We told him about how nice his restaurant was compared to a minor problem we had at the hotel buffet. The manager there, Stacy, was very rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. Daniel listened attentively to our issue we had at the buffet and really showed how much he cared about having a positive experience at his restaurant. He exemplified the true meaning of being a manager. He showed leadership and professionalism and clearly understands his role in customer service. If you value your time, your sanity, and your money, do not--under any circumstances--give this place your business. The Operational Disaster I placed an order through Grubhub at 2:00 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup. I even built in a 50-minute buffer, arriving at 6:00 PM. **The food was not ready.** To make matters worse, I watched another customer arrive long after me, pick up their order, and leave while I was still standing there. While I was waiting for an update, the truth came out: their online order printer had been malfunctioning, but they DID have the order in their system. They were frantically trying to fix the printer while I was standing there. My question is: **Why were you not managing the pass for the last hour?** It was clear that while my order sat ignored in their system, the staff was essentially using the restaurant as a private hangout spot. I watched as the owner (or manager) sat at the bar chatting with a customer, completely oblivious to the chaos. It wasn't until his bartender finally notified him of the problem that he actually got up, GOT ON THE PHONE, while opening the printer trying to fix it. So, for an hour, they were just goofing off instead of managing the POS system or ensuring online orders were being fulfilled. Total incompetence. The Food: A Culinary Insult The kitchen clearly rushed the order to get me out the door, and the result was a "monstrosity." * **The Chicken Parmesan:** It was a soggy, flavorless wreck. The chicken was dry, rubbery, and severely overcooked. Anyone who knows how to cook knows that overcooking a breast turns it into a tough, chewy, moistureless disaster. Instead of a crispy, golden breading, it was soggy and lacked any texture. The Comparison: I am not exaggerating when I say that the **frozen taquitos in my freezer have more flavor, better seasoning, and better texture** than the meal I was served. This wasn't just "average"--it was inedible. The Verdict: Why This Place Is A Fraud * **The Service:** Disorganized, dishonest. They couldn't manage a simple online order, and they treated me as if my time--and my money--were meaningless. The Ratings: I am now 100% the reviews are not correct or from mutual friends of the owner. This is the second time coming here, still awful service. I tipped them for this pathetic service, only to be met with total indifference. Do not be a victim of this deception. This place is not a restaurant; it is a sham. It was after 10 p.m., and the General Manager, Mariah, had already clocked out and was ready to head home. Just as she was leaving, a sudden rush of customers arrived. Instead of heading out, she immediately put her things down, stepped back onto the floor, and started filling waters and taking orders to help the team keep up. I stayed for another hour, and she was still there working hard. It was truly one of the most selfless and impressive displays of leadership I've ever seen in a bar. If you're looking for a great atmosphere, the food is incredible--the steaks and Philly sandwiches are easily the best of any bar in town. Other bar owners should definitely take notes on Mariah's example when looking for a top-tier general manager. Highly recommended!

He also had a glass of wine. My other friend had spaghetti and meatball with an old fashion. Not many options if you do not eat meat or seafood. Almost every pasta dish had meat or seafood so as someone that doesn't eat those I was limited to salad, spaghetti without the meatball or eggplant Parmesan. Overall the atmosphere was nice. Someone was playing the piano when we first got there. The drinks and food were decent. Service was good. Nothing that screamed exceptional. The dining area was moderately elegant and had very warm atmosphere. The waitress was very attentive; bread, butter and drinks were served promptly. I arrived at their Happy Hour (4 - 5 PM). Happy Hour menu is limited but it's a BOGO, very nice items available. The meal portions are rather large. I ordered the European Sea bass and Limoncello Cheesecake for desert. Everything I ate was superb. I have zero complaints and highly recommend giving this establishment a visit. Buon Appetito !
