I've been seeing Dr. Don for almost 20 years now.  All the staff are wonderful. Super friendly, helpful, and most importantly very good at what they do. They've all been with him for as long as I can remember. Speaks to the continuity of the office and it shows in the care for their patients. Dr. Don is great!. I know some people who drive from LA to come see him. I've had a root canal, few minor fillings, invisalign, and many cleanings over the years. His care is pretty much painless. He will recommend what he thinks is best. No one is pushy. They let you make your own decisions. Parking is easy and you even get a view of the water from your chair. read more

We stayed with him because of his excellent dental skills to care for my teeth, implants, and Crowns which is absolutely PAINLESS as he had promised as I don't have high pain tolerance and this is very important to me. I went here for a consultation regarding the PST (pinhole surgical technique) to address my receding gums. It was easy to set up an appointment and I was scheduled the next day after I called. The office is easy to locate, the facility is clean and all the staff were attentive and professional. Angie, the front desk attendant was able to answer all my questions regarding insurance. She was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Don was able to answer all my questions regarding the PST, he explained it in a manner I can understand using visual aides. He presented a plan of care and discussed the timeline of my treatment. I felt confident that he can help me and he has the best intentions. I walked out of the clinic feeling reassured. Something didn't go right. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Don and his staff in the Spring of 2014. After a productive assessment, it was determined that I needed a root canal. To Dr. Don's credit, the procedure was painless. Some months later, I experienced incredible pain on the site of the root canal, but it subsided after about a week. Then, nothing notable. Now, almost 5 years later, I have a gum fistula that has developed on the site of the root canal, and it is looking likely that I will be needing another procedure. Multiple consultations tell me that the 2014 root canal, although painless, was perhaps not done as correctly as we thought. I am disappointed that I have to go back for another expensive, time-consuming procedure, especially on a previously treated site. I must add that these stars only reflect the results of the 2014 procedure, not my impression of Dr. Don and his staff. They're great people, and it's evident that they do exceptional work. That said, if you're needing a root canal procedure, I'd recommend seeking out an endodontist. Even though things didn't quite go well for me, I wish this office lots of success. read more

Had my first appointment with Dr. Don today. His staff was very accommodating and was able to fit me into their busy schedule. Angie was great at communicating and coordinating a time to get me in. Everyone was very friendly and Dr. Don took the time to explain to me my teeth health in detail. Their office was clean and they do have more current technology. We've been coming here for almost 5 years now and we still travel from the Inland Empire every 4-6 months for our appointments. My hubby was so anti-dentist before having Dr. Don work on his teeth. One thing that is so important and that is so hard to find is that every person that works here is perfectionist and that is something to greatly value, especially with your teeth. They create your crown right in their office so there is no need for a temporary and to make two visits!
