I had a great experience with this transportation company, moving my honda accord from CA to OK. Rose kept in touch as my move date approached in June and put me in contact with a driver. It only took 4 days to arrive at the destination without any problems. Rose was honest, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire time. You just have to leave a message and she usually gets back to you on the same day. Being my first time using such a service, I was anxious - but looking back I see that there was no reason to be. RNR logistics helped me make my move a lot easier. I truly think it's a great company. From the minute I contacted them, they proved to be very responsive, polite, cooperative. They were so nice throughout the process and explained everything I needed to know thoroughly. I moved 2 cars from OH to CA. I received and e-mail with a quote, then contract, a pickup date and the transport company. The transport company called me 2 days before the pick up to let me know the date of pick up, and also told me I'd get a call the day of the pick up. The driver who was transporting the cars, Ed, was a very nice guy and very professional. He couldn't bring the big truck up to our street, so I met him on a larger street nearby my house. He inspected my cars, gave me a receipt, and gave me a ride back up to my house. I really appreciated that! My cars arrived exactly on time!!! They looked great, no damage, perfect to condition. All in all, this was the easiest thing I have done and the price was great! I am so grateful for their professionalism and punctuality, that I couldn't resist to write a review. Buyer Beware. First lets make it clear that they are not a vehicle transporter they are a Broker. This means that they will make a deal with a transporter to deliver your vehicle but do not have any liability. I even asked they directly if they were transporters to which they replied that they will transport my vehicle but they do on occassion work with other transporters. This being said, they gave me a resonable price so I elected to go with them. Everything was great until the day they were to pick up my vehicle. I was given a window from 1pm til 4pm therefore I needed to take off work to meet the transporter. At approximately 3:45 I recieve a call from the dispatcher that the driver is running late and won't arrive until between 6 and 8pm. He did not arrive until 10:00pm. keep in mine that I forfieted a 1/2 day at work which could have been avoid if they call earlier. If your running 3 to 5 hours late I would hope that you know this more then 45 minutes from your arrival time. The company that arrive to pick up my vehicle was United Transport with used stationary from the previous company which I believe was S&L transport, they are based out of Arizona but i could not find them on Yelp. Once my vehicle was pick up that was pretty much the last I heard from the dispatcher since the voice mail box remained full and they didn't return my text. I figured it was a cell phone since they texted me to inform me that the driver was running late. I didn't hear from them again until Saturday when the driver called and said he could drop of the car til the next day. The next day came and still no vehicle. Then we contacted the driver who said he would be there by Monday evening. This turned out to be 2AM Tuesday morning and my car arrive being driven not ttransported as stated in the agreement. The reason being was the drivers truck had broke down. I then called RNR Logistics to complain but they washed there hands of it since once the car is picked up it's no longer there responsibility. So I had to deal with the shady Transport Company. My advice is to go directly with a Transporter since you know who will be moving your vehicle and have some recourse if things go wrong. Thank goodness I got my vehicle even though they left it with no gas it's not worth the fight to go for reimbursement. read more

