Scrambled eggs, home fries, bacon and gluten free toast.

I've eaten here a few times when traveling for work and that early flight and it's usually a 5. Today it's a four. Those home fries are so salted it's unreal! Sad cause I usually enjoy them. Update- they brought another bowl because I told them they were salty. Completely unexpected. And that earned the 5! Just to note- Surafel is fabulous. He's very in tune to the customer and determined to provide a world class customer experience. This restaurant is lucky to have him.

Another amazing meal at root down at DIA. I had the unbelievably rich creamy delicious Thai coconut curry soup. We also had the delicious lentil quinoa, arugula salad with spicy tahini. Other times I've had their special spicy duck wings that are amazing. What a great place!

Incredible experience for a very non optimal airport. We were blown away- the food is so special here. Made from scratch. Local ingredients (I think?), really unique fusion flavors. I would go back again and again. Can I give this 6 stars?

This is a must stop when coming to DIA! Consistent, tasty, and fast! The service is great and the ambiance is hip yet casual. Brought my son to try the famous veggie burger and he was not disappointed!

Superior airport eatery! Good drinks and an eclectic menu. Service was good! We saw people sit down, read the menu, and leave. Not for everyone. But if you want to try something fresh that's different from every other airport restaurant you have tried, this is the place!

Yum! For airport food, this was one of the better spots we've tried. We stopped in just before lunchtime, which worked out perfectly since we were able to order from the breakfast/brunch menu. We got the Denver breakfast sammies, and they were HUGE and delicious. The breakfast potatoes were warm and perfectly seasoned--definitely a highlight. The only minor downside was that the English muffins weren't toasted, but everything else made up for it. We were seated quickly, the staff was extremely friendly, and the food came out fast. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the Denver airport!

Another really fantastic meal at Eoot Down! Very friendly and helpful service, nice ambiance for a busy airport - I sat in a singles table which comes with a view of the tarmac and i individual power, as well as a place to conveniently stow luggage. But the food - so delicious!! I enjoyed the Colorado Lamb sliders which were phenomenal - a great mint flavour, sweet potato fries and they came with a curry yogurt sauce which is spot on. My new favourite at DIA!

Thai/carrot soup and beet salad with salmon on the side is perfect combo for lunch at the airport. Nice friendly service

Decent airport dining. The server was really nice and service was quick! I got a coffee and breakfast burrito. The burrito was okay not super flavorful and lots of egg. It was large and could be shared.

This was a real oasis for my 2 hour layover. I was just going to get a drink but the friendly bartenders made it comfortable to add food. He checked on my flight time and relayed typical time to get food, and it came quickly as promised. My al pastor tacos were simple and delicious on very freshly made flour tortillas topped with crumbles of white Mexican cheese. I wouldn't hesitate to get more adventurous next time. everyone around me was raving about the food, the salmon bowl, etc. The menu is fresh, healthy but also cravable. Vegan and GF are clearly marked. The long beer list is put together thoughtfully. Prices are very reasonable. Full bar too. Really everything is done with care down to the hostess walking me to a bar seat where it was bustling but they take care of you. Employee owned, I see. If you have time go, and if not, there's a grab-n- go counter.

Back to the friendly & prompt service I expect from Root Down. When I hear "4-hour flight delay", I think "Time for a cocktail at Root Down!!" Caveat: ALWAYS keep your phone out for updates to departure times!! That said, we enjoyed a beer (my husband) and a Don Draper cocktail (me) and split the Turkey Club. Our server (Dre?) was a delight. So sweet and friendly. The Don Draper proved to be a suitable Old Fashioned to sip while we waited. Happily/Sadly, our 4-hour delay turned into a "boarding NOW!" situation, so I had to down my 2nd cocktail. Alas, my paper airplane cocktail was delicious and had me ready to fly :-) (even if I had to drink it in three gulps!) Root Down can almost always be counted on for great cocktails, terrific food, and quick, friendly service. Lucky DIA travelers! If you get seated concourse side, you can people watch. If you get seated window side, enjoy the airplane ambiance. Root Down is our trusted go-to in Concourse C.

Airport food is expensive yardy know! But root down got a deliciousss yogurt parfait with blueberries, dried coconut flakes, almond butter, and creamy yogurt. I also got a side of half avocado and 2 scrambled eggs which were hearty and just what I needed :-). Service was friendly and quick to take my order. Dining in would take 10 minutes and 45 minutes to get your order which they provided this disclaimer when you were being put on the waitlist. The inside was clean with lots of seating and I really loved their menu options and variety. Would definitely want to try their goat salad, banh mi, and soups next time.

DIA is stupid and has no priority pass lounges. And by the time I'm looking for actual restaurants for food, they're all closing kitchens. at 7:30pm on a Tuesday when flights go out of this airport until 11:59pm. I wandered the entire A and B terminals looking for an open mid level - a restaurant, but not high end. Everyone turned me away or was already closed down. So here I am at Elway's. They don't close the kitchen until 10:30p, and stay open later for drinks. Be prepared for sticker shock. A burger is $25 without a side. Sides are $15. This place is definitely geared to the folks who don't think twice about spending $200 on drinking at the airport while watching a sports ball. I'm not the target demographic but I'm still able to eat a hot meal. Service was fine but they placed me in front of a TV next to the kitchen and employees and diners a like have been staring past my head the whole time. Very weird and uncomfortable place to put a table.

There is a good selection of beers and the wife had a fruity flavored beer while I had a very tasty IPA. When the bill came I saw they were 11.99 each. That is kind of high. I also thought the food was high priced. $25 for a burger in an airport restaurant? Not for me. I opted for loaded tots which came with queso, fake bacon, and a couple of pieces of chives. The first few bites were good but then the tots got soggy from all the queso and the entire dish became too salty and unpleasant. It was $13.99. Service was spotty. I had to ask for a glass of water twice. Our waitress never check in on us and was hard to find when we wanted to leave. The bill for practically nothing was $55 before tip. We were kind of shocked.
