Cheesus Christ, Bee Sting, and Famous Original + Mushrooms

Truly delicious pizza, and so nice that they have a midtown location! This particular location is neat because it's up a few floors and offers a nice view. The menu features apps, pizzas, and some pasta - I wish there were more cocktail offerings, but the Aperol Spritz they were able to make me was just fine. 3 of us split 3 pizzas and a pasta. The Cacio e Pepe was absolutely delicious and I was quite surprised at how flavorful/saucy it was, as many places fail to perfect this dish. The pizzas were perfect, and the Cheesus Christ was my favorite - almost like Cacio e Pepe but in pizza form. The Famous Original is famous for a reason, and my non-vegetarian dining partners loved the Bee Sting. I see why Roberta's is one of the city's favorite pizzas!

Find me another causal NYC pizza spot where there is ample seating, a clean restroom and GOOD pizza!! I came on a rainy Sunday so it was fairly empty downstairs so I was able to eat my pepperoni and pomodoro slice while listening to some good tunes. They top the pomodoro with pesto, olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan. Yum!

Went for dinner tonight and it was fabulous. The counter service is downstairs. Head up for the dining room, bar and roof top. The dining room is very vibey with views out the windows. We had the ribollita and it was so amazing. I don't know a soup could be that good. We also shared the waingro pizza which was the perfect mix of spicy and cheesy and the meatballs on it were so good. The staff were also just so kind. We would definitely recommend.

So happy to see a Roberta's slice shop next to my new job! Their Bee Sting is what Roberta's is known for, but their other slice with burrata on top (forgetting what the slice was called ... looked like a simple cheese slice, but she added fresh burrata on it after popping it into the oven to heat up) was pretty bomb. Will definitely be a once or twice a week repeat customer from now on!

Great spot right next to Penn Station, wish they had more pasta options or the classic eggplant or chicken parm, none the less everything was delicious and the service was on point! In the summer you can get access to the rooftop.

Really delicious meal here. I had heard a lot about the pizza, so was excited to try it. However, the pizza was actually not the star of the meal. The stracciatella and anchovies was far and away the strongest item we had. The caesar salad was also phenomenal, but the cheese was amazing. The pizza was decent as well, but if we came back, we would likely lean on the appetizers more!

I personally prefer the darker, more grunge-y feel of the Williamsburg Roberta's, but the Manhattan location still has the favorites (the Bee-Sting), and can make the Cheesus Christ (despite it not being on the menu). Happy hour is 4-5pm. Make sure to take the stairs directly to your right when entering to bring you the indoor and outdoor seating areas. The outdoor area is especially nice on a warm summer day. The indoor seating area is more classically welcoming and brighter compared to the Brooklyn location. Food-wise, we got the salad, Bee-sting, Cheesus Christ, and the Speckinwolf. I think everything was slightly over-seasoned; the salad was overdressed and the pizzas were a bit too salty. I enjoyed the crusts the most, surprisingly. However, i think the original is better.

Cuisine: 8 Service: 7 Decor: 7 Value: 5 Overall: 7 New location next to MSG. Their signature Bee Sting Pizza is always a good choice. Prices are high, but to be expected where it's located. Finish your meal with something sweet downstairs from Anita Gelato. Perfect combo. Fyi, I saw a gorgeous looking porchetta sitting out as I was leaving. Since it's an open kitchen, I asked one of the chefs and he said that they only have 4-5 servings per night for dinner, and it usually sells out fast. Next time I'm here, that's what I plan to try.

Roberto's is known for their personal pan pizzas but because I was trying so many different pizzas throughout other locations, I decided to offer for a burger, which was delicious alongside with their potatoes. I had one of the popular cocktails, which was the A$AP Julio and that was pretty strong, fair warning, so make sure your stomach is coated, but other than that, it was such a great vibe you got such an amazing view of Midtown Manhattan on the rooftop. They had a really good tunes that were playing, and the prices were relatively reasonable especially since it was across the street from Madison Square Garden. I think it's a great spot pre-or post concert or game. I highly recommend it here.

Went to Roberta's NYC for a work happy hour om a Wednesday night with a large group, and it was a great choice! They sectioned off a space just for us, which made it feel private and organized even though the place was buzzing. Service was consistent and attentive, which isn't always easy with a big party, but they handled it smoothly. We ordered a bunch of pizzas to share, and I ended up trying most of the flavors -- all were delicious! Crispy crust, great balance of toppings, and they even had vegetarian options, which was really important for our group. I also got a mocktail that was surprisingly refreshing and well-made. The space itself is fun -- they have both a downstairs area and a rooftop, so whether you're coming with a few friends or a bigger group, it's super versatile. Definitely a spot I'd return to for a casual gathering or a celebratory night out.

We ordered for delivery and got a 12inch with different toppings. The pizza itself was pretty good and not oily but it was pretty small for the price and not satisfying. I enjoyed this pizza but wish it was larger for the price.

I loved the outdoor experience. The service was pretty good as well, what I've come to expect of NYC versus my home state of Kentucky. The salads were fine. I had the heirloom salad and my coworker had a melon prosciutto salad. We shared a honey pepperoni pizza and it was fine as well. A nice spot for a quick lunch. I'd return for a solid 3.5 experience.

Electic spot to sit down in the city and have a drink and pizza. The pizza was tasty and was quickly ready.

With all the choices in NY, go elsewhere. Overpriced pizza and mediocre pasta. I left hungry and I don't eat very much.

Pickled veggies, fresh falafel, the works. The waffle was also delicious and it had an addicting maple-butterscotch sauce that kept us coming back (I wish I ordered one just for myself it was that good). Can't wait to come back, Banter Brunch days will definitely be a part of my routine.

Despite being undercooked, the steak was surprisingly tough and chewy, and it did not seem like a quality cut of meat considering the price. The waiter was friendly and provided good service, which was the highlight of the visit. However, due to the uncomfortable atmosphere, slow food service, disappointing drink, and poor-quality steak, I would not recommend dining here.

Fortunately, the server brought a new (cold) one and the rest of the meal was smooth sailing. Service was friendly, the vibe was homey and relaxed, and the food was solid across the board. It was our first time eating at a Friedman's location. It had a nice diner feel to it, with a mix of booths and tables. The brunch menu has a variety of breakfast items, salads, sandwiches and burgers, starters, and entrees (fish tacos, grain bowl, fried chicken). I like that several of the items are naturally gluten free, and some can be made gluten free by request. We decided to go with three breakfast items from the brunch menu: I got the shakshuka, my sister got the Nova Benny, and we got the lemon ricotta pancakes to share. All 3 dishes were great. The shashuka came with grilled ciabatta, perfect for dipping into the sunny side eggs and tomato sauce. My sister loved that the poached eggs and smoked salmon of the Nova Benny came on top of a crispy potato latke. The pancakes were fluffy and the lemon ricotta and lemon zest elevated their flavor. Our server was friendly and attentive, and he asked us if we had any allergies when he took our order. He came by several times to check on us and refill water.
