Typical Italian jerk routine when you sit by 3pm and they don't honor the lunch menu. Had to beg for soda refills. Pasta fagioli soup was more like bean water. This is why Mama Mia's is king. read more

I grew up in the 90s and my have fond memories of visiting this restaurant, I haven't been back in years because I no longer live in the area. I was close by today and decided to visit out of nostalgia. The restaurant has changed dramatically. The dining room was dusty and the floor wasn't clean. My salad wasn't fresh and the pizza sucked. I'm not picky about my pizza, but this was really really bad, it was too oily and tasted rancid. Probably the first time I ordered pizza I couldn't take more than one bite of. Both items I ordered were terrible& the day time manager lady was insolent and obnoxious about it. This is no longer the warm and friendly high quality restaurant owned by Joe Bilotti I remembered being ran by Dottie, his mother in the 90s, this is a cash grab with a rude manager that doesn't care about food quality or customers. The manager was so obnoxious about it, that it wasn't worth my time for me to cater to her non-sense, so I paid for the shitty food and left. The food wasn't very expensive, but it was so bad I already called my credit card company to charge back. I'm not a fancy guy, but this was the poorest restaurant food and service experience of my life. Do yourself a favor and avoid Roboli's like the plague, I have had much better and higher quality food with friendlier service at gas stations. Joe built and ran over 100 restaurants, this was his first. I am certain he would be very disappointed if he ever walked in and saw the current state of what he put so much passion into so many years ago. read more

Hands down the worst dining experience of my entire life. My eight year old son is traumatized and hasn't eaten since he was here. My son has fatal food allergies. I asked the manager, a woman who could not have been nastier and ruder, about cross contamination since my son cannot eat in contaminated kitchens, sadly, since his food allergy is so severe. This is a normal question that we ask everywhere and restaurants and chefs bend over backwards and are always brutally honest. This was an experience like none other. Not only did she refuse to answer my questions (in front of my son) she had the audacity to repeatedly ask me why it was her job to cure my child's food allergy while being repeatedly rude, scary, aggressive and abrasive. This is unacceptable AND dangerous. My son cannot stop obsessing over this and I don't blame him. He's afraid to eat and keeps telling us he can't trust restaurants. This is heart breaking. Our child already lives a life of anxiety and challenges due to this condition that is out of his control. He was just in the hospital last week for anaphylaxis and is underweight due to his fear of having reactions to food. Shame on this woman for making him feel worse than he already feels on a daily basis. We have traveled all over the world and this has NEVER occurred at any restaurant, food truck, hotel, etc. I am still in shock!!! My little boy just wanted a slice of pizza!! I was craving a pizza for weeks and finally last night, we stopped by at Robboli's to get one. They even had a coupon for $3 off a large 3 topping pizza in one of their brochures as you walked in. We ordered one with pepperoni, olives and mushrooms. There was outdoor dining, so, not being able to wait to get home, we ate a slice there. The evening weather was pleasant and pizza never tasted so good! In addition to pizza, the restaurant has a whole menu of Italian food with specials all the time. When we brought the rest back home to our family, they devoured it even though they said they weren't hungry. There is ample parking, including handicapped. The staff is pleasant and friendly. Roboli looks like Sal's or one of those other ubiquitous casual shopping center pizza restaurants around South Florida and though it's not fancy it's very comfortable with spacious booths. Our server was a nice young guy and the busser was helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable and parking is easy. With all these favorable things then why is it that I rate Roboli's a two? Well the food just isn't very good. Rigatoni with Bologonese sauce didn't have much flavor except for salt. A Chicken Parm was a little chewy and had a sweet sauce and a pizza was just forgettable. This place used to be Rotelli's. I hadn't been here in ages. We had a group with us and I have to say that the food was very good. I had a beautiful Greek salad and chianti! So delicious . There was also pizza and pineapple/ham cheese pizza on the table. Everyone loved the mix of plain and garlic rolls complimentary! We had nice table for The 7 of us. It was convenient to the elementary school where we had just spent the afternoon at a carnival ! The pricing is fair though it does add up quickly! read more

Clyde and I recently moved and we were trying to find restaurants near our new neighborhood. Naturally I looked on Yelp. There was a five star review of Roboli's written by my friend Elite Yelper Britt Z. Roboli's is practically across the street from my new neighborhood. After reading Britt's review I had to go there. My favorite Italian food is spaghetti Marinara and meatballs. That's what I ordered the first time Clyde and I went to Roboli's. My entree came with my choice of soup and rolls. I ordered the pasta fagioli soup. It was hearty and delicious. Our server asked if we wanted plain or garlic rolls. I asked for half's of each. The rolls were fantastic. My spaghetti was perfectly cooked. The sauce was delicious. The two meatballs were large. Clyde got the chicken piccata which came with a side of pasta. I tasted his chicken. It was so flavorful. He said he enjoyed his meal. I know I'm going to order that dish when we go back. Recently we ordered a large pepperoni pizza to go. It was delicious. Inside the restaurant is attractive and the booths are comfortable. There's also dining on the patio in front of the restaurant. read more

