The service was phenomenal. I was seated promptly (I had a reservation). I had come alone to treat myself and I did not feel alone in the slightest haha. The staff was very kind and attentative. I enjoyed the meat, salad, and mac and cheese. The temperature was perfect and the flavor was delicious. The restaurant itself was clean and has a lovely dim-lit ambiance. Perfect for special occasions (they sing happy birthday quite beautifully).

Note: 20% gratuity is automatically included, regardless of party size. I went by myself, and the overall experience was not too different in terms of food quality and price as compared to other steakhouses across Midtown. It is decent if you're looking for a standard steak as a night out or for a business outing. However, the gratuity being automatic was not expected, as this is not the case for other steakhouses I've been to by myself in Midtown. Service was attentive throughout the evening, but not above average.

In 2022 we visited the original Rocco's Steakhouse and swore we would return. We had no idea they opened a second location but Uber dropped us off. I knew immediately it was not the same place but I simply thought, maybe they moved. Immediately greeted by the bartender. Friendly and a great smile --- very welcoming. Turns out his Uncle is who served us at the original Rocco's. We shared our story, ordered a bottle of wine and the conversation began. He was so helpful and accommodating. The space was open and lighting perfect. A couple tv's showing both football and the Yankee game. After some time, I ordered the chopped salad. Drizzled with a light vinaigrette, it is enough to share. All dishes are shareable I might add. We then ordered a baked potato and the ribeye. The steak was cut for us to share and even at that, I left it to my husband to finish it. Dinner was fantastic, just as we remembered. They surprised us with dessert which topped off the whole meal. Everything was perfect! If you are ever looking for a good steakhouse, Rocco's is the place. You won't be disappointed.

This steakhouse is very pretty. When you walk in there is a bar area with some high top tables and some tvs. You can sit here while waiting for your party to arrive or have a drink here too. The main dinning room is in the back. It's a good size not too big and not too small. It does get a bit loud in here though. I came here for Thanksgiving so I of course ordered theTurkey dinner. We were allowed to order off the regular menu. I had a piece of the bacon and it was ok. I got a side of broccoli which was very good. The Turkey was a bit on the dry side. But it was ok. I am not a big fan of pumpkin pie but it came with the meal. We had to order an appetizer with this menu so I ordered the Rocco salad. Looked beautiful. I had a little bite of it. Not sure if or what kind of dressing was on it had a little flavor to it that ai just did not like. But everyone else who had it enjoyed it. For a drink I had an espresso martini. It came out beautiful but, once again the taste to me just was not there. I don't know if it is the kind of espresso they use or what. The staff here are very nice and accommodating. One last thing about the bathroom I think one of the stalls in the ladies room does not lock so just be aware. Unless, I did not see where the lock was for one of the two stalls. It is a pretty bathroom, well lit too.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! The steaks were cooked to perfection--tender, flavorful, and exactly how we ordered them. The seafood tower was outstanding, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every side dish was incredible, especially the creamed spinach, lobster mac & cheese, and German potatoes. The baked clams were some of the best I've ever had! The drinks were excellent--bartender Eldin really knows his craft. Our servers Tommy and Jovan were both attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Manager Edin even came by to check in and make sure we were happy with everything. Top-tier food, service, and atmosphere. Can't wait to come back!

Bone in rib eye. Perfectly seasoned just delicious! Hats off to the chef!

Rocco employees are a delight. It was a great experience. The food was amazing. Will definitely visit again when back in NYC. Worth every dollar. The staff was great and very helpful. It was a little chilly in the restaurant but then again it was early and not many customer at the time we went.

I usually get the wonton soup with the jiaozi dumplings, and it's one of my favorite things on the menu. I haven't really seen that combination anywhere else, and I think it's really unique and really good. They also have a great happy hour. I'm not the biggest fan of the wings, but the shrimp and lobster roll is definitely worth trying. The service has always been good when I've visited, and the atmosphere is always a vibe. It's close to the Theater District, so it's a great spot to grab dinner before or after a show. There's usually a nice crowd, and you might even bump into an actor or celebrity. Overall, it's a place I keep coming back to because the food is consistently good, the service has been solid, and the overall experience is always enjoyable.

The 'sides' portions are huge, so with a small group we went with fries and onion rings, ( I was complimented for finishing the fries, which was no easy feat). Steaks were perfect, and all food came out at a perfect temperature. After a five star everything; the GM noticed my son get excited to see the escalator on the main floor, which lead to a super cool tour of the private function room. That was our second over the top experience at Del Friscos.

I enjoyed the lobster bisque it was the right level of richness, the crab cake was good but more like a crab salad. Bread was warm and fluffy and soft. An old fashioned was ordered, so I thought it was confusing that it came with a smoke presentation, only when I got the bill did I realize that was provided was the version that was more than double the cost the Añejo Old Fashioned, which was disappointing and wished the waiter either brought the right version or asked for clarity. I got the short rib and I think that's where things started to take a turn. There were fatty pieces but most of all it was increasingly salty . I took it home and tried it the next day and still was just as salty. The filet according to my husband was perfectly cooked. Side dishes are always great at steakhouses, but the lobster Mac and cheese was underwhelming. It lacked that cheesy component especially when multiple cheeses are used and compared to most steakhouses was not great. Dessert we got the butter cake and the cheesecake. We both enjoyed the butter cake, it had a rich buttery caramel taste; the cheesecake was on the small side but also really had a fridge/freezer taste to it and tasted really generic. Atmosphere was nice, service was good, but compared to other steakhouses it missed the mark with my entree, dessert, and lobster Mac.

I sat at the bar, since it was only me, but tho the bar wasn't busy and service was friendly, it was very slow. The food was wonderful! I'm glad I made the choices I did, tho of course nothing I wanted was included in the happy hour specials. The fried calamari was some of the best I've had tho it was observed with a little bit of cocktail sauce and a huge thing of tartar sauce. I'm sure I could have gotten more cocktail sauce, since I don't like tartar sauce, but it wasn't necessary. The calamari was so good. The lobster bisque was delicious and the picture can't show you that it was full of lobster. There was a LOT more lobster than a lobster bisque normally contains and the price was about normal for a lobster bisque with one tiny piece of lobster. The iced tea was a bit out of control. If I'm going to be charged $5 per glass of iced tea, that glass should be larger than the ones they use AND not 90% ice. That much for a glass of ice with a splash of iced tea is extreme. I'd still return, since the food was wonderful and hopefully I just got unlucky with the service.