I've been shipping with RnR Logistics for over two years now and have literally never had a problem. The girls are so friendly and they always get the job done in a timely manner. I buy and sell cars so I have people to answer to as well which is always difficult but this company has never given me a reason to have to answer to someone as to why a car is late on the delivery or why it hasn't been picked up. Mary was professional and friendly. She offered flexibility. My car was delivered in time. The driver did call me in advance to advice me of the drop off. I just read the previous review & glad I'm not alone. I had a similar horrible experience with no communication & poor customer service. Definitely BUYER BEWARE! USE ANOTHER COMPANY! My car was delivered safe & sound so I'm grateful to David, the driver for this but I will never use RNR again nor will I ever recommend them to even my worst enemy solely due to their very poor customer service & communication. I had first turned down RNR & decided to go w/another company because RNR doesn't have a BBB rating. The following business day Mary from RNR called me (after I had told her I wasn't using them) & put me in a state of panic telling me that my car was "on the board" & no driver had been assigned to it & it was unlikely my car would be picked up by the date I wanted it picked up. She said at this point in the process I should have the cell phone # of the driver & confirmed date of pickup. She then told me that her private driver was in my area & could pick up the car by Wed, 7/23. Once I signed the agt my nightmare began. I specifically told Mary that I wanted the car by a certain date (of course weather, etc. being uncontrollable factors) & she agreed that a pick-up on Thu, 7/24 would be sufficient to deliver the car by the date I wanted. Mind you she already told me that her private driver was in my area & could pick up the car on Wed, 7/23 & I told her the car was ready any day/time she wanted. Thu, 7/24 came & went & no communication from Mary as to why the car was never picked up. I called. I emailed. No communication from Mary. The following day I finally got in contact with her & she said she didn't contact me because it was her "day off". I thought that's nice but I was waiting all day for someone to call me & tell me when the car would be picked up that day. That was a wasted day for me. The next day (Fri) I finally heard from the local pick-up company in the morning who said he would pick up the car around 6-7pm that evening, he didn't show up until 8:45pm due to traffic. That's fine but he asked Mary if he could pick up the car on Sat & she told him that I had an airline flight which was a total lie so there's another lie by Mary. Now I'm starting to get mad & worried because the car was ready to be picked up 2 days earlier & was told by Mary it would be picked up the day before. Again she told me on Mon that her private driver was in the area & could pick up the car on Wed. I emailed Mary to confirm that the local guy had picked up the car & told her that I would follow up with her on Monday. On Mon, I wanted to follow up with Mary to (1) get the driver's cell phone number since she said earlier that week that I should definitely be given this information & (2) to be sure the car was put on the larger truck & was en route to my destination. Two simple questions that any customer would want to know. I called Mon & left a message, no return phone call or email. Now I'm getting mad again because I am not getting any reply and I have no idea where my car is. Tue, I called again a few times & left messages again. Finally 6 hours later someone picked up the phone at RNR who wasn't very helpful & basically told me that I won't get updates like a "food delivery order". All I wanted was to know that my car was en route & the expected date of delivery since Mary had basically guaranteed an 8/1 delivery. That's it, I didn't want daily updates I wanted ONE UPDATE that I should have already received. That conversation ended abruptly because the woman was talking in circles & making excuses just like Mary. I then called Mary who finally answered her phone & yelled at me for disturbing her while she was at a funeral & yelled at me for getting her in trouble with her boss. Are you kidding me?! What kind of place was this? I don't have a crystal ball & had no idea Mary was at a funeral. Maybe Mary's boss needs to know how horrible her customer service & communication skills had been on this transaction. She should have returned my call/replied to my email the day prior or had someone cover her calls in her absence & not leave me hanging. All I wanted was ONE UPDATE as to where my car was & the driver's number then I wouldn't have bothered them at all. But I was getting nothing but the run around from them. Then Mary sent me this harsh & unprofessional text: "Hi Kim, Maybe You should have gone with another company your right, your car would still be sitting there in front of your door like it had been, thanks for all your appreciation. It's actually my fault to go out of my way to help you out. sorry I couldn't answer your phone calls today when I was at the funeral. As I mentioned earlier I was gonna call you once I was available just so there is no other confusion no one will be contacting you until the day of delivery you will be given a few hours notice to make accommodation to accept delivery. The moving company recommended Mary and RnR I reviewed the Yelp reviews decided to give them a call. I called Mary she told me to call her back later I then called her again and she said she'll call me back. After playing phone tag she advised she can pick up my car on 12/15 from Ca and deliver on 12/17 in Az. On 12/15 it was getting pretty late and I have not heard from the drivers so I called Mary and asked for approximate time frame of pickup because I needed to have someone present to give driver the keys. Mary said I should just wait until I hear from the driver and she doesn't see what the problem was, I explained there was no problem that I can see but couldn't understand her frustration. The driver called about 10 min later and advised he just got the orders 20 minutes ago and will pick up my car. 12/15 driver picked up vehicle, on 12/18 I called Mary because I have not received my car or a call as to a time frame . Mary told me to call the driver. I called the driver and they never called me back. Mary later text me and said the driver will drop it off on 12/19. As of 8pm I got nervous because I haven't heard from anyone. I called the driver again spoke to Ramon who said he told Mary when he took the job it would be delivered until 12/20. As of the time of this review I haven't heard from Mary and I don't have my car. These people talk really good until they get your car. Be careful and pay attention to the documents they make you sign. read more

After 2 years of pleasant and successful car transport working with Mary. I called RNR in November requesting a late December pick up. Rose (the owner) was pleasant and gushingly optimistic about getting the date I wanted (Dec 28) for pick up in MA. No word for weeks. Finally I called about Dec 23 - still "no problem." December 26 I called and was told then that because of the holiday week it was hard to find someone. All subsequent calls went to voicemail. Rose called me finally, again very cheerful and contacted driver. He phoned me on 29th promising pick up within hours. It is now the 30th- no driver, no calls. I don't know if Mary would have done a better job scheduling, communicating and vetting the driver, but at this point I don't recommend this company. I will not use RNR again. read more

This company is the worse ever. Im not one that leaves reviews but I had to for this company so no one else runs into the same problem I had. Starting out Mary is the absolute worse. I had everything set up to have my car shipped and I guess the truck that was suppose to pick up the car ended up having mechanical issues. I was not informed of this until about 9 pm. Every time I received a call I was told the truck would be there in 30 mins to an hour each time. Finally at 9pm the man came clean and said he would just come in the morning. The next morning was my flight out so I had to leave the car behind with a friend in hopes all would go well. Thats it did not. At the airport I received a call from Mary who could not understand why I was upset. She had a ton of excuses and in no way made things better. It was kind of like oh well deal with it. I told her I would be leaving a bad review right before I had to get off of the phone to board my flight. Long story short once I landed at my destination I called the man who was suppose to pick my car up. He told me he received a call from Mary who canceled the pickup with no notice to me. So now I'm in a new state and my car is left in my old state and no one mentioned any cancelation taking place. Such bad business. I called and no one picked up. Left a message asking for my deposit back and shared with them how poor they are at conducting business. I only like to do business with people who carry themselves in a professional manner. I just shipped my Ml 350.00 from CA to TN and couldn't have had a better experience!! I booked an enclosed truck and our driver Chris, took great pains to make sure my car was was well taken care of so that it would arrive in perfect condition. I spoke with Rose in the office almost everyday and she answered any questions I had and made sure I had all the latest arrivals and delivery details. Never having shipped a vehicle before I wasn't sure what to expect but then a friend of mine recommended RNR LOGISTICS and I'm so glad I took her advice.
