Ordering took just a couple minutes. There is a sign stating they are short staffed and to be patient. After seeing that, I expected food to take a good amount of time to be ready. I found my friend and picked a seat on the other side of the food hall where daylight was still brightening up the place. As soon as I sat down, my buzzer vibrated and my meal was ready. After driving by The Windmill Food Hall plenty of times, I finally made the decision to stop by for a visit. Being that my daughter is obsessed with sushi, Rolled Up was naturally the choice for her dinner. Here you will find: rice bowls, sushi burritos, musubis, and an assorted list of sushi rolls. I placed an order for the California Burrito which includes: krab, avocado, unagi sauce, sushi rice, carrots, cucumbers, green onions, lettuce, and sesame seeds. I requested for everything except carrots. The sushi burrito was beautifully made. Everything was wrapped up neatly and the filling was great aside from there being more lettuce than I would have liked. Ingredients are fresh and the portions are good in size. I might have to try the longanisa musubi next time. 4 stars for Rolled Up. Stopped by the Windmill Food Hall for a snack before my hike and decided on here. Tried their Longanisa musubi and Spam musubi combo for $10. Super good flavor especially of the Longanisa one. I don't usually see that type of musubi so I was impressed. Both musubi didn't hold up well, breaking apart after the first bite. Didn't bother me tho. He quickly tore into it, enjoying every aspect and ingredient, and finishing off the large portion happily and easily. I know if we came back to this food court, he'd pick something else off the menu without pause. And with all of the high reviews this place has and how good everything looks in pictures, it's not difficult to see why. Love that there's now a sushi place in the Windmill Food Hall! I've been here a couple times to support the owner, all I can say is... their sushi and oysters are so FRESH and delicious. They always throw fun events here and usually have their own DJ on the weekends. The service here is always great, don't forget to ask for Chef Austin and Danny because they're so fun and make the best sushi. Chef Austin always comes up with creative sushi rolls, and sometimes they even do special sushi rolls for events!