This review is long overdue especially since I posted a few pictures and left a tip last year. I can't comment on the decor or service because I never ate inside of the restaurant. I have had take-out (several times), or as they call it in England, takeaway. I'm going to call the food delicious & call it a day. We all know I am ridiculously fussy about pizza, but there is a special pizza here, called Nonna's. It looks like a Grandma pie because of the rectangular shape and thin and crispy crust. The Nonna's pizza has a light layer of mozzarella, a bit of sauce and a healthy sprinkling of fresh basil tops it all off. I like mine with extra sauce because I like my pizza extra saucy. I leave off the basil too. Unlike most people, I don't care for basil. I'm weird, I know. Nonna's is an excellent pizza and I highly recommend giving it a try. It's light and yummy! I tried the regular pizza and it's good but just not for me. In the twenty six years of living in Florida, I have found three, yes three places where I am 100% happy. One of the three I am on the fence about as I write this. I suggest trying it for yourself, because my friend thinks it's very good & he's from NY. The minestrone soup is hearty and full of flavor. Now, in my opinion the chicken parm is awesome and definitely shareable. The sauce is so good and I get extra sauce. Just like the pizza, I like extra sauce on all things Italian. I always support family owned and operated businesses when I can. Well, this family is doing things right & that makes me a very happy lady. So disappointed. My family and I have frequented Roboli's for years. It is convenient and was a comfortable restaurant for us and for friends. We are now done with Roboli's. We don't know what happened to the food, the portions, or the owner Patricia. All of the above have gone down hill. No longer a pleasant experience. Like most restaurants today, the prices have increased while the portions have decreased. To make matters worse, owner Patricia lacks any hospitality, kindness or graciousness. As repeat patrons who bring in business, she shows no gratitude or appreciation for our business. She does not even bother to greet us or say hello, instead she will shout from the rear of the restaurant that the upper level is closed. We returned twice this month, hoping for positive experiences But we were disappointed each time. Our friends said the food was fair at best. A different patron left after dinner saying the restaurant is no longer good. Very sadly, we agree. read more

I was anxious to try the food at Roboli's because it's very near my home. But mainly I wanted to try it because of the wonderful review that Britt wrote about the food at Roboli's. I wasn't at all disappointed in the delicious food at Roboli's. I started with the fabulous Pasta Fagioli, hot and tasty. For a main course, I selected the Chicken Piccata. Every single bite was superb. Wonderful sauce with delicious capers. My wife, Diane ordered the Spaghetti and Meatballs. It was a little low on sauce but it was cooked perfectly al dente, as she requested. The server brought some more sauce which made it very tasty. We waited several minutes for the server to return with Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top. We then asked another employee to bring some cheese. We waited a few more minutes and then Diane walked over near the kitchen and found someone who provided her with Parmesan Cheese. Just then the server finally arrived with some cheese. I had a Bud light that was not at all cold. But it was poured into a frosty glass, so it was acceptable but not cold enough. All in all, the food was great, but with better service it could have been spectacular. The restaurant was very attractively decorated. Thanks so much to Britt for her terrific review. We love Roboli's!! We eat here regularly and have been for well over 10 years! The family run establishment is warm and cozy like eating at a family get together. We just celebrated my father's 99th birthday last night and it was magical. The owner loved my dad and could not honor him enough. The food is always fresh and delicious!! This is a little gem tucked away on the corner of Clint Moore Road and jog. I've enjoy every meal and the service is excellent. I had mussels the other day that were terrific. I will not give this restaurant a good review. We have always ordered from them but the Last time we ordered we were treated so poorly that I felt I had to post. Our order was approximately $73.00 for which we paid cash. The dinner Caesar Salad was unacceptable. I called and told the order taker to return and pick it up. She told me to throw it out and the owner would call to make arrange to issue a credit on a future order. When she did not call, I called and was told I should have called immediately, which I did. She kept insisted how wonderful they are and became verbally abusive. So for a 12.00 credit she has lost a customer and their reputation. read more

I usually have good things to say about Roboli's however not tonight. I ordered a Italian cold cut sandwich, an easy made classic sandwich, a few pieces of ham, a few pieces of capicola, and a few pieces of provolone cheese. Add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, and lastly Oregano. I requested extra Mayo but had hardly enough at all. I paid $12.00 for this skimpy terrible sub and am definitely feeling cheated. I do not mind paying up for anything, but if pay for something I expect to get what I paid for! We often take out from Ribolis, great pizzas and salads! But for the first time we dined in. We were greeted by a lovely woman, sat outside, and had a fabulous server, she was super nice! The food game out timely, the garlic rolls were hot and fresh, and super delicious. Now let me tell you why I would give 4.5 stars if possible. We tried to order a large pizza for the kids in addition to all the salads, chicken parm, and pasta we ordered and were told they do not do large pizza pies in house... only on Tuesdays. That is very odd because if we were to order take out we could get a large pizza, instead we ordered two personal pizzas, which were good dont get me wrong, but not like a big pie slice! *update* Ordered a to go salad order, added chicken, they charged about $5 and it was literally five thin strips of chicken, I felt ripped off. read more

Food wise a solid 3. Their Caesar salad is - 5 atmosphere and restaurant style in this area 5 stars! This is the only restaurant we have (Clint Moore yes there are a few other Italian in Polo and Publix 441 but those to me are fast food in and out places) in the area. I ordered a lot from them and just placed a decent size order including a large pizza, salad with grilled chicken and chicken parmigiana. Not only is it very expensive, the food was absolutely horrible. I would avoid this place like the plague! I also, with my $70 for all that I ordered had asked for extra dressing for the salad and house salad that comes with the parm dish. I thought, great, they added the extra dressing.... To find out that they actually charged extra for the more dressing. First I bet if I wasn't under 55 of age, they would have gladly gave it to me or if I was dining in they would give it to me AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I highly advise a much better Italian place right down clintmoore by dunkin donuts, Renzos with the best customer service and wouldn't even hesitate in charging me extra money for dressing. Oh before I forget, I voiced my opinion to the manager who says she will take care of it. So she went inside to discuss with the guy behind the counter and then just waved to me to leave and said good bye. I would never ever go here again and food was so horrible, my dog wouldn't even eat the food it was so bad, if that tells you anything. I extremely high on definitely chosin. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN OVER 10 years and actually surprised and even more disappointed at what has just occurred when I picked up my food.
