Crab stuffed cod and marinated filet tidbits with horseradish sauce.

Food was tasty and came out quickly. I got the filet tidbits. They were tender and had a mid favor from the marinade. Horseradish sauce was superb. My husband got the crab stuffed cod. He said it was excellent. High praise from a man very particular about fish freshness. The service was excellent too. Quinn was friendly and polite. She made sure we had everything we needed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had lunch outside on a perfect LI summer day. Their patio was lovely. Flowers abounded. Music was pleasant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Food: Some of the food we got were really good, some were bland. We had 18 oysters for the $1.50 HH oyster deal before 6 pm. They were great. Their key lime pie was pretty good but that small portion for $12 was robbery, no price listed on the dessert menu. The sliced steak sandwich was decent, but still somewhat bland. Cheeseburger was average. Linguine clams was pretty bland and portions were small. Clams were good. Service: Bella served us, and we didn't have any issues. Thank you. Atmosphere: [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tables were sticky, my plate was somewhat dirty, and there's a handful of lantern flies while we were sitting down and dining.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd come back for the oyster deal and Arno Palmer.

The cod BLT, is greasy and the bread is old, used to be one of my favorite resturants in Northport. They lost the quality, and me.

I've been here before and ate outside on the patio and the food was delicious. First time going inside and immediately greeted with a big warm welcoming smile by the bartender. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is exactly what we were looking for; laid back and relaxing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There is a man playing guitar and singing great songs for background music and at a perfect volume.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff is lovely and the drinks were yummy!

We stopped in for happy hour beer and oysters and sat outside under some umbrellas. It was very pretty. Service took some time. The IPA was refreshing and the oysters were so clean and delicious!! We started with 12 and got 6 more after.. Worth the happy hour deal! I've had dinner here some time ago and it is always great quality!

We had a good lunch here, nothing special. Service was quick and our waitress was very nice. I got a white sangria which was just okay. I got blue point oysters which were tasty but not nearly cold enough. We split the Caesar fries app which was the best thing we had. Husband had a chicken Caesar wrap which he said was pretty good. The outdoor seating area was cute and cozy and is dog-friendly. Like I said, not a bad experience just nothing special.

    Gorgeous outdoor space.

Food is great, and the menu offers something for everyone. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love the vibe inside (very relaxed, great service, friendly waitstaff) and out on the patio during warm months, as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I live in Northport and I'm a repeat customer. Definitely recommend.

Rockin Fish . The restaurant is nestled in the heart of Northport Village they have American fare and is perfect for lunch outside before a walk to the pier or for dinner. . I got the pretzel burger which is a must and the thin fries are cooked well and crunchy! They also had a pretty good beer list. . In short: - Good Food - Good Beer list - Great Location - Great for brunch - Close to the waterfront

Raw Oysters, This review was from a few months ago when they had their annual shut down the street fair with Antique cars and live music. I think it was called family fun night. I didn't hang out. Hea guys really! I've been coming here for years. I ordered half dozen Oysters $1.50 after 3:00. I sat outside what are the great side babe blood orange ambition brew that quenched my thirst. My Oysters came out on a bed of crushed ice with a slice of lemon and red sauce. Right away I noticed my oysters were smaller than the shell itself I picked it up and noticed my shell was cold but when I bit into it the Oyster it was warm with no oyster liquor. Did I just eat canned Oysters. Now I'm pissed I call my waiter and told him not to serve me this ever. He offered to redo my order. He came out with four oysters in a Moat. My shaved ice had melted. Really your to lazy to put my Oysters on a fresh bed of shaved ice. I was one of their only customers after 3:30. I have pictures of my moat. Thank God I can amuse myself.

    Clams
    Hannah G.

Clams came in a lot of tasteless liquid. You could tell it had garlic in it but it was not good. The butter was also lacking in buttery taste. The lobster tacos were tasty but they were extremely tiny (2 inches long) and just not worth the price for what you got. We weren't thrilled with this place and will go elsewhere next time. I will add that we also had oysters on the half shell and those were delicious.

