Because the job was under warranty, I finally called them back and said that I really needed them to fix the problem. Robert came out and quoted me an additional $22k to fix something in my slab. He used a sharpie to draw an X on my floor so he could remember the exact spot. Then he told me I needed to sign the contract right way. Obviously I didn't! He then lowered the price to $18.5k, but by then I had decided not to use prodigy, even though the work was under warranty. I called in called another company (actually 2) and not only did they inform me that Robert was dead wrong, but both plumbers ran cameras and showed me that the line had never been properly epoxied in the first place. Owner Mark refuses to return my call. I hope this review prompts him to reach out. My next step is the licensing board, then attorney. This would be so much easier if Mark would just call me!

Yesterday our toilets stopped working and our shower backed up with sewage. From what little…read moreresearch I did it seemed that I had a main sewer line problem. I called Clean Out based on the Yelp reviews. Steven and his partner came out within hours and quickly diagnosed the problem as a main sewer line clog and because we only had 2 inch clean outs there was not way to flush it. Steven recommended installing new 4 inch clean outs in the front yard and said the work was all warrantied. Though it was very expensive, Steven seemed honest and sincere and we were convinced that we needed to bite the bullet and get the work done now to avoid problems in the future. Even though it was very hot he and his partner got to work that afternoon and finished today. I would definitely recommend Clean Out Hydro Jetting and will use them in the future.
