Loved the patio and atmosphere at this pizza spot! I tried the cavolo nero pizza. Advertised with "kale" as the first topping, I initially looked right over it, but the other toppings included bacon and hot honey. Yum! Loved it but wish it came with a note about how spicy it was. The broccolini appetizer was okay. Covered in a heavy layer of buttery sauce I could have done without. Recommend making a reservation! read more

Rosalia was another great surprise from Door Dash. Since our first order we have made our way to becoming Rosalia Lovers. The crust and topping mix on each pizza is well balanced. Went here on a weekend night and was able to be seated VERY quickly, shockingly quickly. The place is very chic and very hip with youths and young parents bopping around everywhere. Two tiered dining room, we sat at the top. A little too clean cut/bright/modern for me, but it definitely is nice in there. My only other comment is the loudness of the room - I wouldn't necessarily bring a first date here unless you just wanna gaze into each other's eyes. We didn't get a cocktail because we started with some Falling Knife hazy IPA and didn't look back - that stuff is tasty. Next time! The pizza was definitely good and worth your time and hard-earned $$$. We got the Funghi pizza to compare with another popular, hip, unnamed pizza joint with a mushroom pizza. It was tasty! chili flake was a good add, crust was great. I would say it's a half notch below the competitor as far as memorable flavor goes. I would definitely go back and try another pie with a cocktail! read more

I was really excited about dinner reservations at Rosalia with my friends( I have been there twice) In my first visit, We found a piece of glass in our salad. It was a big piece on top. We thought that it was some kind of fancy decor that couldn't be glass, but nope that was it! We waited for our waiter to walk by and we could show him. But they never came, so I took the salad to the kitchen to show them. A horrible experience! I decided to give them another chance. The second time, we wait 50 mins for a pizza. No waiters came by to check on us all the time. When we try to kindly ask for our order when waiters walk by, they literally run away from you! I had to go to cashier to find out about our orders. Bad service! Unsafe food! Their pizza was delicious though! If you like to risk your life and wait an hour to eat a good pizza, here you go! Rosalia is a great place for you! read more

Right off the bat, this may be the best pizza in MN! Before it get into it, the vibe is great and the patio is massive with tons of seating. We ordered drinks, the roasted beets and Bianca. The Bianca has fresh mozzarella, lemon ricotta, arugula, pecorino and chili flake. The crust is perfectly baked; it has a slight chew and pockets of air you hope for in a good dough. The different cheeses pair so well together and with the freshness of the arugula and saltiness from the pecorino, it's truly a work of art. And don't sleep on the beets, also a winner read more

Love the outside dining. Love the fabulous pizzas coming out of their pizza wood-fired oven (and I have tried most of them). The cocktail program is top notch! The service is excellent. They have you order through an app (scan a QR code) which made it super easy to order when we were ready. We were amazed that the cocktails we ordered were served to us in just a few minutes. Amazing. I highly recommend people to check out Rosalia. I cannot say one bad thing about our experience. It is truly delightful. read more

Great tasting Sicilian wood fired pizza. The size is Def good for sharing. The funghi pizza was absolutely amazing! Patio was big and had plenty of shaded tables to enjoy outdoors without being directly in the sun during these hot summer days. Our table was wobbly and we were discussing amongst ourselves how to avoid tipping over drinks and such and one of the staff overheard us and came over to help stabilize the table so service was great even though there's no "servers" per say. Will go back forsure! read more

