We have been ordering from here for years because they were one of two options out at Falls Lake but tonight was the last straw. We usually order Stromboli's but this time my 4.5 year old daughter wanted a cheese pizza. I told them the order over the phone and they told me that I would have to come in to get the cheese pizza?? Ok, your coming to my house anyways and charging me a delivery fee?? What's the problem?? So I ask to speak to the manager because this is ridiculous and makes no sense. The manager was unsympathetic to my complaint and completely unprofessional. We like to give our $ to small businesses but I'm done giving them my business if this is how they treat a customer that orders twice a month with this asinine policy. All over a $6.99 pizza. WARNING: This is the absolute worst NY pizza place in Durham. The service was appalling. The food was distasteful. My experience was so bad. Do not go here. I ordered three pizzas (one pepperoni, one cheese, one half and half, and garlic knots), all with extra sauce. First off, the pizza was cold when it got to me. They forgot to bring one of my pizzas entirely. Then when I called to tell them they forgot one of them, they tell me I didn't pay for three. Then on top of that, Mary (the rude women who put in my order and answered when I called back to let them know about the mix up) was literally screaming at me on the phone telling me she didn't mess up my order. When she actually did. The pizza was not good, wasn't what I ordered, and to top it all off, they didn't offer to do anything to fix it at the time of! Hours after I needed my pizzas, they offered to send me more pizza. Absolutely not. I will not be coming back to this establishment or any Roma's Pizza in the area. Very disappointed. Unacceptable. Wonderful pizza! Visiting a friend here in Raleigh and just stumbled on Roma's while viewing local restaurants on Yelp. Very easy online ordering process. Ordered Roma's Deluxe and added Canadian Bacon (HUGE THICK pieces!). And...had it delivered for only $3.00 charge. It was Friday night and we expected a long wait...but it was delivered in less than 45 minutes. And it was delicious!!! Crust was tasty and veggies were fresh. Can't wait to come back for another visit to Raleigh and order another Roma Pizza! read more

This was my first visit to any Roma pizaa place. I can not comment on the food. I can however; comment on the service or lack thereof. My daughter and I walked into this location and straight to the counter. No one was in line I was excited about that. I counted 5 employees: one was sweeping, one was wiping the counters down, and the others were walking around. I thought the guy walking toward us was about to greet us and take our order. Instead he looked right at us grabbed a dish towel and walked away. We stood there for 30 more seconds and then I told my daughter it was time to go. I explained to her to never give your time and money to anything or anyone that doesn't make time for you. I might try another location, but I won't be back to this one. read more

We are regulars here and enjoy having a fresh salad option with grilled chicken to break up the heavier cheese dishes. Service is great, smiles are free and we like to come by for the lunch specials. We haven't ordered from the pizza chains since they opened and don't plan to. You can get cheaper, but not for quality ingredients. It is good pizza and will go back. I did pick up. the large pie is not your typical large pie, it is quite small. It is not a Randys large pie. the crust and sauce are all decent. They bake the pie is some rotating oven and use screens under the pizza. Real pizzeria use ovens and wood spatula and form the pizza crust by hand. Either way it is ok pizza and would go back. I prefer Randys over this place though. read more

I usually don't drink soda, but they have Cheerwine at the fountain so I typically indulge. The interior is super clean, and the prices are decent. This is a new pizza shop that opened just 3-4 days ago. These type of one stop Italian places are rare here in the south so I'm pumped to have one .25 miles from my house. Yesterday I stopped by and ordered just a plain/cheese pizza so I could get a good taste for the dough and sauce. It took about 15 minutes to make and came to 10.70 as part of just opening deal. The slices are a medium thickness about on par with papa johns. The sauce is a traditional non-sweet sauce which is definitely my preference. They had restaurant area that was nice and updated without being too fancy. The menu has many items such as subs, pastas, and desserts. I will be sure to try out more items with pics and continue to update. read more

If the food is anything at all like the service I just received on the phone, then I'm inclined to believe this place doesn't deserve any stars. It states online that this location is open at 11am, and I called at 11am so as to inquire how long it would be before they could have a couple orders ready for pick-up. A man answered the phone with a seemingly polite "hello" at first, but before I could even finish my sentence, he interrupted me with a "look lady, I just opened. Call back in 10 minutes." His tone was completely different--rude, annoyed, and rushed. I attempted to clarify my question, wanting him to know that I wasn't expecting him to make the orders just this moment, but instead just wanted an idea as to *when* the orders could be ready so that I could make arrangements for pickup (since someone else was going to pick up the orders for us). He again interrupted me, practically yelling at me that he just opened and isn't cooking now, and his tone and comments were so rude and condescending that I lost interest in placing an order with him now, or in the future. read more

This is a fairly new restaurant by my house so I decided to try it out. I just called to place an order and the worker who asked the telephone was very unprofessional. He asked yeah yeah what do want. Then began to yell into the phone when I asked how long will it take and the price. He repeatedly yelled out 15 minutes when I wanted to know the price. Then I finally told him I dont like the tone that you are using with me and asked to speak with his manager. He inform me that he would be tomorrow.
