Albeit limited options, the pies/slices are always on point. I hear their food is delicious as well. But in the few times I've stopped in for pizza, I've never been disappointed. I'm a tough critic when it comes to Buffalo chicken pizza, and theirs is excellent.

2nd attempt at eating this place's pasta. It was the worst pasta I've ever tasted. The sauce is flavorless and oily and runny. The spinach ravioli tastes so bad it must be worse than dog food. Not even 10 shakes of pepper could make 3 raviolis edible. I'm not a great cook, but I could cook better than this in my sleep.

Woke up today and waited for lunch just now to eat. Was in the mood for italian again. Woke to lots of snow outside so there was no way I was walking anywhere right now. Decided to order my favorite italian american food. Penna with Vodka Sauce (yes most Italians have no clue what vodka sauce it... they actually look at me with 10 heads as if im an alcoholic looking to indulge in vodka). Anyhow. I added some grilled chicken mainly to not feel like a total fatass after eating all the carbs. The sauce is decent for a fast pizzeria delivery. Pasta cooked well. I would reorder.

Rosario does not have "one of the better slices in Hoboken." The crust is too thick; the sauce is too plain. I was disappointed.

My review is for Flour, the full-service restaurant attached to The Pizza Shop, a takeout spot. I…read morehad been eager to try their pies, as well as their full meals, but only just made it to their dimly lit, hip and happening main dining room. The space was not large, but they really made the most of it, offering a decent number of tables with reasonable space between them. My friend and I were quickly seated and immediately greeted by a charming server that opened our bottle of wine (it's BYO) and offered us still or sparkling water. I had read in other reviews that you had to pay for water, so I was not surprised by the $6 bottle of Saratoga that wound up on our bill. In addition to our engaging server and the happening atmosphere, the food was similarly incredible. We decided to order a load of things to share, so that we could try a greater variety. We started with two appetizers that were seasonal Spring additions to the menu. The Hamachi Crudo included five thickly-sliced, tender pieces of Japanese yellowtail sitting in a broth of rhubarb aguachile and topped with white strawberries and basil seeds. It was an unique blend that we would not have expected to work, but boy was it delicious! The sweet toppings infused a load of flavor into an otherwise mild fish. We also enjoyed the Fava-mole, a creamy puree of fava beans studded with balls of hand-pulled mozzarella and pea tendrils, all drizzled with zesty ramp oil. I had not been sure what to expect from the dish, but it offered fresh, bright garden flavors. We also decided to share a pasta course and an entree. The Fettuccini was tossed with spring truffles and maitakes in a light, yet heavily aromatic, wild mushroom cream sauce. It was one of the best dishes I had had in quite some time. Then, as we were waiting on our seafood entree, we received a second pasta, courtesy of the Chef. I had mentioned that I had heard rave reviews about Flour from a server at Heirloom Kitchen, a top NJ restaurant. Apparently, our waiter had let the Chef know about that glowing praise, and the kitchen further verified that positivity with the generous gesture. In fact, they wound up sending out the Linguine with white clam sauce, razor clams, and wild ramps, the other dish about which I had been most curious anyway. Well, it was another winner! It was garlicky, herbaceous, and rich with flavors of the sea. Speaking of seafood, we next received the Branzino 'Bahn mi', a perfectly cooked piece of Mediterranean sea bass with Vietnamese sausage and pickled vegetables. The branzino's crispy skin and flaky, moist interior were excellent, and we loved all of the other smoky and briny flavors on the plate. After all of that excellent food, we would have loved to try one of their appealing desserts, but we were just too full. Between the ambiance, welcoming vibe, and delicious cuisine, our Flour experience was simply divine! It has now became one of my favorite restaurants in the area, and I cannot wait to try their pizza at some point as well.

I was a big fan of both, especially the ricotta, which was so incredibly creamy. For the mains, everyone's fresh-made pasta was excellent. I ordered the Mexican street corn, which was unique, flavorful, and delicious. I also tried some of the spicy rigatoni and loved it. We ended the night with the s'mores dessert, which was rich and chocolatey. Also, the fact that the restaurant is BYOB is a huge plus! The only downside was that I lost an item during our visit. I had a really hard time finding their contact information online, so I had to go back in person to ask about it, which was a bit annoying. Ultimately, they weren't able to recover it, but the food itself was still outstanding.

{Overall: 3; Food: 3} Ambiance: 3; Service: 5…read more L'Industrie pizza is either overrated or caters to a very specific preference in pizza style. The slices were very dry; the crust was dry and the cheese was dry (not gooey at all) even though the slices were fresh out of the oven. *Burrata Slice: Very simple. A cheese slice topped with a scoop of burrata. Decent, but not memorable. I would skip this in the future. *Fig Jam & Bacon Slice: My favorite of the two slices I tried. The combination of fig jam and salty bacon was unique and worked really well together. *Pistachio Soft Serve: Very nutty in the first few bites before mellowing into a smooth, creamy soft serve, lacking in flavor other than from the overpowering salt flakes sprinkled on top. It's a good option if you like soft serve that's very creamy and not sweet, but I would recommend skipping the salt. It was basically the only thing I could taste. *Carrot Cake: Decent. It was very fresh, but a bit flavorless. The service was the standout. For a place that is so viral and consistently busy, everyone was incredibly friendly and patient, especially the woman working the register. I visited around 11 a.m. on a weekday, and the line was either nonexistent or very short during the 45 minutes I was there. There are several standing areas in the small restaurant where you can eat.
