I called him on Friday . He made an appointment for Monday. Per my wife he was very professional. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need . Happy with his price. Thanks UPDATE, sorry I even called . Thought it was a good job, NOT!! Found cord that on pulley was frayed and gave way . I was told by the wife he tied it into a knot. Wtf. Now I'm back to square one andI'm out a service fee . Whatever. I have lived and learned. Like my Mom use to say " if you want it done right do it yourself " It just keeps getting worse.. not only did he take my money and run. He didn't do anything !! I I thought he was ligit. NO WAY. I just found out there are 2 sets of springs and it looks like he took off the spring on one side and put it on the other side. This is a crime what you did in my home. You just took my money and left. I can see if you needed to come back for parts. YOU DIDNT You are a bad rep for local business Ok, it's been 5 mo.your records should show you where out prior to the leak call. I guess selective records. I'm ok with that. But!!! On last Saturday 7-7-18 I looked again cuz the door felt heavy again. I looked on the left side and noticed the spring missing and the nylon cable broken. So, you where the last one here. You saw it I'm sure. Don't be sending me messages saying it's been 5 mo since you where at my home. And all is good .. Don't BS me You somewhat but a band-aid on my dishwasher and left it at that. I trusted you did a good job. Through just my ignorance I was wrong. Lessoned learned. I fixed the whole thing 1 spring and 2 pulley cables for less than 30.00 and 30 min of my time and YouTube video. And a visit to South Coast appliance parts Warehouse. Enjoy the money you charged me. We had been dealing with a water issue in our refrigerator for quite some time, company after company said they couldn't fix it. Robson was referred to us by Speed Queen (our washer/dryer brand, which is highly ranked on all consumer reports). I called him immediately one morning when our washer refused to start. It had a full load in the machine and water still in the barrel. Robson was able to fit us in last minute and inspect our washer. He is professional and explained everything in detail. He found the washer needed a new control board (electronic issue). He advised he would order one from the company and call us as soon as it comes to return for installation. This happened within a couple days and he came as soon as UPS delivered the part to him. We really appreciate his professionalism and communication throughout this process. We have a newborn baby and our washing machine is vital to our every day life. The washer is up and running again. read more

I would rate this with zero stars if I could and the issue was both lack of professionalism and problem resolution. Technician called to fix freezer portion of fridge as all food in it had thawed. When he showed up, he indicated that he couldn't see a problem and said to put a water bottle in the freezer and call him tomorrow. I indicated that it was pretty obvious that the freezer was not cooling as all the food in it had thawed. I went and got a thermometer and put it in freezer. Tech said thermometer would take a while to stabilize and to text him in an hour. I texted him with info - freezer temp of 48 degrees. No response. I called him and let him know that the temp was 48 degrees. He indicated that he did not work on sealed units and could not do anything about it and to call AHS (warranty company) and get another company. I came home from work and wasted part of a day for nothing! It was clear this tech knew nothing, was disingenuous, and only interested in getting warranty company fee. read more

Working with Robson was truly a breath of fresh air. I have American Home Shield warranty, and like many other AHS customers, I have had a few bad experiences with their contractors. When my dryer broke, I filed the claim online a was referred to another repair company that had horrible reviews. I then called AHS and asked them to give me a list of vendors, and Robson appliances was one of them. After looking at the reviews on yelp, I decided to give him a try. I placed the call to his company and he answered the phone personally. He was timely, professional and clean. He made a temporary fix to our dryer until a replacement part was available. Once the part was available, he scheduled the repair, and resolved our problem. Absolutely, the quality and service we as home owners would hope for. I used Robson twice already. First time was for cleaning the dryer duct in a house I just moved into. He did such a great job I decided to use him again. This time it was to switch my washer and dryer to opposite sides so the doors would not hit eachother in the middle. My washer door had no option of mounting on the opposite side, so I had to flip my washer and dryer around. The gas and water lines needed to be extended in order for them to swap places. I told Robson what I wanted to do and he said no problem. Came over, swapped them around and reconnected them with all new extended lines. He even used a level to make sure they were even a properly spaced. His attention to detail was great! He will be my go to guy for all future appliance issues! read more

