menu said soup or salad she still said no. Next we wanted over half hour for our food you get no bread or anything. One of men in our group got soup with his entree and he asked for oyster cracks which took a very long time to come. One of the woman got salad and it was just iceberg lettuce 2 grape tomatoes ,2 crotons and get this no dressing !! She had to flag down a waiter serveral time to get it . Immediatley our food came. my husband ordered grilled bbq pork chop what is was a pan seared pork chop with bbq. sauce and soupy bland mac and cheese. My fish and chips batter had no flavor and the fish was clearly groton's . Now one of the men ordered chicken cordon bleu all of the other 3 people had gotten their meals . The other woman got the house special lasgana and it the noodles were very thick and the portion size was huge . She as for italian bread and that took ages to come as well and when it did it was toasted french baguet that was hot she dropped it out of her hand. Finally the other man meal came after we all slowly were eating ours and it was a chicken kabob not chicke corden bleu. so he sent it back and gave him chicken parm. He asked for grated cheese and the server says we have parm cheese it came and it was a 1/8 of tsp. The table has a divet on the edge where food and dirt collect. Our floor was dirty under the table the flowers are fake plastic ugh. the prices our too high for the food they serve. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not be returning. read more

I & my friend order chicken tenders & 2 cups of the Mac and cheese & to be very thin chicken tenders were anything less than tender. They were so thin & completely dried out . With only 1 soda the price was very costly. 3 chicken tenders each & 2 -1cup Mac & cheese & the he 1 soda came to a whopping $39.00. Will never go there again. By the way the other food price were way over the going prices in other restaurants. Horrible read more