I'm tired of Yelp, getting too old for reviews, but dammit I have a code... If I find a pizza place that produces a TOP 5 pizza in the city I live, it gets a damn review. Rosalia: #2 or #3 pizza in Minneapolis. Better than Young Joni. This pizza is above my typical top 5 requirement even perhaps, because it gave me hope for Napolitan style pizza again. Oh I know, woodfire blah, Naples blah, 900 degrees blah..everyone's doing it, I'm bored. It all usually boils down to a tasty but super low ceiling pizza experience, it's just too much of the same thing. I ate at Tony's Pizza Napolitana last month in SF, ate the Italian World Cup winning Naples style pizza.. was good, especially for Napolitan style, this was actually better. Granted, I went for my go-to toppings here vs classic at Tony's, but this shit was ON POINT. Cheese- Outstanding, light but tasty, could have been 2 ounces more Pepperoni, cups check, crispy AF, double check Pineapple ( stop judging) SO good here. The mini mincing method solves the classic Pineapple-Naples conundrum, avoiding the SOG The spicy sauce ( whattt?) was a panty droppin' master piece! Bring this to prom, your mother in law's, dip some pizza hut sticks in this on a first date, I don't care how you use it, it will get you a return invite, Fo sho. Crust- literally raised my ceiling on what I believe Naples crust can be... It's still not NY, Detroit, or man... Even Pequods Chicago, but it'll do in a Minneapolis Pizza Pinch. Crispy, no sog ( true work of art) and amazing crust, whadda finish! Value- I care about this category a lot, pizza is every day man food. It needs to be affordable even when the best of ingredients are used, make your money on the wine..10/10 here, $16 for a pizza big enough for two, I'll just order a second for leftovers, NBD. I never thought I would care, or ask, but Rosalia, if y'all liked this review, and want to DM me that Naples dough recipe, ill proudly add it to my Emmys Squared Detroit, Pequods Chicago and NY style ultra limited edition at home pizza lineup. Can't believe I just finally got to Rosalia. Monday night and it was packed. Highly recommend having a reservation. Small menu. Out group of 4 shared 3 pizzas , hummus app and the Cesar salad. All was fantastic. Pizza was light with a lot of flavor. read more

They need to sort out the business because as a place that holds itself out as a delivery-focused location they continually mess up orders. I've lost patience. The food is good but not *that* good. This is Chef Daniel del Prado attempt to just make money with little effort. Go to his other restaurants, they actually know what they're doing. This place is a shambles. I now have to sort out with the delivery company why my $150 order was completely botched and my guests are now hosed... nothing like ordering a bunch of food and getting 3 cokes. Thanks Rosalia, this was the least I could do! read more

The atmosphere of this restaurant is tropical with lots of trees and greenery. The food was decent and the cheese pizza is what I'd recommend the most. Went on a busy night and the parking was a bit confusing but it's a decent spot for a date night or just something casual with a friend. read more

Adorable outdoor patio, it deserves the stars. Service was friendly. The pizza was good, but not my style. Note that we ate gluten free so it's a different taste and texture.I like pizza that is covered by cheese and this is one of those places where the cheese is in circles. Also came out with some burnt edges. We decided not to question it as it wasn't burnt all over so don't know if it's normal, I know some people like it this way. We got an appetizer and the gluten free bread crust that came with the dipping sauce was very greasy. They had some vegetables on their menu that looked great as they were carried to other tables around us, we didn't try those, they didn't come advertised with any type of dip.. I would go back for the ambience, hence the 4 stars, I wouldn't return for the gluten free pizza alone. read more

Just found this lil gem of a place a few nights ago and I am so glad that I did! Rosalia is tucked away in Lowry Hill area and in on a cute little strip with stores and other bars and restaurants.. I loved the location. It has a nice outdoor space (with heat lamps) and a nice indoor space and upstairs space as well, lots of seating and different options! I came here on a Monday night about 40 minutes before closing time and it was still bustling and had a nice energy. I got there and asked for a table outside and it took the waitress a few minutes to figure out where to seat me, she mentioned she was not a very good hostess haha which is fine but I was waiting awhile to be seated. Once I was seated it was all fine. Our waitress was somewhat quiet and softspoken and was a little slow checking back on drinks but other than that it was fine. We ordered the funghi pizza and the pepperoni pizza. Both were EFFIN AMAZING. The crust is light and thin and crispy and the toppings were perfection. The ambiance here is great and will definitely be back for more. Also, another item of note is that they do not have a full full bar.. they served pre mixed drinks and wine. Again, will be back, great local pizza spot. read more