Great service! We had an emergency on a Saturday night at 8pm and I called to make appointment for the next day and he answered the phone and was super willing to help! Robson appliance service repaired my dryer a couple years ago. Someone just asked me if I can recommend an appliance repair person, and it reminded me that I never left a review. I had so much trouble with my warranty for my brand new dryer. Another service company came out multiple times. Each time claiming that it was fixed. Finally, I switched to Robson. I had some trouble understanding him, but wow was the repair so easy and quick. The other company had no clue what needed to be done. Robson did what they couldn't do after several attempts. He knew exactly what the problem was. I did have a difficult time understanding him, but what is important is that he understood my dryer. Still working great! read more

Robson was dispatched from my Home Warranty Company, American Home Shield. He was sent out to fix my washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher. I called Friday in a panic because I wanted everything done quickly and thought I wouldn't see him until the following week. However, he said he was able to come that night, between 7 and 9!! Not only could I not understand the tech because he has such a thick accent, he has to come out 4 times to "fix" our fridge. He was sent by American Home Shield. We finally got someone from Sears to come out to actually fix the problem as Robson couldn't. In fact, the first time Robson came out to look at the fridge, the tech didn't even remove the hardware from the freezer to analyze the situation and assess the problem. We had to defrost the freezer/fridge 4 times for the tech to "fish" for the solution. Each time the tech came out, he left my floors and fridge a mess. I would never recommend this company if you need your fridge repaired. read more

Poked holes in our dryer vent on back of dryer and used tape to cover holes. The Gas Company has marked this as an extreme hazard and the appliance should not be used until corrected. Contacted Robson and he wants to deny that they poked holes and is oblivious as to how the tape got on there!!! Wants to charge me near $100 to come out and replace the $20 part that he put on and comprised the safety of our house and family! I wouldn't recommend this company as they are just not an honest outfit. Take your business elsewhere. Was also extremely difficult to schedule my appointment from the get go. read more

Afterwards, he showed me how to get better use of my dishwasher by showing me how it works. Reasonably priced too. Really appreciated his fast, professional, and friendly service. My dryer gave out last Saturday. It ran but the gas would not ignite to heat it up. I called Robson and he came out to my house the next day, Sunday, at 4:45 pm. He should have been home with his family, but he takes care of his customers. After, running some diagnostics on the dryer, he replaced the two coil units. The dryer fired up right after that wit no problems. He is the man!!! read more

We have a microwave/oven unit and one day we started smelling something that smelled like burnt plastic. When we opened the microwave, there was some smoke and when we closed the microwave door, the microwave wouldn't stop making a noise - it sounded like it was running even though it wasn't. We called a few repair companies who either didn't work on our brand or who said that they didn't fix microwaves. We were relieved to have finally found Robson and get an appt scheduled within a couple of days. We got a text when Rob was on the way to our place. He found that we had a fried circuit and had to order the part. In the meantime, he was able to get the noise to stop. The following week he received the part and was out the next day to install it. Once again, we received a text when he was on the way. It was so nice to have an appt and have that person keep it and be on time! it is a total waste of money who is totally unprofessional and charged us $277 without fixing the problems of the dishwasher and the stove. the stove ignition kept having sound. mr. robson could write on the invoice, "no problem found" and charged me $55 for going there 10 minutes and left. the dishwasher problem - we found another pro repair guy and he found out there is a piece of glass that stuck in the drain and made the problems. but this guy robson wrote on the invoice - fixed the water valve and checking water pressure of the house, then charged me $222.00. save your money and call someone else who is more reliable to trust with. read more

Robson is a Miracle worker.We had an oversize frying pan with an long handle(Rachael Ray's) stuck in the warming tray of our GE gas range, and for 6 months everyone tried to get it out and failed. the handle was so wedged that it appeared that the only way to get it out was either to bomb it, dismantle the entire range, or buy another range. Robson came in and worked tirelessly with such patients that none of us could possibly have endured. In about 20 minutes he did what no one could do, he got the over-sized Rachael Ray frying pan out. I couldn't believe it, and the pan is still intact, now hung on the wall as a monument. Very professional, on time,and more than reasonably priced for accomplishing its removal without tearing the entire range apart as suggested by others. A job well done and he most certainly is now our new appliance repair man for all appliances. read more
