Really enjoyed our experience here for a late lunch on their patio. The burrata dip and trio of dips were excellent as were the cocktails. I liked their Old Fashioned. Chill ambience on the patio. We saw a lot of folks ordering pizzas but opted to just stick with the dips and cocktails as we had dinner plans in a few hours. Service was good. I'd certainly return here for the chill ambience and nice dips.

This place has one of my fave patios in the summer! A true patio, not just a couple of tables next to the street. The service is always friendly, knowledgable and very responsive. On this visit we tried the burrata dip which was out of this world with marinated grapes, so interesting! The beet salad was off the charts. Get it!! This time around we ordered the Verde pizza. It wasn't our favorite as it lacked much flavor outside of the sausage. There are many other delicious pies to choose from, but this one missed the mark for us this time. That's ok. We'll definitely be back.

Food and drinks were great! Patio on a nice day...perfect! Vibes and ambience....loved it. Overall, good experience. The serrano sausage was tasty. Drinks pretty! Service good!

What a spot. Girlfriend has been wanting to go and I'm glad we got to stop in. Dinner vibe and a walk in with no wait was nice. We got to sit outside to enjoy the beautiful night. We ordered the cucumber salad and the pepperoni pizza with hot honey. Cucumber salad was light and refreshing. Tasted like it came straight out of the garden. The pizza was soft with plenty of cheese and pep. Nice crispy bites around the edges. Def worth the stop in!

One of my favorite pizza spots in the Twin Cities! Such a cute restaurant with a great patio. The inside gets quite loud when it is busy so I highly recommend sitting outside if it is nice enough. I love their hummus and their salsiccia pizza. We also had the funghi pizza which was also really good.

I love the pizza here and now I am happy to report l like their dips as well! I can't wait for the SLP location to open, which is closer to me! My fave is still the Bianca pizza but now I can also vouch for the Verde, so tasty! My friend was scared of "green" things but really like the verde regardless of the too-healthy appearance. One thing I don't love is they don't have a bar, they can only were the exact drinks on the menu and can't modify or make something else, however they said the SLP location will have a full bar! Great place, but make sure you make a reservation on a weekend!

First of all, the parking space is the trickkiest part. Street Parking only. The service was outstanding, love our server, she's amazing. Appetizers are most of my fav dishes. Super delicious and Plating is nice. ( Crudo need citrus to enhance the flavors) Pizzas are great. Over all, love the atmosphere, patio seating, and of course foods and location.

Ambiance was very cute, service was friendly and wonderful, and food was delicious! My friend and I each got a pizza which hit the spot perfectly, and we got the broccoli to share which was so tasty that I want to try to replicate making it at home! Loved the 3Leches Pompleo, I was a take on Kombucha without being too overly sweet or tart and not overly carbonated either, I wish it was bottled so I can buy it to take home! I would love to come back here again!

A friend recommended Rosalia and I'm starting to really like the Linden hills area for food and just a chill day out. Didnt make reservations, took a friend who was vegetarian and they had some good options. They were very busy, but got us seated after a 25 minute wait. Lovely patio, staff was friendly and was knowledgeable of the menu. We tried a pizza and because she was vegetarian, they took the bacon off and put it in a bowl separate for me. Everything was delicious, food and cocktails. They were very busy so it seemed like a little wait for stuff to come out, but overall good experience.

4.5/5 stars!! Ambiance 5/5 They have one of the best patios in MN! Such fun spring & summer vibes. I've sat inside as well, and I love the open kitchen concept with the upstairs loft. Food 5/5 I haven't tried anything here that I didn't like. The pizza is obviously the real standout. It's wood fired, so they come out extremely fresh and hot. My favorite is the Bianca. Service 3/5 Our waiter did mention they were understaffed, but the service could definitely be improved. Even the hosts seemed preoccupied. It was busy, but I remember this from previous visits too. Overall, this is one of my favorite summertime restaurants, their food, drinks, and vibes are superb!

To begin the host was super friendly and accommodating for my party. In addition to that the restaurant was cute and the vibe was fun. It was very busy and loud but I enjoyed seeing so many people out! To top it off the food was absolutely amazing!!! Overall great experience.

Rosalia still earns 5/5! This time I was able to enjoy a full dinner here. They sat us upstairs, which was nice and cozy. I didn't have a hard time hearing the people at my table which is a plus. We started with the Three Dips again, which is a must to get your bang for your buck and try more things. You can get more bread to go with it if you ask, but we had to save room for the mains! The 4 of us then shared the Bianca, the Verde, and the Mortadella Panuozzo. The Bianca was the clear winner between all of us with the lemon ricotta. It was so unique and delicious! The Verde was fine, but lacked spice and flavor. The Mortadella Panuozzo is NOT a pizza, but more of a sandwich. Very thankful our server warned us of that. It was very creamy and delicious with the pistachio pesto and the burrata. Ending our meal, we got the Tiramisu Panna Cotta which reminded me of Flan. The wood fired white chocolate crisps were so unique and added the right amount of sweetness and texture. I also sipped on an oat milk latte as we ended the evening. Must Gets: Three Dips + Bianca Wood Fired Pizza

We went into the lot and all the restaurant spots were blocked off, after a call they cleared one. Started with bacon wrapped dates, which were good. We got to the parking garage, lots of spots left for the restaurant but there was a valet there and said all those spots are actually reserved for the valet. We ended up parking across the street near the lake. Once inside, it's a very nice vibe with beautiful furniture and lots of natural light. They have great happy hour menu - we started with the shrimp appetizer which as flavorful and the shrimp was plump and well cooked. We also got the burger and the Waterbury salad. Burger was good, but the salad was a bit basic; I was expecting more bacon and more blue cheese dressing, it was mostly just basic iceberg lettuce which is not awesome for $13. I also tried the Hugo spritz which was refreshing but a bit sweet for my taste. I will for some come back to try more things!

In fact a neighbor across from the patio was literally painting his white picket fence! So, it's a unique setup for a mpls brewery taproom from the start. I walked in and was assaulted by a sickeningly sweet smell. Not sure if that's them brewing up their beet beer (beet beer--WHY?!) We both ordered the Saison. It had decent belgian notes but it was half-flat and a little sweet for my taste. It's nice they have a patio but it's beset by constant traffic from 44th St on one side and a parking lot with porta pottys on the other. Not exactly getting any fresh air. Moreover, the seating at picnic tables and high tops with cheap un-cushioned bar stools felt pretty half assed but that went along with the overall theme. They allow outside food and had a food truck operating when we went there which was a plus. Ultimately neither one of us were thrilled with our first tap so we bailed. Can't speak on the entire tap line but unlikely we will come back unless our friends ask us to. So almost nearly there in every respect but not quite. 3.75/5 rounding up to 4.