Really cute spot with great pizzas and cocktails! The pizzas are super filling so I'd recommend splitting one. We got the Bianca and Cavolo Nero - both were delicious and unique! I would say it's a bit overpriced for the pizzas. Cocktails were delicious, I would come again just for those! read more

My aunt took me here on a Friday as a treat, we sat on the patio which is adorable! She told me to order a lot because she wanted to send me home with leftovers! I made reservations here with very high expectations. In short, the pizza was very average take-out pizza. For me, a great pizza is all about the crust. The crust was far too doughy for me. We spent 110 bucks for 3 very mediocre pizzas and a glass of wine. Our server was pleasant but the service was a swing and a miss, totally. our drinks came out after the pizza - about 20 minutes to get a sparkling water and a glass of wine. We cannot recommend and we are disappointed in this experience. There are several better options in the area for pizza. read more

Adorable place with a great atmosphere and good food! We ordered the Roasted Broccolini, Cavolo Nero Pizza, and the Canolis. Pizza crust was chewy and a nice amount of char but the broccoli was good, maybe not worth the money but good! Canolis came with three per order and were nice and crunchy and not too sweet. We ordered take out and were impressed. Rosalia offers wood-fired Mediterranean pizza and let me just say, wow! We got the Margherita and Bianca pizzas. They were both great with chewy, wood fired crust. The Bianca had a bit of spice to it and was bright and flavorful with the arugula added on top. The MVP here are their fugazza. It's Argentinian style pizza which is essentially focaccia cheesy bread. The bread is a bit sweet, pillowy, doughy, and so good! It was easy to order online and the food was ready when we arrived. The atmosphere of the restaurant looks amazing with all of their plants and lighting serving a tropical vibe. read more

Went with another couple and we all felt our server was borderline rude. Very curt with no hospitality. Setting a negative tone to our dining experience. She didn't put our order in for an appetizer and salad then we got comped a different app we didn't order (but she thought we did) until our friend told her as we were paying. She then said "I didn't think you ordered that, hmm someone must have lost my ticket." Yet we got our pizzas correctly. If she would have simply owned her mistake, much different experience. We found the patio at Rosalia's just last month! Wow! It's my favorite outdoor space in the south and west metro area! And the food is simply delicious. Be sure to try the charred cauliflower! We share that and the margherita pizza for dinner...yum! We found out that the patio will be open until sometime in October with heaters and in the winter they have an ice bar! How cool is that! read more

Everything about this place was amazing! Got to visit their ice bar that they have open during the winter months with a couple friends and, even with it being 20° outside, we were still warm due to their fire places and heat lamps surrounding every table. With being seated at the ice bar portion of the restaurant, you order everything with the bartender and pay up front. I got the amaro hot drink which was incredibly tasty while my friends got wine and a hot chocolate. For food, we shared the burrata cheese appetizer which was fresh and came with toasted bread. We couldn't stop at just that so we also ordered the Bianca and Provoletta pizzas. Both were absolutely delicious but the Bianca pizza completely shocked me with flavor from the lemon ricotta mixed with the chili flakes. Highly recommend! Overall, I can't wait to go back and sit inside next time! read more

They serve some 80s-themed signature cocktails, such as the TMN Tea, Mike Tyson's Drunk Out, Macha Man Randy Savage and the People's Margarita, and have a huge assortment of tap beer. I tried both and they were really good. The cocktails are stiff and savory. Be careful when ordering some beer, though; some of them are THC-infused. Drinking those may get you in trouble at certain jobs. I got the Princess Peach Punch and Raspberry Cider tap beer. The place has a mixed crowd, age-wise. There were 21-year-olds to 60-year-olds. It was a pretty low-key spot that has specials every night. They have limited food options that feature pizza. There weren't many people there while I was there, but it was still a really fun place. The Cheese Fondue was fun for the novelty, but the flavor was a little bland and the fondue could've been more warm.

This breakfast burrito is packed full of everything you could ever want including wagyu steak (instead of the traditional bacon or sausage, so it's not greasy at all), avocado, eggs, potatoes, and cheese. It even came with a side salad and salsa to dip it in! For $15-16 it was a large portion and easily was 2 meals. I ordered online for pickup and it was ready quickly at the counter but the restaurant also looked cute inside so I would be interested in stopping in for a meal sometime too! They also have a coffee bar (pistachio latte was good) and free indoor parking for restaurant customers).

