I've never ordered from you guys, but one of my neighbors did on Sunday, and on his way out of the parking lot your delivery driver chucked an empty cigarette box out his window. It didn't seem to be an "accident" where it might have fallen out as he was getting back in his car. The window went down, cigarette box popped out, window went back up and the car kept on going. It's hard to make a bad pizza. This place is not the best. Would probably prefer dominoes.

Tried this place yesterday and had a HORRIBLE experience - never going there again. We placed an order about 5 pm and were told to expect it delivered by 6 pm. 7:15 pm rolled around, no call, we called back; basically got told that we never ordered. We tried to be forgiving, these things happen, so we ordered again and went to pick it up. The manager checked our pizza, "apologized" to us, and we left. Got home and the pizza has the sauce on top of the toppings??!?!? WTF? Pretty sure we got intentionally screwed by someone who wasn't happy that we weren't perfect easy customers. Not to mention the sauce is weird and overly sweet and the rest of the pizza wasn't anything special. read more

Had a buy one get one free coupon and got the veggie deluxe and the margarita. The sweet sauce went terribly with the veggie delux, hardly any spices in it. And the margarita pizza was not at all a margarita pizza. It was this mass of super sweet sauce dotted with bits of mozzarella and a swirly design of pesto over that. It looked really tacky. These pizzas are priced like Mama MiMi's (gourmet), probably more expensive really. I would rate both pizzas mediocre in terms of taste, but for $18 a piece, they should have been fu**ing awesome. The large pizzas look more like mediums to me. Thank god we at least had the bogo coupon. The staff were all very nice and they are not the problem with this place. read more

Terrible pizza, sauce sweet. Dough not baked long enough, was damp and chewy. Kicker was finding two 5" hairs in our pizza. Done with this place....it was BELOW average even before we found the hairs. read more

I ordered food from this location on 8/12, and my total was $14.99, which I paid by debit card. When I got the to restaurant to pick up my order, I left a cash tip for the staff. I wanted a receipt, and was NOT provided with one, and I know why. Some greedy person at this location added a tip without my consent, thinking I would not notice. Customers beware of this location. The employees are very dishonest, and they steal. I will NEVER order from Romeo's again. read more

Ordered over the phone took about 45 minutes since the kid couldn't get anything right and had an attitude . Just to find out he put our order under pickup when we told him the address for delivery and said delivery . Then we go out and pick it up and get all the way home just to see that they didn't give us our sub! We called , kindly asked if they could deliver it , since it was there mistake and we paid for it . Instead they want to argue with us ( manager , and rude employee ) and tell us that they can't deliver a sub without a charge . Which is wrong I already paid and it's your fault . This location is awful . Don't recommend . Learn to do your job kindly and maybe you'd get a better rating . Things happen but with the attitude we received and the cold food we got we will never go back. read more

Really like the sauce, though it is a little sweeter than most. Traditional crust is pretty much my ideal. Love the dipping sauce for the pizza (though I can't put my finger on describing it). Cheese tends to fall apart a little, and little light on the pepperoni, but totally delicious. read more

One of the better regional chain pizza restaurant in central Ohio. The Marinara sauce has a sweet taste to it. The sweetness to the sauce could be a bit much for a refined pizza cuisine. However, for a chain pizza joint is one of the better ones out there. The customer service for the Grandview chain is reliable. Take out only at this place. Which kinda sucks if you don't live near this one, because by the time one gets home , pizza can be less than warm by then. read more

Save you're time and money and order someplace else. I placed an order at 530 for 2 subs. Called the store at 630 when my subs hadnt shown up, manager took my call, was really nice. Offered me a credit and nixed my delivery fee and said my order was being remade. 715 no subs. I call back and girl tells me they will be there any minute. Call back at 730, ask for manager, remind him who I am and ask him to cancel order and he just said ok. No explanation for what happened. No sorry. Two hours wasted for nothing. read more

Totally messed up our pizza order. The wings, onion rings and stromboli were really really good. I repeated the pizza order but they sent us a pizza with extra sauce instead of extra cheese. The sause was pooled up on the top of the pizza a quarter of an inch thick. We wiped the extra sauce off several slices and my sink looked like a murder scene. The extra sauced saturated the rest of the pizza and ruined it. I didn't bother complaining, just not ordering from here again. read more

I hate to say that we will not be ordering from Romeo's again. Our food was delivered, and we were missing a sub. I called the store right away and they said they would call the delivery driver and have him bring the sub. Twenty minutes go by and no sub. We called the store again and asked that another sub be remade, knowing the original would be cold and soggy. We also told them we would pick it up. Go to the store, no sub... and apparently "no new ticket for the sub" (according to one employee) but the "driver just left" (according to another employee). We beat the delivery driver back to our house, when we got the sub it was cold (obviously due to being the original sub that was sitting in a pizza bag for well over an hour) Called for a third time and asked that another actually be remade. The store is totally disorganized. My order was fifteen minutes late, so I called for an update and was told the food was on its way. Thirty minutes later, I called again and gave my address so they could look up the order. The person on the phone said they would provide me a credit for 3 times the amount I spent. When he told me how much the credit would be for, I told him that wasn't three times what I spent. He realized he was looking up the wrong order. He then found my order and read it to me. It was not at all what I ordered and he started yelling for a Kevin. He got the manager on the phone who told me they had the wrong number and tried to call and get a hold of me, but couldn't get a hold of me with the wrong number. I had delivered my phone number to the woman who took my order twice, in a very slow manner so she could hear it clearly. I am so frustrated with this place and disappointed.