The last place to go to in Northport. Expensive as hell and no kids menu. Two stars only because food wasn't terrible.

This includes the olive oil cake, bbq pulled pork nachos, crispy Brussel sprouts, smash burger (although not consistent in size), and chicken picante. The restaurant is relatively new (just reached third year anniversary), so perhaps the kitchen needed more time to prepare dishes more consistently. For the most part the food now matches the social media hype. TIP: Others have recently noted slow service, incorrect orders. I have been visiting at the start of dinner service, and have not encountered this, so some of these issues may potentially be avoided by arriving before inexperienced service staff are overwhelmed. Most people will be seated on second floor which requires walking up a staircase. If special accommodation is needed I suggest informing restaurant in advance. There is some seating downstairs, but depending of time and day this area (bar) can get uncomfortably loud.

The view from the patio was lovely, and the food was decent, but it is on the pricier side. I do wish the portion size for the appetizers we got was larger, but at least the complimentary bread is so nice and warm and you can ask for more. We ordered the Hearts of Palm Salad and Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail as appetizers and both were delicious. I also got the Saru sushi roll which was okay; I liked that it came with seaweed salad which was a nice surprise, but the roll was cut into huge pieces and had too much rice. I will note there's valet parking available and there's a steep descent. It's on a decently busy road so it can be a bit tough to turn out of the restaurant when you leave.

Food came very slow is the main complaint. But we got the lunch special $35 pre fixe so worth it, the Caesar salad was delicious and so was the clam chowder. Spicy wontons were very innovative similar to the rare steak tartare presentation but with a chip at the bottom. The entree mussels were absolutely delicious, just wish the mussels were bigger in size and more quantity. The beef bolognese was huge portion. Steak sandwich seemed a bit dry and overcooked. The cowboy ribeye was a bit over charred on the corners so bit burnt but the inside was quite flavorful. Mashed potatoes were creamy too. Dessert crème brûlée was delicious $15 with crispy top. Overall amazing food and views, good for a slow meal

Price - $130 (2 appetizers, 2 drinks, 2 beers, 1 shot, tip) Food - 2/5 - underwhelming but ok. Service - 3/5 - was on par and quick. Ambiance - 4/5 - nice vibe. Overall - 3/5 - ok spot. Food was a bit disappointing. Ordered Truffle Fries and Tuna Nachos. Truffle Fries were for sure not real truffle (guess that is expected for $12). Nachos were decent but tuna was an odd color. Drinks were pretty good, Sand City Blueberry Beer was really good. Service was fine, really no interaction, little stiff but was quick and on par. Inside was actually really nice. Perfectly cooked squid ink linguini, delicious sauce, and far more crab than I was expecting. I would have liked more of the pasta...but the dish was really delicious. The BAD news is that the burger...I'm sorry the FRESHLY GROUND SKIPPER BURGER was not good. I was excited to see that they ground their own meat for their burger, so I inquired about the cuts that were used. The proudly told me it was chuck (didn't tell me the grade) and that they ground the entire large piece of meat to get all that flavor. Okay then. CHUCK is pretty much what you get at your local supermarket. It's the usual meat for hamburger. But when you advertise FRESHLY GROUND...there is an expectation for something special, like a blend of different cuts of meat to get that perfect texture and fat content. We ordered the burger medium rare. It arrived with a nice charred crust, good sign. And then we discovered that it was well done. We could have sent it back, I have no doubt they would have refired it. But, a decent burger even if overcooked should still be moist., and we didn't want a delay in our eating dinner. This burger was dry and crumbly. It also had several pieces of gristle. So, FRESHLY GROUND was not something to be proud of here. This indicates to me that the kitchen does not know how to cook their proteins. The fries and toppings for the burger were both very good, but couldn't save the burger. Prices here are on the high side for what you get on many dishes...but understand the area you are eating in. The pasta dish was good enough that we would come back to try another meal, but I wouldn't order any proteins without having a word with the server about my expectations. But the pasta entrees all looked good to me.
