Wow. Must. Come. Back. And I've had a LOT of burgers. Great quality. So easy to eat, still came fully loaded and I wasn't even that hungry when I went in! I finished everything. I got the WAKA WAKA Burger - which was really well balanced- and loaded chili cheese fries- which were amazingly Not soggy after five minutes. Fries stayed crisp. Chili wasn't runny or dense, it was really good. And I'm pretty critical of food. The cheese wasn't processed so it tasted better. Forgot to ask for raw onions but it was again, well balanced, so I didn't really miss them. Really excited to bring my friends now. Place is small but we were comfortable and had no wait - though we went at an odd hour- like 4:30, lol. The vibe and decor really added to the relaxed atmosphere. Music- classic rock- themed. There was a tv playing sports but it wasn't loud and in your face. The menus look like repurposed vinyl record covers. A great find! Reasonably priced. Only criticism would be that lack of space may be problematic during peak hours, but I haven't experienced that yet. Definitely willing to test it out though. read more

To start, I have been to Rock that Burger numerous times. I ordered bacon cheese fries and to my surprise, I actually got cheese and a side of fries instead of the other way around. It was basically a soup of cheese with some fries which in turn made the fries soggy. When I told the owner, who is also the cook, he RUDELY and sarcastically replied "that's the point." He didn't even try to see what I was saying, he just simply dismissed me. I will definitely not be going back. Burger was okay, but did not make up for the horrible customer service. If you're looking for a good burger place, save yourself the trouble. There'd be better customer service at a McDonald's. last night my room mates and i were in a mood for a good burger. after searching yelp, we found this hidden Gem. my room mate had the Hotel California Burger with Fries, the other room mate had the Ring of Fire Burger and Pizza fries, and i had the Original Sin Burger with onion rings, the Paradise City hot dog and shared the Hawaiian Rockito ( Chicken).. we all left very happy. the Burgers were juicy and flavorful. each sauces complimented the burgers. the hot dog meat was delicious and juicy. you can tell they used good quality hot dog meat. the only complain my room mate had was that her burger was not hot or Spicy like she expected( she still enjoy her burger). i Recommend the Paradise City hot dog and the Hawaiian Rockito.. my advice for does visiting for the first time: the burger are not made fast like your typical Burger chain restaurant. so be prepared to wait. however, the wait is worth it. for the owner and chef: the Hawaiian Rockito was delicious, my only advice, you should use a softer bun like potato bun, hawaiin bun or brioche bun. this is my culinary professional advice. my room mates and i will continue to come back. great place, good price and we enjoy the decoration on the wall. Walked into this awesome burger place after doing a little shopping next door. Immediately I was hooked by the rock inspired decor and rock music playing. I ordered the "ring of fire" burger and my boyfriend ordered the "breakfast" burger. Both were amazing! Absolutely zero complaints about either one. My daughter ordered the kids burger and scarfed it down within minutes (this never happens). The food was fresh and the service was exceptional. Not to mention that the place is super clean! Place is Nicely designed but very small only 4 tables, only sit 14 people inside at the tables. What really upset us was the fact that there was people siting there that had finished eating and had all there dirty plates on top of the table and where there just shit chatting.. and there was these party of 7 that even bought food from another place!! They actually where taking 2 spaces for there purse. And where there just talking while we party of 2 and 2 small kids where waiting to sit... than the other older couple of 3 Also using another seat for 1 her small purse. Also in the same condition finished eat and just talking, guys I know that dinning it's a relaxing time but you can tell this is a fast food small place you eat and get out and make room for other not only is it courteous but also considerate for the business owner. But what really upset me the main reason for my 3 star is that the staff didn't even bother going over to the tables and maybe help clean up the tables so that the people get a hint that other people are waiting... nothing didn't even ask if we can use a chair from another table or try to accommodate us, very bad tactic skills in such a small place. In the end I spent $42 dollars and had to sit with 1 child in one table and my husband with another child in the counter! Thinking these people would leave fast.
