Do not even consider another burger joint. This place is better than THE BOMB. The burgers, oh the burgers, are so delicious. The toppings are even on point like Stacy Adams. I had the New York burger. Unbelievable!!! It's topped with pastrami, coleslaw, and rocket sauce. The pastrami was easily way better than any deli has here in Phoenix and the coleslaw mixed with the rocket sauce which made the burger BEST IN PHOENIX. Hands down. And speaking of hands, the hand cut fries are so delicious. Near perfect. And the snozzberries taste like scnozzberries. Haha!! Yes, this place is also a Soda Shop!! Are you kidding me?!?! I was a 39 year old kid in a candy store with their amazing selection of bottled pop...yes pop...and fountain pop. I ended up with a Snozzberry fountain drink. You MUST try this. Thank me later. Try the New Yorker just the way they recommend it and you won't be disappointed. It may be the best New Yorker, I've had. Also, try the brownie with homemade whip cream, hot out of the oven, mmmm so delicious. My girlfriend loved the veggie sub, and while she normally stays away from shoestring fries, these shoestrings were mouth popping. Also, there were sooo many different novelty sodas in the bottle to choose from, I can see the quest beginning here to try, but not succeed at tasting them all. This place was deilcious! I went there today with my boyfriend and we both loved it. He got a bacon cheeseburger "Rocket Style" and he let me have some. The burger was cooked perfectly and the toppings were fresh (I especially loved the crispy bacon). I got a cali sandwich but ended up being so full from the bites I stole off my boyfriend's burger that I didn't finish it. Next time I think I will just get my own burger . I say get a burger "Rocket Style" and you will never want a normal burger again! Also make sure you give your self some time to pick what soda you want because there are a ton of choices! I don't think of this as a negative factor (as some reviewers did), I think it makes this burger joint unique! read more

Major disappointment! I went here today based on some of the good reviews posted on here. I was stoked looking at the pictures and reading the reviews and wanted to try the chili dog and fries pictured in some of the posts. What a sad disappointment! The place is a bit on the 'dump' side for sure, the location is not very good, and the food was very low quality. The fries were overcooked in old oil and the chili dog was one of the worst I have had in a long time. If you are looking for a place to get a relatively cheap lunch and don't mind the grunge and low end patronage, by all means try this place out. He had the Bacon Cheeseburger and I had the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with fries and a drink. We both really liked the food. I don't usually like fries but these were very good. The food is too greasy for me. But, I love stopping by because of the huge selection of soda. This is the only place in the valley I know of where I can get Ale-8-One, reminds me of my time in the south living in Tennessee and Georgia. There are tons of different and hard to find drinks. The old adage of "it's what is on the inside that matters" is true when it comes to this place! It's located in an older strip mall with a Church's Chicken in the front, not someplace boyfriend and I would stop for on a whim, but other Yelpers had good things to say and they were spot on. It's in a renovated convenience store, so the layout is a bit odd. Also, it was kind of humid when we went, nothing too unbearable though. The food was phenomenal! I got a pulled pork sandwich (which just melts in your mouth) and boyfriend got a New York burger. He said that the pastrami is strange, but in a good way. The soda selection is unreal! Rows and rows with bottle after bottle of quite possibly every type of soda you can imagine. We'll definitely be back! read more
