The food quality and huge size makes this a spot that I will be frequenting as I come and go from this hotel. I really loved the street corn, it had great flavor and wasn't too spicy. 2 tacos ordered 1 plus thrown away. This foodcourt is overpriced and subpar at best. They are trying to be fancy and this isnt it. Over 30 plus dollars for 2 tacos rice and water. When food is thrown away you get 1 star. We have tried so many food courts as local and this one of if not the most overpriced food court of all. The food is actually pretty good, and sold at a decent value. Quick service, too. The Promenade Food Court of the Fontainebleau Las Vegas is spacious with lots of seating and an army of folks keeping it clean and unobtrusively making sure your party has everything it needs, although the music can be a little loud. The "we don't serve courtesy water, but you can buy a bottled water for $7" is absurd. Carne asada tacos and nachos are both worth trying out: the tortillas don't fall apart, there are tons of chips, lots of flavorful meat and the tomatillo/cilantro glop and gloppy cheese and crema are good. read more

It's located at the new Fountain Bleu hotel in the food court above the slot machines. Came in on a Saturday around 7:30pm and there were only a few diners. They offer 8 different kinds of tacos and we ordered one of each. They range from $6-$8 a piece. Total was $69.xx Note for birria tacos it's an additional $3 for consome which we opted out on. The taco alone had good beefy flavor. They are all bigger than street tacos so you get several bites out of them. My favorite was the birria and fish tacos. As with most tacos it is messy to eat but they give you lots of napkins. read more

I really wanted to love this place, but the pricing was ridiculous. I ended up ordering a vegetarian burrito and I took it home because the drink prices were too high and there was no water fountain. I'm not sure that the business appreciates that their pricing is deceptive and that will make people mad. We came here last time and it was an incredibly long wait so we were hesitant to try this place again. Not enough people working so the food took close to 45 minutes to get and that was back this past November. This time my daughter really wanted Birria so she took the chance. First off, it's Christmas so we had very little expectations. To our surprise the cashier, Brandon, was and was super delightful. I only say this because all day today you can tell nobody wanted to work so I really appreciated him being so bright and helpful. The food also didn't take super long and on the contrary it was quite quick. According to my daughter the Birria was fantastic. Not worth the long line. Once we got to the front of the line to order our chips and guacamole we were told they were out of guacamole. We then waited 25 minutes to receive our order. Only one person wrapping up our meals and divying them out and one person bringing them to him from the kitchen. My visit to Roadside Taco was quite the unfortunate experience, to say the least. After checking into the hotel, I was absolutely exhausted from my five hour drive. All I wanted was something quick to eat so I could come back to life again. A burrito sounded perfect, so I stood in line to order. When I got to the counter, the woman taking orders was as rude as could be. I brushed it off at first, thinking I was just really tired and hungry. When I ordered the Roadside Burrito, add carne asada, the woman pointed at the menu and said "you do realize there's an up charge for meat, right?" and I said "yes, that's fine." She then proceeded to say "well, your burrito will be $25." Normally I would've questioned an $11 up charge for meat, but I was starving and not thinking straight, so I paid and waited for the food. (Also, when I put in my credit card, the woman said "now choose your tip" with a ton of attitude. I honestly added a tip out of fear that they might do something nasty to my food if I didn't. This tip culture is out of control. Why am I tipping you to do your job when I'm walking to the counter to pick up my food?!?) A little over 10 minutes later, the burrito was ready. Another woman at the other end of the counter quietly called my name, but luckily I was paying attention. She was also not friendly at all when I picked up the food. Whatever, just let me eat! The burrito was cut in half, which felt convenient to eat, but then I realized that whoever made it had no clue how to make a burrito. All of the ingredients were slopped in and rolled incorrectly. One end had all of the wet ingredients and it was soggy already, and the rest was dry and just rice. As I ate it, I counted a total of four, yes, FOUR, tiny pieces of low end carne asada. Taco Bell could do better. I realized I was scammed, but I ate it anyway (seriously one of the least tasty burritos I've ever had) and got the hell outta there. I regret not saying anything, but judging by the attitude of all the workers, I didn't want to go down that path. Later, I looked up the online ordering system for this restaurant and it clearly states that carne asada add-ons are $5. I knew I was ripped off. Seems like the woman just made up a random price, probably to increase the tip. Shady business! There was not one redeeming quality about this restaurant. Such a joke. In Las Vegas, it's all about service, and this place should not survive if this is how they want to run a business. We vote with our dollars, and if you're considering eating here, I would suggest you take your hard-earned money elsewhere. read more

Then while waiting for my food a child came up to get a drink. The drinks are in a cooler out front. The child grabbed a Modelo beer and went back to his seat. The food court is located on the second floor inside of the Fountainebleau Hotel & Casino. You can take the escalators or elevators to the food court. The food court is huge with many different things to eat. This food court is very, very clean, and somewhat elegant in it's set up. The ambiance very much relates to the decor of the Fountainebleu. It also overlooks the casino floor so you can people watch and relax. There are several restroom locations in the food court, and they are very, very clean also. Not your normal "food court" here. Now for the food. No matter where you go in this food court, you will spend an arm and a leg for small portions. But you are in a STRIP HOTEL in Las Vegas. Cheap eats are not found in any hotel. LOL. However, the choices are numerous, and the wait is relatively short once you order. We ordered 1 Chicken Quesadilla (good size), 1 Roadside Burrito (good size, but they don't roll it tight enough), 2 Carne Asada, 2 Beef Birria (good), 2 Horchata (so good made with Oatmilk), and 1 Fresca = $105.24 with tip. Our cashier was Brandon. He was welcoming, fast, and accurate with our order. We waited approximately 5-7 minutes and was called from the other end of the counter. A very nice lady made sure our order was correct, and made our drinks. Everything we ate was very good. Was it the best mexican food I ever had? Of course not. Was it worth the price? Heck no. But, I repeat, for what it was, in a Strip Hotel, with a very clean, nice food court with lots of seating, great ambiance (IMO), it was good and I would return (not every weekend.) $50 for this order would have been more palatable. It has a little something extra to set it part form the rest. The server is more than helpful and patient with us. Great to get to go and eat in your room.