The place was packed, but a kind gentlemen moved over so we could have two seats at the classy bar. With service from the empathetic Patrick and the charming Alicia, we felt at home even though we had just moved to Minneapolis. Waterbury's menu has an array of interesting choices. My spouse and I split a Caesar Salad. She ordered the Crispy Tuna Tacos which are always fantastic. I devoured the Blackened Shrimp. The dish had a piquancy that added the perfect amount of kick. I loved it. With jazz on Wednesday evenings and unique menu specials, the Waterbury will grow sick of my face. It's a great restaurant.

In fact a neighbor across from the patio was literally painting his white picket fence! So, it's a unique setup for a mpls brewery taproom from the start. I walked in and was assaulted by a sickeningly sweet smell. Not sure if that's them brewing up their beet beer (beet beer--WHY?!) We both ordered the Saison. It had decent belgian notes but it was half-flat and a little sweet for my taste. It's nice they have a patio but it's beset by constant traffic from 44th St on one side and a parking lot with porta pottys on the other. Not exactly getting any fresh air. Moreover, the seating at picnic tables and high tops with cheap un-cushioned bar stools felt pretty half assed but that went along with the overall theme. They allow outside food and had a food truck operating when we went there which was a plus. Ultimately neither one of us were thrilled with our first tap so we bailed. Can't speak on the entire tap line but unlikely we will come back unless our friends ask us to. So almost nearly there in every respect but not quite. 3.75/5 rounding up to 4.

I have not eaten at the Bulldog since the location in NE shut down. The menu still looks pretty solid. I wish they would bring back the steak tartare....that was amazing back in the day. The staff was friendly, and the service was relatively prompt, although I thought they looked a little understaffed. Overall, the beer selection had a little of everything, but nothing that would say wow. I will come back and see if the wings are as good as I remembered them from the other location.

We were greeted with a warm and thoughtful welcome, esp considering what's happening in our city rn. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. Nice, upscale ambiance and decor. It makes for a great after work happy hour downtown or a great spot for a more formal date night. Located inside the Indigo hotel. Plenty of on street metered parking on surrounding blocks. Will be back.

I recently visited a restaurant in the Lindin Hills area of Rosalia for the first time. We had a reservation at 6:30 to celebrate Father's Day. Upon arrival, parking proved to be a challenge due to the busy and crowded nature of the area, which was anticipated. The restaurant itself appeared upscale and welcoming, with friendly dogs seated at tables. However, I encountered an issue with the hostess. She informed me that the only available seating options for our party were either on the balcony or inside. I expressed confusion, as there were vacant tables on the patio, and inquired if we could be seated at one of those instead. The hostess declined, stating that those tables were reserved, despite our own reservation. We waited for our daughter and her boyfriend to arrive, during which time a woman with two children entered and requested patio seating without a reservation. The hostess seated them at a four-top table on the patio without hesitation, which I found to be inconsistent with our own experience. This incident led me to decide that I will not return to this establishment in the future. Furthermore, their specialty pizza arrived cold. Our waiter was courteous, and we tipped him 20% for his efforts. read more

My experience here was fantastic from start to finish. The space is amazing--light, open, and airy, creating a perfect setting for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. The service was impressively quick, ensuring we never had to wait long for anything. Our server, though very nice, was quite soft-spoken and a bit hard to understand at times. Despite that, they attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Of course, the highlight was the pizza. I opted for the Cavolo Nero, and it was perfect in every way. The combination of sweet, salty, and spicy flavors was wonderfully balanced, although I personally wished it had just a tad more heat. Nevertheless, the pizza was a delightful treat, with a perfectly crisp crust and a harmonious blend of toppings. Overall, Rosalia is a must-visit spot in Minneapolis. The inviting ambiance, efficient service, and exceptional pizza make it a standout dining destination. I look forward to returning and trying more of what they have to offer! read more
