We found it to be rather bland, but were able to bring it to life with some oregano, basil, red pepper flakes and a drizzle of olive oil. Maintained their crispiness even with the tasty sauce all over them. For some reason they gave me 7, which was nice. They were so rich, I saved a couple for the next day and of course the breading was soggy by then. But again, not their fault. They also have boneless wings and offered waffle fries as well. I heard them say they ran out of bone-in ones after me (maybe my free 7th was the last one). And they were out of mac and cheese. Hope that means they had a successful afternoon. I love supporting food trucks, especially ones with 100% sanitation.
